Abstract

提供一种与混凝土面的粘合性和耐酸性皆优良的水固性水性涂料组合物。该水性涂料组合物由合成树脂10~60重量份、水固性体质颜料20~50重量份、着色颜料1~15重量份、消泡剂、分散剂和增塑剂等添加剂1~15重量份以及水5~20重量份构成。

Description

水固性水性涂料组合物
                        发明领域
本发明涉及一种水固性水性涂料组合物。
                        现有技术
在本说明书中,水固性是指在水中其自身固化的性质。一般来说,涂料中,将稀释剂由水构成的称作水性涂料(water soluble paint),将稀释剂由有机溶剂构成的称作油性涂料(oil paint)。
作为水性涂料的展色剂,使用醋酸乙烯系、苯乙烯丁二烯系或丙烯酸系树脂,向其中加入体质颜料和分散剂或稳定剂、消泡剂等各种添加剂,可制成水性涂料。该涂料多作为建筑物内外部涂装用涂料使用。
在组成涂料时,将与着色颜料一起提高遮蔽力和着色力并且用于使涂膜厚度的调节更容易的无彩色颜料称作体质颜料(extenderpigment),体质颜料以往主要使用硅砂、高岭土、石灰石(CaCO3)、滑石、重晶石(BaSO4)等。
现在,作为建筑物内外部的涂装用涂料,使用满足KSM5310、KSM5320规格的各种水性涂料和水性防水涂料,但其形态大体上是在丙烯酸乳液树脂中混合碳酸钙或滑石等体质颜料和各种添加剂,由于被设计成干燥的涂膜以物理力附着到水泥沙浆面上,因此,缺点是耐候性和粘合性等各种物性比油性涂料差。
                  发明所要解决的课题
本发明的目的在于提供一种与混凝土面的粘合性和耐酸性皆优良的水固性水性涂料组合物。
本发明者将主要力量倾注在成本低且物性优于原有制品的水性涂料的开发过程中发现,如果将在一定条件下显示出水固性的炉渣(slag)微粉末、二氧化硅烟尘(silica fume)、粉煤灰(fly ash)、火山灰等来自制铁所或发电厂等的产业废弃物用作水性涂料的体质颜料,则它们与混凝土面的游离氢氧化钙发生化学反应,从而获得附着强度和耐久性优良的水固性水性涂料,至此完成本发明。
                     解决课题的手段
为了达到上述的目的,本发明提供一种水固性水性涂料组合物,它是在水性树脂中,作为体质颜料使用在一定条件下显示出水固性的炉渣微粉末、粉煤灰、二氧化硅烟尘、火山灰等,并向其中混合着色颜料和添加剂而构成。
                     实施发明的方案
一般地,水性涂料中,作为展色剂使用丙烯酸乳液或乙烯基乳液等水性乳液,其中除了加入作为体质颜料的碳酸钙或滑石等以外,还混合有各种添加剂和着色颜料。制造水性涂料时所使用的原料中,对干燥涂膜的物性影响很大的是用量多的树脂和体质颜料。
水性乳液涂料的干燥方式为自然干燥,与强制固化型油性涂料或自然干燥型油性涂料相比,缺点是耐久性和附着强度等物性差,完全改善这种缺点的市售固化型水性涂料存在着制造成本高的问题。
本发明通过使用水固性的体质颜料(以下称为水固性体质颜料)代替以往的体质颜料来构成水性乳液涂料组合物,由此提供一种与混凝土面的粘合性优良、耐酸性和耐候性也优良的水性涂料组合物。
如火山灰、粉煤灰(fly ash)、二氧化硅烟尘等在高温下被处理的硅化合物中含有活性二氧化硅(也称为可溶性二氧化硅(SolubleSiO2)),该活性二氧化硅具有在水中与氢氧化钙结合形成高强度硅酸钙的特性。
因此,将本发明的涂料组合物涂装到混凝土面上时,混凝土中的氢氧化钙与本发明中使用的体质颜料发生化学结合,形成硅酸钙并固化,因此,本发明的涂料组合物可以改善与混凝土面的粘合性,同时,体质颜料自身具有水固性的特性,由此可以推断能够改善耐久性和耐候性。
二氧化硅烟尘是将在制造硅或硅铁合金等硅合金时产生的废气集尘而得到的一种副产物,是以非晶质二氧化硅(SiO2)为主要成分的粒径在1μm以下的超微粒子。
以下,用实施例具体地说明本发明。本发明不受这些实施例的限定。涂料制造
将涂料中所使用的颜料与分散剂和消泡剂混合,高速搅拌(2000rpm,1小时)使其分散后,混合各种添加剂和树脂,然后低速搅拌(500rpm,1小时),制造如下组成的涂料。(实施例1)

上述实施例和比较例中使用的丙烯酸乳液是使下述成分共聚而获得的丙烯酸树脂共聚物分散于水50重量%中制得的。

-六丙烯酸乙酯【ethyl hexaacrylate】:   5重量%
-丙烯酸:                               0.5重量%
上述实施例中制作的水固性水性涂料,使用水固性体质颜料代替原有的体质颜料,向其中加入作为水固化促进剂的石膏(CaSO4·2H2O),由此不会在涂料的贮存过程中引起反应而在与水泥沙浆等强碱性成分的底子接触时发生固化反应,从而产生对底面牢固的附着力。其结果,就会获得长期耐久性优良的涂膜。
从表1的结果可以确认,水固性体质颜料的使用使涂膜的附着力和耐酸性变得良好。

                       发明的效果
本发明的效果是,通过将炉渣微粉末、粉煤灰、二氧化硅烟灰等产业废弃物用作水性涂料的体质颜料,可以制造粘合性和耐候性皆优良的水性涂料。

Claims (3)

1.一种水固性水性涂料组合物,该水性涂料组合物由合成树脂10~60重量份、水固性体质颜料20~50重量份、着色颜料1~15重量份、消泡剂、分散剂和增塑剂等添加剂1~15重量份以及水5~20重量份构成。
2.权利要求1中所述的水固性水性涂料组合物,其中,水固性体质颜料为炉渣微粉末、粉煤灰、二氧化硅烟灰或火山灰。
3.权利要求1中所述的水固性水性涂料组合物,其中,合成树脂为醋酸乙烯系乳液、苯乙烯丁二烯系乳液、丙烯酸系乳液或水溶性尿烷。
