技术领域

背景技术
在EP0918902中公开了上述类型的复合材料。这种情形中的聚合物斑点作为衬里的代用品,因此必须具有耐磨性能。这就需要为所述聚合物斑点选择硬质材料。
这种复合材料用于制造轻质防风防雨外套服装。特别是,在进行体育活动时,保护穿着者不受雨而且更主要是不受风的伤害是十分重要的,受风和受雨后尤其是排汗时可能会引发感冒。如果由所述复合材料制成的外套服装在夏天使用时,这些衣服通常会与穿着者的皮肤接触,至少与手臂和腿接触。已经观察到在这种情形,设置在所述复合材料内侧的聚合物斑点接触穿着者的皮肤并产生不舒服的感觉。如果这种衣服在冬天穿着,聚合物斑点不会与皮肤接触。然而,已经发现,由于在所述外衣的下边会穿着保暖衣服如套头羊毛衫等,所以复合材料的聚合物斑点经常会阻碍该外套从手臂和/或腿上顺利脱下来。这种妨碍经常很显著,使得衣袖和/或裤腿在脱衣时被翻出来,从而必须被翻回到其正确的位置。
发明内容

这个目的在本发明的范围内是通过一种用于衣服的水汽可透过的防水复合材料来实现,所述复合材料包括:
a)一个防水的水汽可透过功能层,该层具有一个第一侧和一个第二侧,
b)一种结合到所述功能层第一侧上的材料,
c)一些离散的聚合物斑点,这些斑点在所述功能层的第二侧表面上形成一个不连续的形成衬里的图案,
d)一个水汽可透过的覆盖层,该覆盖层至少结合到所述聚合物斑点上。
由这种复合材料制得的外套被穿着者认为在夏天穿着与皮肤接触时感觉很舒服。当脱掉该外套时,外套的袖子和/或裤腿的粘连现象通常不会发生。
在最简单的情形,所述覆盖层可以具有装饰性结构,该装饰性结构提供了衬里层的装饰性结构。然而,优选地是,覆盖层是透明的,这样就能够通过所述离散的聚合物斑点的具体排列来提供衬里层的装饰结构。这在聚合物斑点在所述功能层上覆盖的总面积大约为所述功能层总面积的20%到60%,优选地30%到50%时特别成功。如果所述功能层本身包含有着色颜料从而充当聚合物斑点的有色背景时,为衬里层提供的装饰性可以进一步得到加强,所述聚合物斑点也可以包含着色颜料。已经得到验证,在黑色的功能层上的聚合物斑点特别具有装饰性。所述聚合物斑点可以是具有多色彩的斑点。
如果所述覆盖层仅仅与所述聚合物斑点结合,那么还具有其它的优点,即,这种复合材料会由于位于功能层和覆盖层之间的空气层而呈现出热绝缘性能。
但是,对于根据本发明复合材料的覆盖层来说优选地是由一个同时还与位于聚合物斑点之间的功能层结合的涂层来实施。这种实施方式尤其与众不同之处在于造价低廉。
已经得到验证,对于覆盖层来说由亲水性材料制造特别实用。从而穿着由这种复合材料制造的服装的穿着者能出汗和分泌汗液,汗珠被所述亲水性覆盖层吸收并在一个较宽的区域向外传递到达所述功能层,从而在极短的时间内将由汗液产生的湿气释放到外界,确保了所述穿着者舒适的环境。在这种情形中,已经得到验证,由聚氨基甲酸酯制造的所述覆盖层特别有利,此种情形的覆盖层的厚度处于1到25μm之间,处于1到10μm之间尤其有利。这样一种透明材料的覆盖层大大地减小了所述功能层和聚合物斑点的光泽,从而充当衬里替代品的所述覆盖层具有很漂亮的外观。
在具体情形中,已经得到验证,如果聚合物斑点由泡沫材料构成将十分有利。包含这种聚合物斑点的复合材料对于穿着者来说尤其有利。此外,这些泡沫材料的聚合物斑点大大地增加了所述复合材料的绝热性能。已经得到验证,在根据本发明的层状材料中,聚合物斑点的厚度处于100到250μm之间,优选处于150到170μm之间是特别有利的。
具体实施方式
下文将在举例的基础上对本发明进行更加详细的描述。
聚合物斑点形成在一个层状材料的功能层的空白第二侧上,所述层状材料具有克重为大约130g/m2并由一个以商标名SYMPATEX销售的防水的水汽可透过功能层以及一个由聚酯纱线制造的纺织织物构成。聚合物斑点的材料,由德国Chemische Fabrik Tiibingen制造的TUBISCREEN系统,由轮转印刷按照所述系统的说明书来施加。为了施加所述的系统,在轮转印刷的过程中使用一个模板以在所述功能层上形成三角形的聚合物斑点。在干燥和热定型之后,所形成的从上方看为三角形的聚合物泡沫斑点具有的厚度为大约160μm,并且覆盖所述功能层的大约50%,所述功能层被染成黑色。

根据本发明,现在给先前描述的层状材料设置一个位于聚合物斑点侧的涂层。为了这个目的,一种商业上可获得的、无光泽、透明的、水汽可透过的单组分聚氨基甲酸酯通过采用一个空气涂刷器(airsqueegee)涂到所述功能层的第二侧上,在该功能层的第二侧上包含有所述聚合物泡沫斑点。在所述聚合物泡沫斑点上的涂层的厚度为大约1μm,而在所述涂层与所述功能层结合的区域,涂层的厚度为大约10μm。
