Abstract

本发明属于一种羽枝纤维织物及其生产方法,其特点是织物由下列原料按重量配比组成:羽枝纤维10—100%、纺织纤维0—90%,通过原料筛选、入喂棉装置、加捻、卷绕成筒、热定型、织造工序加工而成,该织物解决了羽毛绒无法进行梳理、并条、牵伸现有纺织工艺加工,只能作为絮类填充物用来制做羽绒服、被、褥及其它床上用品,利用档次低,没有物尽其用的难题,使羽枝纤维纺纱、织造成为现实。该织物具有质轻、保暖、绝热性能好的优点,是纺织领域的新的一族,适于制做保暖服装、袜、被、褥及其它床上用品。

羽枝纤维织物及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及羽枝纤维纺织技术,是一种利用羽毛绒的羽枝纤维制成纺织品及其生产方法。
背景技术
羽毛、羽绒都是很好的天然保暖材料,羽毛呈片状,羽枝以羽杆为轴向两侧平行分布;羽绒分朵状绒子、绒毛,绒子是以羽根为核心向外放射型分布羽枝,绒毛是以羽杆为轴放射型分布羽枝,因此羽毛、羽绒均不属于纤维,若利用现有技术将羽毛、羽绒的羽枝从羽杆或羽根上分离出来,就形成了单根羽枝纤维,羽毛的羽枝纤维较绒子、绒毛的羽枝纤维粗糙些,但其结构相同,在羽枝纤维主杆上均分布有羽小枝,羽小枝上又分布有结节和/或刺,是独特的天然异型纤维,具有质轻、保暖、绝热性能好的特点。由于羽枝纤维长度较短,大多数在15-25mm之间,且无卷曲,相互间不抱合,呈单根蓬散状态,无法用现有纺织工艺进行梳棉、并条、牵伸工艺加工,所以,人们多年来只能将羽毛、羽绒或羽枝纤维作为絮类填充物用来制做羽绒服、被、褥及其它床上用品,利用档次低,没有物尽其用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种羽枝纤维织物及其生产方法,以解决现有技术不能将羽毛、羽绒进行梳棉、并条、牵伸工艺加工制成纺织品,只能作为絮类填充物用来制做羽绒服、被、褥及其它床上用品,利用档次低,没有物尽其用的问题。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:该织物是由羽枝纤维和纺织纤维组成,其重量配比为:羽枝纤维10-100%,纺织纤维0-90%。
羽枝纤维采用水洗鸭、鹅禽类的片状羽毛和朵状的绒子、绒毛经加工去除羽杆和羽根提取的单根羽枝纤维。
纺织纤维采用棉、毛、麻、丝天然纤维、涤纶、腈纶、锦纶、氯纶、丙纶、氨纶、维纶、粘胶化学纤维中的至少一种。
羽枝纤维的生产方法包括以下工艺步骤:原料筛选、入喂棉装置、加捻、卷绕成筒、热定型、织造工序,热定型温度为80-120℃,时间为5-20分钟。
喂棉装置:是由原料箱、喂棉帘、可调均棉椤拉、抓棉刺辊、第一沉降室、均棉工作辊、分梳刺辊、第二沉降室构成,其空腔相连通,壳体相连接,出棉口呈条状与尘笼相吻合。
该发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:(1)该喂棉装置包括抓棉刺辊和分梳刺辊两次分梳,可调均棉椤拉和均棉工作辊两次均匀定量控制和一、二沉降室两次均匀、定量沉降,确保了羽枝纤维连续均匀、定量通过条型出棉口,解决了羽枝纤维无法采用现有纺织工艺进行梳棉、并条、牵伸工艺加工问题,实现了羽绒、羽毛制成纺织品的梦想;(2)采用卷绕成筒热定型,克服了羽枝纤维回弹性强、无卷曲,形成的纱、线易回捻造成羽枝脱落,抗拉强度低的缺点;(3)羽枝纤维是天然异型纤维,质轻保暖绝热性能好,其织物也具有质轻、保暖绝热的优点,为纺织行业增添了保暖绝热新一族的天然纤维纺织品;(4)羽枝纤维织物品种多、档次高、用途广。

具体实施方式
实施例—按重量计算羽枝纤维70%、纺织纤维30%。
工艺流程:原料筛选→入喂棉装置→加捻→卷绕成筒→热定型→织造→成品入库。
工序说明
1、原料筛选:羽枝纤维选用水洗鸭、鹅禽类的片状羽毛、羽绒朵状绒子、绒毛经加工去除羽杆和羽根获得的单根羽枝纤维;纺织纤维采用棉、毛、麻、丝天然纤维、涤纶、锦纶、腈纶、氯纶、丙纶、氨纶、维纶、粘胶化学纤维中的至少一种纺织纤维纱或长丝。
2、入喂棉装置:该装置是根据羽枝纤维呈单根、无卷曲的天然物理特性专门设计的专用装置。羽枝纤维或羽枝纤维混合物在装置内靠喂棉帘从原料箱输出,由可调均棉椤拉控制,较均匀、定量、连续地喂入抓棉刺辊,再经过抓棉刺辊和分梳刺辊两次分梳,经均棉工作辊再次均棉控制,经一、二次沉降室二次沉降,最后从条型出棉口喂出,实现了连续、均匀、定量条型沉降到两个负压尘笼组成的楔形槽内,形成均匀的须条。
3、加捻:在加捻前,将长丝或纱引入羽枝纤维须条内,利用现有摩擦纺技术,靠两个负压尘笼同向旋转,给连续均匀凝聚的带长丝或纱芯的羽枝纤维须条搓动加捻,形成羽枝纤维包芯纱。
4、卷绕成筒:采用现有工艺将羽枝纤维纱卷绕成筒子纱。
5、热定型:将筒子纱送入恒温箱内加热,定型温度控制在80-120℃,时间5-20分钟。
6、织造:采用现有工艺将该纱通过机织或针织形成羽枝纤维保暖织物。
7、成品入库:将羽枝纤维织物检验包装入库。
实施例二,按重量计算,羽枝纤维100%,纺织纤维为0
工艺流程:原料筛选→入喂棉装置→加捻→卷绕成筒→热定型→合股→织造→成品入库。
工序说明
1、加捻:采用现有摩擦纺工艺,靠两个同向旋转的负压尘笼给连续均匀凝聚的羽枝须条搓动加捻,形成羽枝纤维纱。
2、合股:采用现有工艺,将羽枝纤维纱合股制成股线。
3、织造:采用现有工艺,将羽枝纤维线针织成保暖绝热织物。
4、其余工序同例一。
实施例三,按重量计算,羽枝纤维90%,纺织纤维10%。
工艺流程:原料筛选→入喂棉装置→加捻→卷绕成筒→热定型→包缠→织造→成品入库。
工序说明
1、原料筛选:纺织纤维采用天然、化学纺织纤维或长丝。
2、包缠:采用现有工艺,将羽枝纤维纱做芯,外面包缠短纤维或长丝,形成包芯、包缠纱线。
3、其余工序同例一。
实施例四,按重量计算,羽枝纤维50%,纺织纤维50%。
工艺流程:原料筛选→混棉→入喂棉装置→加捻→卷绕成筒→热定型→织造→成品入库。
工序说明
1、原料筛选:纺织纤维采用天然或化学纺织纤维。
2、混棉:采用现有工艺,将羽枝纤维与纺织纤维混合均匀。
3、加捻:采用摩擦纺工艺,靠同向旋转的两个负压尘笼给连续均匀凝聚的羽枝纤维须条进行搓动加捻,形成羽枝混合纤维纱。
4、其余工序同例一。
实施例五,按重量计算,羽枝纤维10%,纺织纤维90%。
工艺流程同例四
工序说明
1、织造:采用现有工艺,将羽枝纤维纱或羽枝纤维混合纱做纬纱,其它纺织纤维纱做经纱进行织造。
2、其余工序同例四。
实施例六,按重量计算,羽枝纤维20%,纺织纤维80%。
工艺流程:原料筛选→混棉→入喂棉装置→加捻→卷绕成筒→热定型→合股→织造→成品入库。
工序说明:
1、合股采用现有工艺将羽枝纤维纱或羽枝纤维混合纱自身或与其它纺织纤维合股制成股纱。
2、其余工序同例四。
图1中:原料箱1、抓棉刺辊4和分梳刺辊7与现有技术相同,在原料箱底部设有水平喂棉帘12,其末端设有带扇形齿10的斜式喂棉帘2,其上中部设有逆向旋转的可调均棉椤拉3,顶端设有抓棉刺辊4,其下面连通有第一沉降室5,第一沉降室的下端部设有带均棉工作辊6的分梳刺棍7,两者转向相反,在分梳刺辊下面连通有第二沉降室8,其下端出棉口呈条形,与两个尘笼9组成的楔形槽相吻合,两个尘笼9内均设有吸气胆,可变为负压,两个尘笼旋转方向相同,一、二沉降室、抓棉刺辊和分梳刺辊、喂棉帘外空腔11相互连通,壳体13相互连接。

1、一种羽枝纤维织物,其特征在于:是由以下重量百分比的原料组成:羽枝纤维10-100%,纺织纤维:0-90%。
2、根据权利要求1所述的羽枝纤维织物,其特征在于:是由下列重量百分比的原料组成:羽枝纤维100%、纺织纤维0。
3、根据权利要求1所述的羽枝纤维织物,其特征在于是由下列重量百分比的原料组成;羽枝纤维50%、纺织纤维50%。
4、根据权利要求1所述的羽枝纤维织物,其特征在于是由下列重量百分比的原料组成:羽枝纤维10%、纺织纤维90%。
5、根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述的羽枝纤维织物,其特征在于:羽枝纤维采用水洗鸭、鹅禽类的片状羽毛和朵状绒子、绒毛经加工去除羽杆和羽根提取的单根羽枝纤维。
6、根据权利要求1、2、3或4所述的羽枝纤维织物,其特征在于:纺织纤维采用棉、毛、麻、丝天然纤维、涤纶、锦纶、腈纶、氯纶、丙纶、氨纶、维纶、粘绞化学纤维中的至少一种。
7、权利要求1所述的羽枝纤维织物的生产方法,其特征在于:包括以下工艺步骤:原料筛选、入喂棉装置、加捻、卷绕成筒,热定型、织造工序,热定型温度为80-120℃,时间5-20分钟。
8、根据权利要求7所述的羽枝纤维织物的生产方法,其特征在于:喂棉装置是由原料箱(1)、喂棉帘(2)、(12)可调均棉椤拉(3)、抓棉刺辊(4)、第一沉降室(5)、均棉工作辊(6)、分梳刺辊(7)、第二沉降室(8)构成,其空腔(11)相互连通,壳体(13)相互连接,第二沉降室出棉口呈条形,其与两个尘笼组成的楔形槽相吻合。
