Abstract

Description
本发明涉及用于游戏目的的支承结构的部件,这些部件通过使用夹固连接器而很容易地彼此连接。为了进行游戏,这些部件由塑料制成,但是,对于承受较大应力的支承结构,这些部件也可以由金属或任何其它材料制成。
用于儿童的游戏场的夹固结构由CH-P 613741和DE-O 2806764可知,该夹固结构包括连接器接头,该连接器接头包括插入销,塑料管安装在该插入销上。并采用了多种安全措施,以保证该管不会从插入销上脱开。
该结构的缺点是,由于制造公差,连接器插入销和管之间的连接件并不平齐,因此不成锁定形式,而是松开形式。因此,该类型的夹固结构在使用过程中并不非常稳定。因此通常需要安装附加的支承壁部件来使它们稳定。
这些系统的另一缺点是,各个管不能从形成后的结构上拆下,因为连接器接头的插入销不允许该操作。因此需要对形成后的结构的相当大的部分进行拆卸,以便对管的更换。
本发明的问题是提供一种上述类型的夹固结构,该夹固结构由于连接这些部件的连接技术,在使用过程中非常稳定,它不需要通过壁部件增强,且能够在不需要拆卸该夹固结构的较大部分的情况下将各个管从形成后的夹固结构上拆下。
根据本发明,面板结构转变成夹固结构的支承部件,或者它们也可以用作门。
根据本发明,该问题这样解决,即通过分成两部分的接箍将连接器接头和管的前端与凹槽环绕插销安装在一起,该连接器接头和管彼此连接,并从而形成在连接器接头和管之间的锁定形式连接。
接箍包括半球形的两半,这两半通过螺钉或其它连接技术而保持在一起。
当采用本发明的支承结构用于适当分隔(fair stalls)时,它的优点是,插销(9)能使在支承结构的部件之间提供的强制锁定形式的连接,该插销有通孔(17),这样,机械旋转或推动运动、电能或控制指令能够通过该通孔到达支承结构内部。
因此,该管能够在拆开接箍后取出,或者连接器部件可以在拆开后从形成的结构中取出。在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,上面所述和下面将介绍的特征不仅能进行所述组合,而且它们自身能够进行其它组合。
下面将通过附图所示实施例详细介绍本发明的思想。
图1所示为根据本发明的在支承结构的部件之间的夹固连接器的平面图;
图2所示为本发明的夹固连接件的发展形式的平面图,其中,管由两个半球形连接器元件代替,这两个半球形连接器元件自身具有在两连接器接头之间的连接的功能;
图3所示为半球形盘(15)和连接器元件(6)的透视平面图或仰视图,该半球形盘(15)有末端延伸到它上面的面板(16),且该半球形盘(15)和连接器元件(6)能够通过螺钉连接在一起,以便形成夹固结构的支承部件;
图4所示为穿过夹固结构的径向平面的剖视图,如图3所示通过螺钉连接在一起的这些部件用作门;
图5所示为通过螺钉将两半球形盘(15、15’)连接在一起而形成的双面板,该半球形盘(15、15’)有末端延伸的面板(16、16’)。
图6所示为穿过如图5所示具有双面板的夹固结构的径向剖视图,通过该图可清楚知道由于半球形盘(15、15’)而提高了支承强度。
图7所示为根据本发明的双插销(9)的平面图,该双插销(9)包括通孔(17),机械旋转或推动运动、电、气动或液压能以及控制指令能够通过该通孔(17)到达支承结构内。
为了更好地理解,还提供了剖视图和侧视图。
图8所示为支承结构的管(3),具有插销(9)和通孔(17),用于使不同形式的能量或控制指令通过。
图1所示为包括具有插销9的管3和两个连接器接头1的支承结构部件,管3和连接器接头1可通过接箍2连接。该接箍2包括两个半球形的半边接箍4和5,并包括周向槽10,该周向槽10环绕相应的插销9,从而在连接器接头1和管3之间产生锁定形式的连接。半边接箍4和5通过螺钉7和螺母8彼此连接。不过,也可以采用其它的有效连接方法来将半边接箍4和5彼此连接。
图2所示为包括具有周向槽10的半球形连接器元件6和具有插销9的两个连接器接头的支承结构部件。该连接器接头包括半边连接器接头11和12,还包括环绕相应插销9的环形槽10。连接器接头1的半边连接器接头11和12通过螺钉7和螺母8连接。当使用较长的专用螺钉14来连接两半连接器接头11和12时,专用插销13可以同时安装成提供沿第三轴线的连接。

Claims (12)
1.一种夹固结构,其特征在于:连接器接头并不直接插入连接管中,而是在连接器接头1和伸出的插销9之间以及在管3和伸出的插销9之间的连接通过专门的接箍2以锁定形式实现。
2.根据权利要求1所述的夹固结构,其特征在于:该接箍包括半球形的半边接箍4和5,该半边接箍4和5通过螺钉7和螺母8而彼此连接。
3.根据权利要求1和2所述的夹固结构,其特征在于:这两个半球形的半边接箍4和5都包括周向槽10,该周向槽环绕连接器接头2和管3的插销9,因此,当接箍2的两半接箍4和5通过螺钉7和螺母8而彼此连接时,在连接器接头1和管3之间产生锁定形式的连接。
4.一种夹固结构,其特征在于:连接器接头1通过半球形连接器元件6连接,该半球形连接器元件6通过螺钉和螺母彼此连接,从而同时以锁定形式环绕连接器接头1的插销9。
5.根据权利要求1-4所述的夹固结构,其特征在于:该连接器接头1包括两半连接器接头11和12,这两半连接器接头包括槽10,需要时插销9将插入该槽,然后,半边连接器接头11和12通过螺钉和相应螺母而彼此连接,这样,插销9以锁定形式与连接器接头1夹紧固定。
6.根据权利要求1-5所述用于儿童的夹固结构,其特征在于:该专用插销13可以通过较长的专用螺钉14而另外安装在连接器接头1上。
7.根据权利要求4-6所述用于儿童的夹固结构,其特征在于:该专用插销13也可以通过专用螺钉14安装在连接器元件6上。
8.根据权利要求4-7所述的夹固结构,其特征在于:该相互连接的半球形连接器元件6至少在一个前端包括插销9,该插销9以锁定形式夹紧固定在相互连接的半边连接器接头11和12的槽内。
9.根据权利要求4-8所述的夹固结构,其特征在于:面板(16)的末端延伸到半球形连接器元件(15)上,因此,所述面板通过螺钉与半球形连接器元件(6)连接在一起,并同时以锁定形式环绕插销(9、13)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的夹固结构,其特征在于:具有相同结构的两个连接器元件(15)有末端延伸到它的上面的面板(16),这两个连接器元件(15)能够通过螺钉连接在一起,从而形成双面板,且同时以锁定形式环绕插销(9、13) 。
11.根据权利要求1-5所述的夹固结构,其特征在于:该插销9有通孔17。
12.根据权利要求1至8所述的夹固结构,其特征在于:连接器接头1、半边接箍4和5、管3、连接器元件6、15、16和插销9以及专用插销13都部分地由塑料制成。
