本发明涉及含水头发定型组合物,例如油膏、凝胶剂,尤其是气溶胶型头发定型摩丝,其中引入了一种油性或脂肪物质,并具有提高的强度和耐久的发型保持和优良感官感觉性能。
发明背景和先有技术
头发定型组合物,如头发定型摩丝可为人的头发提供一种暂时定型,其可以用水或香波除去,并且通过将一薄层树脂或胶施用到头发上,由此将相邻的头发粘着在一起而起作用,从而在施用的时候保持特定的形状或外形。
常规的头发定型摩丝通常利用头发定型聚合物、水、表面活性剂和气体喷射剂,以及任选的助剂,如美观性试剂、香料和头发调理剂。所使用的调理剂包括硅氧烷类物质。
EP 0523388公开了一种含水头发定型助剂或摩丝组合物,其中引入了一种非挥发性的硅氧烷化合物或其它不溶于水的、可乳化的调理剂。优选的非挥发性硅氧烷化合物是低分子量聚二甲硅氧烷流体与较高分子量聚二甲硅氧烷胶的比例为3∶1的混合物。
EP 0 205 306公开了高分子量硅氧烷物质在定型摩丝中的用途。这些被定义为粘度为至少100,000cst的聚二有机硅氧烷。在装填到气溶胶瓶中之前将高分子量硅氧烷溶于喷射剂相。
有一个问题就是,那些通常用作头发护理场合的调理剂的硅氧烷物质倾向于使头发太柔顺而不能形成和保持一种发型。

发明描述
本发明提供一种含水头发定型组合物,其包括:

用于本发明组合物的适合的油性或脂肪物质在环境温度下通常将具有10-4-1.0Pa.s的粘度,优选10-3-0.5Pa.s,更优选5×10-3-0.15Pa.s,以TA Instruments Inc.,New Castle,Del.(USA)的Carri-MedCSL2 100控制应力流变仪测定。
本发明组合物中的油性或脂肪物质含有至少一种选自烃油和甘油酯脂肪酸酯的物质。
适合的烃油包括环烃、直链脂肪族烃(饱和或不饱和)、和支链脂肪族烃(饱和或不饱和)。直链烃油将优选含有约8-约19个碳原子。支链烃油可以并且通常可能含有较高数目的碳原子,例如约5-约70个碳原子,优选约8-约50个碳原子。同样适合的还有烯基单体,如C2-C6链烯基单体的聚合烃。这些聚合物可以是直链或支链的聚合物。在长度方面,直链聚合物通常将相对较短,一般说来,含有相当于如上所述直链烃的碳原子总数。支链聚合物基本上可以具有较长的链。这种物质的数均分子量可以在很大范围内变化,但是通常最高500,优选约200-约400,更优选约300-约350。

可以与本发明组合物中的烃油和/或甘油酯脂肪酸酯结合存在的其它适合的油性或脂肪物质包括其它的脂肪酸酯。
一般说来,脂肪酸酯的特征在于其具有至少10个碳原子,包括含有来源于脂肪酸或醇的烃基链的酯,例如一元羧酸酯、多元醇酯、和二和三羧酸酯。脂肪酸酯的烃基也可以包括或含有共价键合于其上的其它相容的官能团,如酰胺和烷氧基片断、例如乙氧基或醚键。
一元羧酸酯包括化学式为R′COOR的醇和/或酸的酯,其中R′和R独立地表示烷基或烯基,R′和R中碳原子的总数至少为10、优选至少为20。

油性或脂肪物质可以以单一的物质或混合物的形式存在于本发明的组合物中,只要其包括至少一种选自如上所述的烃油和甘油酯脂肪酸酯即可。
特别优选混合物,因为它们看起来能给出定型长久性和感官感觉的最佳效果。
可用于本发明组合物的混合物的例子是烃油脂肪酸酯混合物和烃油/脂肪酸酯/脂肪酸酯混合物。在这种混合物中,烃油∶脂肪酸酯的重量比可以合适地在1∶0.01-0.01∶1范围内,优选1∶0.1-0.1∶1,最优选3∶1-1∶3。这类混合物的具体的例子包括矿物油和豆油的混合物,矿物油、豆油和十四烷酸异丙酯的混合物。特别优选的是矿物油、豆油和十四烷酸异丙酯的混合物,其中矿物油∶豆油∶十四烷酸异丙酯的重量比是6∶2∶2。
同样适合的是脂肪酸酯/脂肪酸酯混合物。这类混合物的一个特别优选的例子是十四烷酸异丙酯和豆油的混合物,其中十四烷酸异丙酯∶豆油的重量比合适地在1∶0.01-0.01∶1范围内,优选1∶0.1-0.1∶1,最优选2∶1-1∶2。
本发明的组合物中油性或脂肪物质的总含量在1%-25%范围内,优选5%-15%,以组合物总重量为基础的油性或脂肪物质的总重量计。(ii)头发定型聚合物
头发定型聚合物是众所周知的商品,许多含有可使聚合物呈阳离子、阴离子、两性或非离子性质的片断的这种聚合物实际上可以从市场上直接买到。该聚合物可以是合成的或天然的。
聚合物的量可以在0.1-10%范围内,优选0.5-6%,以组合物的总重量计。
阴离子头发定型聚合物的例子是:
醋酸乙烯酯和巴豆酸的共聚物;
醋酸乙烯酯、巴豆酸和α-支链饱和脂肪族单羧酸的乙烯基酯,如新癸酸乙烯酯的三元共聚物;
甲基·乙烯基醚和马来酸酐(摩尔比为约1∶1)的共聚物,其中用含有1到4个碳原子的饱和醇,如乙醇或丁醇将这种共聚物酯化50%;
丙烯酸系共聚物,其含有作为含阴离子基团片断的丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸和其它单体,如丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸与一种或多种含1-22个碳原子的饱和醇形成的酯(例如,甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、丙烯酸叔丁酯、甲基丙烯酸叔丁酯、甲基丙烯酸正丁基酯、丙烯酸正己基酯、丙烯酸正辛酯、甲基丙烯酸月桂酯和丙烯酸二十二烷基酯);与含1-6个碳原子的二醇形成的酯(如甲基丙烯酸羟丙基酯和丙烯酸羟乙基酯);苯乙烯;乙烯基己内酰胺;醋酸乙烯酯;丙烯酰胺;烷基中含有1-8个碳原子的烷基丙烯酰胺和烷基甲基丙烯酰胺(如甲基丙烯酰胺、叔丁基丙烯酰胺和正辛基丙烯酰胺);和其它相容的不饱和单体。
聚合物也可以含有接枝的硅氧烷,例如聚二甲硅氧烷。
适合的阴离子头发定型聚合物的具体的例子是:
得自National Starch的RESYN28-2930(醋酸乙烯酯/巴豆酸/乙烯基新癸酸酯共聚物);
得自BASF的ULTRAHOLD8(CTFA命名:丙烯酸酯/丙烯酰胺共聚物);
得自ISP公司的GANTREZES系列(甲基·乙烯基醚和马来酸酐的酯化的共聚物)。
其它适合的阴离子头发定型聚合物包括羧化的聚氨酯。羧化的聚氨酯树脂是含有侧羧基的直链、羟基封端的共聚物。它们可以至少在一端被乙氧基化和/或丙氧基化。羧基可以是羧酸基或酯基、其中酯基的烷基片断含有1-3个碳原子。羧化的聚氨酯树脂也可以是聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮和聚氨酯的共聚物,其CTFA命名为PVP/聚氨基甲酰基聚乙二醇酯。适合的羧化聚氨酯树脂公开于EP 0 619 111 A1和U.S.5,000,955中。其它适合的亲水聚氨酯公开于U.S.3,822,238;4,156,066;4,156,067;4,255,550和4,743,673中。
在本发明中也可以使用两性聚合物,其含有来源于如甲基丙烯酸叔丁基氨乙基酯单体的阳离子基团,和来源于如丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸单体的羧基。两性头发定型聚合物的一个具体的例子是the NationalStarch and Chemical公司出售的Amphomer(辛基丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸酯/甲基丙烯酸丁基氨乙基酯共聚物)。
非离子头发定型聚合物的例子是N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮均聚物和N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮与相容的非离子单体,如醋酸乙烯酯的共聚物。各种重均分子量的含有N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮的非离子聚合物可以从ISP公司购得,这种物质的具体的例子是:以商品名PVP K-90销售的平均分子量为约630,000的N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮均聚物,和以商品名PVP K-120销售的平均分子量为约1,000,000的N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮均聚物。
其它适合的非离子头发定型聚合物是交联的硅氧烷树脂或胶。具体的例子包括刚性硅氧烷聚合物,如描述于EP-A-240350中的那些,和交联的硅氧烷胶,如描述于WO 96/31188中的那些。
阳离子头发定型聚合物的例子是氨基官能团的丙烯酸酯单体(如丙烯酸低级烷基氨烷基酯)或甲基丙烯酸酯单体(如甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯)与相容的单体[如N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮、乙烯基己内酰胺、甲基丙烯酸烷基酯(如甲基丙烯酸甲酯和甲基丙烯酸乙酯)以及丙烯酸烷基酯(如丙烯酸乙酯和丙烯酸正丁酯)]的共聚物。
适合的阳离子聚合物的具体的例子是:
N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮和甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯的共聚物,得自ISP公司的共聚物845、共聚物937和共聚物958;
N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮和二甲基氨丙基丙烯酰胺或甲基丙烯酰胺的共聚物,得自ISP公司的StylezeCC10;
N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮和甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯的共聚物;
乙烯基己内酰胺、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮和甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨乙基酯的共聚物;
Polyquaternium-4(二烯丙基二氯化铵和羟乙基纤维素的共聚物);
Polyquaternium-11(由硫酸二乙酯和乙烯基吡咯烷酮与甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨乙基酯的共聚物反应形成),得自ISP公司的Gafquat734、755和755N,以及BASF公司的LuviquatPQ11;
Polyquaternium-16(由甲基乙烯基咪唑鎓氯化物和乙烯基吡硌烷酮形成),得自BASF的Luviquat370、FC 550、FC 905和HM-552;
Polyquaternium-46(通过乙烯基己内酰胺和乙烯基吡硌烷酮与甲基乙烯基咪唑鎓甲硫酸盐反应制备),得自BASF的LuviquatHold。
适合的天然聚合物的例子包括虫胶、藻朊酸盐、明胶、果胶、淀粉、纤维素衍生物和脱乙酰壳多糖或其盐和衍生物。市售的例子包括Kytamer(购自Amerchol)和Amaze(购自National Starch)。
对于某些上述聚合物,可能需要中和一些酸性基团以提高溶解性/分散性。适合的中和剂的例子包括2-氨基-2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇(AMPD);2-氨基-2-乙基-1,3-丙二醇(AEPD);2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇(AMP);2-氨基-1-丁醇(AB);单乙醇胺(MEA);二乙醇胺(DEA);三乙醇胺(TEA);单异丙醇胺(MIPA);二异丙醇胺(DIPA);三异丙醇胺(TIPA);和二甲基硬脂胺(DMS)。可以使用长链胺中和剂,如描述于U.S.4,874,604中的硬脂酰胺基丙基二甲胺或月桂酰胺基丙基二甲胺。同样适合的有无机中和剂,其例子包括氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾和硼砂。可以使用任何上述中和剂的混合物。中和剂的量将在组合物总重量的约0.001-约10%范围内。
阳离子头发定型聚合物,如Polyquaternium-11,特别是Polyquaternium-16,是本发明组合物中优选的头发定型聚合物。(iii)油性/脂肪物质:头发定型聚合物比例
油性或脂肪物质(i)和头发定型聚合物(ii)通常以重量比(以组合物中油性/脂肪物质的总量与头发定型聚合物的总量为基础进行计算)1∶1-30∶1,优选3∶1-15∶1,最优选8∶3-12∶1引入到本发明的组合物中。(iv)水
本发明的组合物也将包括水,优选蒸馏水或去离子水,作为头发定型聚合物和其他组分的溶剂或载体。通常,水的存在量将为总重量的30%-98%,优选60%-95%。
醇可以任选地在本发明组合物中用作共溶剂。适合的醇是含有2-约4个碳原子的脂肪族的直链或支链一元醇,优选异丙醇和乙醇,尤其是乙醇。醇的适合的量为总重量的最高20%,优选5%到15%。(v)产品形式和任选的成分
本发明的组合物可以适宜地呈气溶胶形式或非气溶胶形式。特别优选的产品形式是气溶胶头发定型摩丝。气溶胶头发定型摩丝组合物以泡沫形式从喷雾剂瓶中喷射出来,然后通常用手指或头发定型工具逐渐地揉进头发中,和或者留在头发上,或者冲洗掉。
本发明气溶胶形式的组合物将包括气溶胶喷射剂(v),用来将其他的物质从容器中排出来并形成摩丝组合物的摩丝特征。包括在本发明定型组合物中的气溶胶喷射剂可以是任何通常用于气溶胶瓶的可液化气体。适合的喷射剂的例子包括二甲醚和烃喷射剂,如丙烷,正丁烷和异丁烷。喷射剂可以单独使用或混合使用。优选不溶于水的喷射剂,尤其是烃,因为它们在摇动时形成乳(状液)滴并且产生适合的摩丝泡沫密度。
喷射剂的使用量取决于气溶胶领域众所周知的一般因素。对于摩丝来说,喷射剂的量通常为最高30%,优选2%-30%,最优选3%-15%,以组合物的总重量为基准计。如果如二甲醚的喷射剂包括蒸气压抑制剂(例如三氯乙烷或二氯甲烷),进行重量百分数计算时,抑制剂的量包括在内作为喷射剂的一部分。
气溶胶头发定型摩丝通常也将包括一种或多种表面活性剂,其总量为总重量的0.01%-5%,优选0.01%-1%,最优选0.02%-0.8%。
通常,根据其在水溶液中的离子行为,将表面活性剂分类为非离子型、阴离子型、阳离子型、两性和两性离子型。
非离子型表面活性剂的例子为脂肪族的直链或支链的(C8-C18)伯或仲醇或酚与环氧烷,通常为环氧乙烷的缩合产物,该缩合产物通常含有3-30个环氧乙烷基团。其它适合的非离子型表面活性剂包括山梨糖醇酯、脱水山梨糖醇酸酐的酯、丙二醇酯、聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯、聚丙二醇脂肪酸酯、乙氧基化酯和聚氧乙烯脂肪族醚磷酸酯。
阴离子型表面活性剂的例子为烷基硫酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐、烷芳基磺酸盐、烷酰基羟乙基磺酸盐、烷基琥珀酸盐、烷基磺基丁二酸盐、N-烷氧基肌氨酸盐、烷基磷酸盐、烷基醚磷酸盐、烷基醚羧酸盐、和α-烯烃磺酸盐,特别是其钠、镁铵和单、二和三乙醇胺盐。烷基和酰基通常含有8-18个碳原子,并且可以是不饱和的。烷基醚硫酸盐、烷基醚磷酸盐和烷基醚羧酸盐每分子可以含有1-10个环氧乙烷或环氧丙烷单元,优选每分子含有2-3个环氧乙烷单元。
阳离子表面活性剂的例子为氯化十六烷基三甲基铵、二十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、氯化十六烷吡啶、氯化四甲铵、氯化四乙铵、辛基三甲基氯化铵、氯化十二烷基三甲铵、十六烷基三甲基氯化铵、辛基二甲基苄基氯化铵、癸基二甲基苄基氯化铵、硬脂基二甲基苄基氯化铵、二月桂基二甲基氯化铵、二(十八)烷基二甲基氯化铵、牛脂基三甲基氯化铵、椰子基三甲基氯化铵、(及其相应的氢氧化物)、和CTFA命名为Quaternium-5、Quaternium-31和Quaternium-18的那些物质。
两性和两性离子表面活性剂的例子包括烷基胺氧化物、烷基甜菜碱、烷基酰胺基丙基甜菜碱、烷基磺基甜菜碱(磺基甜菜碱)、烷基甘氨酸盐、烷基羧基甘氨酸盐、烷基两性丙酸盐、烷基两性甘氨酸盐、烷基酰胺基丙基羟基磺基甜菜碱、酰基牛磺酸盐和酰基谷氨酸盐,其中烷基和酰基含有8-19个碳原子。
用于本发明的气溶胶头发定型摩丝的优选的表面活性剂为非离子型表面活性剂,如聚山梨酸酯20、聚山梨酸酯80、乙氧基化壬基酚、steareth-20、cetosteareth-20、steareth-30,cetosteareth-30,steareth-50、cetosteareth-50及其混合物。选自阴离子、阳离子、两性及两性离子表面活性剂的表面活性剂可以适合地用于与任何上述非离子型表面活性剂连用以提高,例如起泡能力和/或泡沫稳定性。
本发明制备气溶胶头发定型摩丝组合物的方法遵循通用的气溶胶装填程序。将组合物成分(不包括喷射剂)装料到一个适合的密封可加压容器中,然后按照传统方法装入喷射剂。
本发明的组合物也可以呈不起泡沫产品的形式,如头发定型油膏、留住调理剂或凝胶。
这种油膏、留住调理剂或凝胶通常将包括一种结构剂或增稠剂,其量通常为总重量的0.1%-10%,优选0.5%-3%。
适合的结构剂或增稠剂的例子为聚合物增稠剂,如羧乙烯基聚合物。羧乙烯基聚合物是一种单体混合物的共聚物,所述单体混合物包括单体烯烃不饱和羧酸,和占单体总量约0.01%-约1 0%的多元醇的聚醚。羧乙烯基聚合物本上不溶于液体、挥发性有机烃中,并且在暴露于空气中时尺寸稳定。羧乙烯基聚合物的分子量适宜为至少750,000,优选至少1,250,000,最优选至少3,000,000。优选的羧乙烯基聚合物是美国专利2,798,053中所述用聚烯丙基蔗糖交联的丙烯酸共聚物。这些聚合物由B.F.Goodrich公司以例如CARBOPOL 934、940、941和980提供。也可以被用作结构剂或增稠剂的其他物质包括那些能给予组合物胶状粘度的物质,如水溶性或胶质水溶性的聚合物,如纤维素醚(例如甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素和羧甲基纤维素)、瓜尔胶、海藻酸钠、阿拉伯树胶、黄原胶,聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,羟丙基瓜尔胶、淀粉和淀粉衍生物、及其他增稠剂、粘度调节剂、胶凝剂等等。也可以使用无机增稠剂,如膨润土或锂皂石粘土。(vi)另外任选的成分
本发明的组合物可以含有任何其它的通常用于头发处理制剂的成分。这些其它的成分可以包括,粘度调节剂、防腐剂、着色剂、如甘油和聚丙二醇的多元醇、如EDTA的螯合剂、如维生素E乙酸酯的抗氧化剂、香料、抗微生物剂和防晒剂。这些成分的每一个将以有效的量存在以完成其目的。一般,这些任选的成分单独的量最高为组合物总重量的约5%。

按如下方法评价实施例1-9制剂的假发寿命:
将电烫的10克假发洗净,然后用0.1克试验配方处理。然后对假发进行定型以产生波浪形并使之干燥。之后,在一小时后将假发用手指梳拢10次,将其体积的增加与用不含油剂成分的对照制剂处理的假发进行比较。不进行任何进一步的手指梳拢,每小时目测假发的体积,直到处理后5小时。
假发试验结果表明,在定型寿命和感官性质方面,存在油剂是有利的。对于定型寿命和感觉性质来说,在制剂(实施例6-8)中存在10%的混合油能给出最佳的效果。
仪器测量表明,油剂有助于定型聚合物在头发上扩展以给出更大的区域范围和更薄的薄膜。
Claims (7)
1.一种含水头发定型组合物,包括:
(i)以总重量计,0.1%-40%的油性或脂肪物质,所述油性或脂肪物质含有至少一种选自烃油和甘油酯脂肪酸酯的物质;
(ii)以总重量计,0.1%-10%的一种头发定型聚合物;
(iii)以总重量计,0%-30%的一种气溶胶喷射剂;和
(iv)以总重量计,0%-5%的一种表面活性剂。
2.根据权利要求1的组合物,其中烃油是矿物油。
3.根据权利要求1或2的组合物,其中油性或脂肪物质选自矿物油和豆油的混合物,矿物油、豆油和十四烷酸异丙酯的混合物,以及十四烷酸异丙酯和豆油的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1-3任何一项的组合物,其中油性或脂肪物质的总含量在5%-15%的范围内,以油性或脂肪物质总重量占组合物总重量的百分比计。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任何一项的组合物,其中头发定型聚合物是一种阳离子头发定型聚合物。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任何一项的组合物,其中油性/脂肪物质:头发定型聚合物的重量比为8∶3-12∶1(以油性/脂肪物质总重量与组合物中头发定型聚合物的总重量的比例计算)。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任何一项的组合物,其呈气溶胶头发定型摩丝的形式,包括一种或多种表面活性剂,所述表面活性剂的总量为总重量的0.02%-0.8%。
