Abstract

本发明涉及一种按权利要求1前序部分所述的铰链。
背景技术
迄今为止采用由一与家具壁连接的安装板和一固定在它上面的铰链臂组成的铰链，其中铰链臂与安装板可调整地连接。例如由2541155A1已知这种类型的铰链。
还已知，安装板和铰链臂制成一体，并且安装板弯曲到铰链下面，其中安装板通过调整螺钉与铰链臂连接，参见DE 200 20 998 U1。
发明内容
本发明的目的是，更经济同时外观更令人满意地制造这种类型的相对于家具壁高度可调的铰链。
按本发明这个目的通过以下方法来实现：
a)基本上U形的横截面在朝向家具的自由端处张开，使得横截面成梯形分布；
b)其中在铰链臂的在法兰盘对面的自由端处梯形横截面具有向平行U形臂的连续过渡；
c)至少一个铰链轴做在该平行的U形臂区域内；
d)梯形横截面区的对置的侧边不是平的，而是做成凸起的。
按照一种优选的实施例做成凸起的铰链臂区向外凸起。
按照另一种实施例该区域向内凸起。另一种实施例设想，法兰盘具有环形加强棱边。
另一种实施例设想，铰链臂的侧壁是中凸的纵向区做成弹性的。

具体实施方式
用10表示铰链的总体，它包括一铰链臂12，铰链臂具有两个支承在它上面的铰接销14、16，并且可旋转地支承两个铰接杆18、20，它们在对置的末端处借助于铰接销22、24与一例如装在家具门25上的铰链壳体27可旋转地连接。为了能沿D和E方向调整这种铰链臂，此铰链臂设有具有用于固定螺钉的长孔30的法兰28。这使得可以沿E方向调整。
如果希望沿D方向调整铰接销14、16，则操纵支承在铰链臂的螺纹36内的调节螺钉34。如果这样转动调节螺钉，使它压向家具壁，那么铰链臂的梁38便压离家具壁。铰链臂的凸起的侧壁40弹性退让，从而可以沿D方向调整铰接销16、14还有门25。按图1的实施例是所谓的多关节铰链。这里铰接杆18、20需要一相应于载荷要求的支承，因为它们要承受沿垂直于图纸方向分布的重力。如图4中所示，在铰链臂40的这个区域内相互平行分布。这个平行壁区向拱起凸起的壁区的过渡是平滑和无台阶的，如特别是由图2可见。其次图2示出，拱起(凸起)既可以做成是向外的，也可以做成是向内的。这仅仅取决于，铰链臂在这个区域内做得具有这样的弹性，即在调节螺钉的力的作用下，门可以沿箭头D方向或相反方向作弹性运动。通过固定螺钉穿过法兰28的长孔的方法使铰链臂可以沿箭头E和相反方向调整。

Claims (5)

2.按权利要求1所述的铰链，其特征为：铰链臂横截面区的凸起部分向外拱起。
3.按权利要求1所述的铰链，其特征为：铰链臂横截面区的凸起部分向内拱起。
4.按权利要求1所述的铰链，其特征为：平行于家具壁分布的法兰盘具有环形的加强棱边。
5.按权利要求1所述的铰链，其特征为：铰链臂在做成为梯形和凸起的区域内做成为有弹性的。
