技术领域
本发明涉及一五金配件,用于可卸式连接两块板,特别是家具板,带有一可从打开位置向闭锁位置转动的夹紧件,它承接一所属的拉紧螺栓的头部,其中,夹紧件具有抓臂,它们在闭锁位置上从后面抓住拉紧螺栓的头部。
背景技术
开头所述的五金配件这样设计,在夹紧件从打开位置转入闭锁位置时,拉紧螺栓被拉向夹紧件。这引起拉紧螺栓或夹紧件分别处于其中的两块板相对运动,并贴靠到一起。由于所述板应牢固地彼此贴靠在一起,处于闭锁位置的夹紧件必然受到一定的拉力负荷。如果现在出于成本原因进一步降低成本,并因此常常为夹紧件使用劣质材料或者节省夹紧件上的材料,那么,夹紧件的抗拉强度受到损害。当拉力负荷较高时,夹紧件就会损坏。特别是当拉紧螺栓由于加工精度不够,而过长地装入相应的家具部件中时,就会出现上述情况。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,改进上述五金配件,以便能在五金配件各部分夹紧时避免在五金配件上出现不允许的拉力负荷和/或压力负荷。
依据本发明,这一目的由此得以实现,即至少在闭锁位置上作用于拉紧螺栓头部上的抓臂的表面具有一可变形的中间层。
通过该措施,拉紧螺栓的头部施加的力在直接作用于夹紧件之前,首先导致中间层的变形。由此,减轻夹紧件的负荷,并防止拉力过大,并能在安装时防止夹紧件毁坏,因为拉紧螺栓不能以过强的力在五金配件相互夹紧之前就压在夹紧件的抓臂上。在安装时,拉紧螺栓的头部导入打开位置中的夹紧件内。随后,夹紧件偏心转入闭锁位置,其中,固定在第一块板上的拉紧螺栓被支撑在第二块板上的夹紧件拉紧。如果拉紧螺栓从第一块板中突出不够,例如,因为第一块板中的孔尺寸过深,那么,在夹紧件完全转入闭锁位置之前,第一和第二块板贴靠到一起。拉紧螺栓因此不能再进一步靠近夹紧件。若继续转动夹紧件,在现有技术中由拉紧螺栓的头部向夹紧件施加很大的力,可能导致夹紧件损坏。依据本发明,与此相反,中间层变形,以至于由拉紧螺栓的头部施加的力不直接作用于夹紧件。可变形的中间层此外的作用是,将力逐渐地,而不是突然作用在夹紧件上。当然,依据本发明的五金配件还具有的优点是,拉紧螺栓过长地从第一个家具部件突出。在安装时,即在打开位置上,拉紧螺栓头部的自由端顶向可变形的中间层,而不是顶向夹紧件的抓臂。在转动夹紧件时,中间层同样变形,避免损坏夹紧件。依据本发明的五金配件可以以对加工公差更低的要求和更低的材料费用进行加工。
在本发明一优选的结构中,中间层可弹性变形。由此,即使是多层组装板,该五金配件也保持其功能。五金配件可以再次使用,因为中间层在从夹紧件上松开拉紧螺栓后,几乎恢复其本来形状。
在五金配件的进一步构成中,中间层可以具有凹槽,这样,在抓臂的表面构成突出部。通过该措施,临近突出部形成自由空间,突出部的材料可以压入其中,如果拉紧螺栓的头部在夹紧件的闭锁位置上使突出部变形的话。此外,中间层可以按照这种方式和方法减少材料,由此实现更低的成本。
在一具有优点的进一步构成中,突出部构成肋。这种肋容易转动夹紧件,因为拉紧螺栓的头部沿着其上引导。
如果肋基本上构成楔形,那么肋的材料厚度逆夹紧件的转动方向变大。这意味着,拉紧螺栓头部施加的力越大,肋的衰减作用就越大。
在一可选择的实施方式中,突出部构成榫舌。它使中间层的制造成本特别低廉。
特别具有优点的是,中间层由塑料构成。塑料可以制成具有不同的硬度、粘滞性和弹性。中间层可以通过适当选择塑料,特别有效地与各自的使用情况相适应。此外,塑料可以简单和成本低廉地进行加工。
也可以规定,中间层与夹紧件一体构成。在这种情况下,夹紧件和中间层可以仅用一道工序制造。特别具有优点的是,中间层和夹紧件由同一材料制造。

具体实施方式
图1示出一五金配件1的截面图,带有一夹紧件2和一拉紧螺栓3。五金配件1所示处于闭锁位置。此时,抓臂4、5从后面抓住拉紧螺栓3的头部6。抓臂4、5朝向拉紧螺栓3头部6的表面7、8具有一个构成肋的可变形中间层9。如果拉紧螺栓3的头部6在箭头方向10上向夹紧件2施加一个力,构成肋的中间层9就会变形。各个肋之间具有凹槽9′,每当中间层9由于头部6施加的力变形时,肋材料就会偏移到凹槽中。
图2示出图1夹紧件2的透视图。在夹紧件2的打开位置上,拉紧螺栓3的头部6通过开口11推入。此时,拉紧螺栓3头部6的自由端可以顶向构成楔形肋的中间层9并使其变形。楔形肋处于抓臂4、5构成球面段的表面7、8上。当夹紧件2顺时针转动进入闭锁位置时,抓臂4、5从后面抓住拉紧螺栓3的头部6。由此,楔形肋与头部6的背面产生接触。与转动方向相反的楔形肋的横截面变大。楔形肋补偿头部6和抓臂表面7、8之间的距离。此外,每当转动夹紧件2时,拉紧螺栓3被拉紧,楔形肋就会变形。
图3示出五金配件1的纵截面,它由圆柱形夹紧件2和其所属的拉紧螺栓3组成。它用于连接两块木制或塑料构成的家具板12、13。为在第一块家具板12中承接圆柱形夹紧件2,在板上加工出一圆柱形缺口14,它过渡到从该家具板12的端面15开设的孔16中。在第二块家具板13中,从其端面17同样加工出一用18标示的孔。在孔18中设有一套管19,拉紧螺栓3导入其中,并以本身公知的方式方法固定。如果要安装五金配件1,那么将拉紧螺栓3与其头部6共同按箭头20方向导入处于第一块家具板12中的孔16中,直至拉紧螺栓头部6与夹紧件2的抓臂4、5啮合。如果而后将夹紧件2按箭头方向21转动,那么,拉紧螺栓3以尺寸b拉入孔16中,直至两块家具板12、13利用其端面15、17固定,并在应力下彼此连接。如果超过孔18的孔尺寸a,拉紧螺栓3因此略深坐于孔18中,这样,家具板12、13之间的应力增加,如果夹紧件2处于闭锁位置的话。该应力通过图1和2示出的可变形中间层9所吸收。

Claims (8)
