本发明涉及一种过滤材料，特别是一种内燃机润滑油精密滤芯。
背景技术：
目前，我国的内燃机润滑油滤芯的大都采用波纹纸式和金属网式，在使用中，由于波纹纸式滤芯结构强度低，容易发生撕裂、散架现象，影响过滤效果，且使用寿命短；金属网式滤芯由于网度有限，过滤效果不理想。虽然ZL90101748公开了一种全流式深度纤维净化滤芯，但由于该滤芯选用木屑和棉花的规格和木屑与棉花的配比不合理，致使滤芯原始阻力较大，同时该种滤芯使用了添加剂，致使内燃机润滑油的不确定性因素增加，影响了润滑油的使用。
发明内容：
本发明的目的就是提供一种制造简单、成本低、原始阻力小，能有效过滤机油中杂质的滤芯。
本发明的目的是这样实现的，一种内燃机润滑油精密滤芯，其特征在于：它是由木渣(49-100目)、棉花(15-40毫米)制成，其配比如下：(按份数比)
木渣：100
棉花：5-40
本发明的一个最佳实施方案为：将木渣和棉花放在浓度为2％-5％的碳酸氢钠溶液中浸泡，加热后进行脱脂处理。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点：
1、由于采用木渣和棉花作为原材料，滤芯制造简单，成本低。
2、由于选用木渣和棉花的规格和配比合理，滤芯原始阻力小，过滤效果好。
3、由于采用加热的方式进行脱脂处理，木渣和棉花脱脂彻底。
4、由于在负压的情况下进行烘干，滤芯烘干速度快，成品率高。
实施例：
将规格为49-100目的木渣和长度为15-40毫米的棉花放在盛有碳酸氢钠溶液的搅拌槽内，碳酸氢钠溶液为浓度2％-5％，浸泡并搅拌均匀，然后对搅拌槽加热，对木渣和棉花进行脱脂处理，浸泡脱脂的温度为50-70℃，浸泡脱脂的时间为5-10小时，将脱脂后的木渣和棉花放入压缩模具内，用压力机压出木渣和棉花中的杂质和碳酸氢钠溶液，祛除木渣和棉花中的杂质和碳酸氢钠后，将木渣和棉花放在清水中漂洗，再放入压缩模具内用压力机祛除其中的碳酸氢钠溶液，直至木渣和棉花彻底清洁，将脱脂和压缩漂洗后的木渣和棉花装入滤芯成型模具中，用压力机挤压脱水后，连同模具放入烘干箱内进行烘干，烘干的温度为80-90℃，同时用抽气机排出烘干箱内的气体，使烘干箱内的滤芯总保持负压的状态，直至滤芯彻底干燥，烘干结束后脱模即可。

木渣：100
棉花：5-40
2、根据权利要求1所述的内燃机润滑油精密滤芯，其特征在于将木渣和棉花放在浓度为2％-5％的碳酸氢钠溶液中浸泡，加热后进行脱脂处理。
3、根据权利要求1所述的内燃机润滑油精密滤芯，其特征在于将浸泡的脱脂处理后的木渣和棉花在负压状态下烘干。
