Abstract

Description

使用蓝牙的群呼叫无线移动通信装置

发明背景1.发明领域:本发明涉及至少能有两个无线通信链路的无线移动通信装置或手机,至少其中一个与另一个通信装置可以装置对装置地直接连接,而不需要插入任何基站。特别是,本发明涉及这样一种无线移动通信装置,在该装置中根据蓝牙内部通信联络系统分布图(Bluetooth Intercom profile)实行装置对装置直接连接的无线通信。

2.现有技术描述:蓝牙股份集团采用来自1999年7月22日版本1.0的蓝牙规格(下文称“蓝牙规格”)中的无线通信装置,特别是在卷2(分布图)第148页中的无线通信装置。

蓝牙规范包括通过使用所谓“3合1电话(“3-in-1-phone”)盒的实行无线内联的装置的协议和程序的定义。典型地包括使用电话基本信号建立的两个装置之间的直接快速链路。一种典型情况是只利用蓝牙直接连接话机对话机的在两个(蜂窝状的)电话之间实行的直接语音呼叫。

然而,蓝牙规范并不认为一组呼叫功能性的可能,即完全实行通过蓝牙内联链路或允许第一电话用蓝牙链路会议蜂窝呼叫中的第二电话以及远距离的第三电话,或允许三个或更多的电话参与一组谈话。

众作周知在网络PBX、多线电话和无线基站中包括会议或多个群呼叫,而不是在移动电话或完全在无线通信终端中。

发明目的和概述本发明的目的是提供一个构成为在连接第一无线链路中进行通信、还构成为与一个或更多通信装置在各无线直接的装置对装置的第二链路中进行通信、适当组合由不同链路携带的语音信号进行一组群呼叫的通信装置。

本发明进一步的目的是将本组群呼叫功能提供在蓝牙内联分布图所实行的一个或多个第二链路中和/或在蓝牙内联分布图实行的到另一个通信装置的直接的装置对装置的第一无线链路中。

本发明这些和其它目的是由提供的通信装置来满足的,其中携带第一无线链路的本地一侧呼叫和一个或多个第二无线链路的本地一侧的装置可以同时运行,该装置包括群呼叫组合装置,用于形成加到本地终端的信号、加到第一链路的第一呼叫上的信号和加到第二链路的第二呼叫上的信号,使得加到本地终端的信号包括从第一和第二呼叫的远端中获得的信号所作的贡献、加到第一呼叫上的信号包括从本地和第二终端获得的信号所作的贡献、以及加到第二呼叫上的信号包括从本地和第一终端获得的贡献。

附图简述:图1A显示是根据本发明第一方面是以手机的形式通过各自的通信路径参加到具有多个其它通信装置D1到Dn的群呼叫的通信装置简图,其中在手机D0和装置D1之间的通信路径包括插入到基站的无线链路,和在手机D0与装置D2之间各自通信路径是无线直接的装置对装置的链路。

在图1A中通信装置或D2至Dn的终端通过各自无线直接的装置到装置的双工链路,其中参与手机或装置D0的呼叫。每个呼叫都使用蓝牙内联分布图。装置D2至Dn可以是移动的或固定的蓝牙可操作通信终端,包括但不限于蓝牙可操作移动蜂窝、PCS或类似D0的无线手机。然而,只有装置D2到Dn的蓝牙内联呼叫能力与组呼叫装置10有关。更方便的是,通过包括那些装置的起主要作用的单个蓝牙微微网络,主装置D0同时参与装置D2至Dn的呼叫。然而,还有在装置D2至Dn不是在由装置D0控制相同微微网中保持群叫的可能。

装置D0和装置D2至Dn的每个装置都有自己的发射和接收天线,以支持蓝牙内联分布图通信的不同无线双工链路L2到Ln。一般来说,装置D0也有独立地发射和接收的天线A′,以支持用于基站12的相应天线A′的峰窝电话或PCS或无线链路L1。如果用蓝牙电话分布图实现无线链路L1,则也用天线A支持链路L1。在这种情况下,装置D0仅需要一个天线A,并且基站12的天线也就是蓝牙天线A。

另外,每个通信装置或终端D0至Dn都有自己的声电转换器或麦克风M和它们自己的电声转换器或扬声器S。由装置D0至Dn的声电转换器M产生的电信号分别命名为I0到I1,同时加到装置D0至Dn的电声转换器S的电信号分别命名为D0至Dn,从装置D0的观点来看,信号I0被认为是从本地终端获得的,信号I0至I1分别是从远端的呼叫终端或包含链路L1至Ln中获得的。类似的,信号O0可被视为加到本地终端,信号O0至On分别是加到最远端的呼叫。

为了进行群组呼叫,装置D0包括群组呼叫组合装置C,以形成加到本地终端上的信号和加到每个呼叫上的信号,这样,加到本地终端的信号是包括从呼叫远端获得的信号的和,加到每个呼叫的信号是包括从本地终端和从其它呼叫的远端获得的信号的和。

以下方程式显示从信号I0至In中形成的信号O0至On的关系:O0=I1+I2+I3+…In-1+InO1=I0+I2+I3+…In-1+InO2=I0+I1+I3+…In-1+InOn=I0+I1+I2+I3…In-1典型的情况是n=3,有四组与图3的流程图一致的群呼叫,上述方程式简化为:O0=I1+I2+I3O1=I0+I2+I3O2=I0+I1+I3O3=I0+I1+I2图1B表示不同于图1A中设备10的设备20,其中D1是类似于D2至Dn的蓝牙通信装置,装置D0与装置D1之间的无线双工链路L1也是根据蓝牙内联分布图实行的直接的装置对装置的链路。于是,对于这种结构,所有L1至Ln的无线链路L1都是蓝牙内联链路,最可取的是,不需要由装置D0控制在相同的蓝牙微微网中,D0至Dn的任何其它通信方式与所说明的群组呼叫有关。因此,在图1B中,通信装置D0只叫做蓝牙移动手机。如图1A一样,装置D0包括形成加到本地终端的信号的群组呼叫组合装置C,信号加到每个呼叫上,于是加到本地终端的信号包括从呼叫远端获得的起作用的信号。加到每个呼叫上的信号包括从本地终端获得的信号和从其它呼叫的远端获得的信号所作的贡献。

图2中说明的移动手机D0在通信中包括一个基带部分30、麦克风M和杨声器S、数字键盘31、用于显示器33的驱动器32,如LCD屏幕。基带部分30包括数字信号处理器(DSP)30a和微处理器30b,非易失性存储器或ROM30,至少它一部分是可编程的,其中存贮有程序构成的固件,以及用于DSP30a和微处理器30b操作的数据,还包括用于操作峰窝电话或PCS或无线呼叫而建立的数据、用于操纵一个或多个蓝牙内联呼叫而建立的数据、和用于通过适当的组合和分配音频信号合并上述呼叫进入群呼叫的数据,还包括用于执行程序的暂存的易失存贮器RAM30d。装置D0还包括蜂窝电话或PCS(如AMPS、GSM、TDMA、CDMA)或无线(如FM、扩展频谱、DECT、蓝牙电话分布图)RF部分34和蓝牙RF部分35,典型地操作在未调整的24GH2带中。RF部分34和35分别插在基带部分30与天线A′和A中。现在明白,如果用蓝牙电话分布图实行无线功能,这样可以通过蓝牙RF部分35和天线A来实现,在这种情况下,RF部分34和天线A′就能省去。

图3表示根据图1A装置10简化成四个装置D0、D1、D2和D3群呼叫配置的流程图,其中装置D0和D1之间的峰窝呼叫是建立在D0和D2以及D0和D3之间蓝牙内联呼叫逐次建立之前。还应该知道,蜂窝呼叫将建立在一个或两个蓝牙呼叫之后。此外,如果省去无线呼叫,结果在三个通信装置中的群组呼叫独自地经过具有图1B的装置性质的蓝牙内联链路。

参见图3,典型地群组呼叫的建立是在方块40上的装置D0的用户在显示器33上观看有效服务表开始的,也包括其它情况中的表,如“蜂窝呼叫”和“蓝牙呼叫”。用户将在方块42选择“蜂窝呼叫”,如按键盘31的一个或多个键或借助于用频带部分30执行的语音识别,以及在方块44的拨号装置D1。然后在方块46的装置D1的用户将回答呼叫,并在方块48中通过装置D0检测。

接下来,在方块50中,装置D1的蜂窝呼叫将由装置D0设置在“保持”状态,其中状态装置D0提供任何必需的控制信号以维持蜂窝呼叫,然后,装置D0的用户从方块上的表中选择“蓝牙呼叫”,在方块54,使蓝牙连接的请求被送到装置D2。

Claims (5)

1.一种移动通信装置,包括:包括电声转换器(S)和声电转换器(M)的本地端;装置(30,34),用于经过第一无线链路(L1)进行本地一侧的第一呼叫到远端,其中从本地端获得的信号加到所述第一呼叫上以便将其发射到远端,以及将从第一呼叫的远端获得的信号加到本地端;和装置(30,35),用于经过直接的装置到装置的第二无线链路(L2)进行至少本地一侧的第二呼叫到包括其它通信装置(D2)的远端,而没有任何插入的基站,其中从本地端获得的信号加到所述第二呼叫,以便发射到远端以及从第二呼叫的远端获得的信号加到本地端;其中,进行第一和第二呼叫的本地一侧的装置能同时运行;和还包括群组呼叫组合装置(30,C),用于形成加到所述本地端的信号,该信号加到所述第一呼叫上,且加到所述第二呼叫上,使得加到本地端的信号包括从第一和第二呼叫的远端获得的信号所作的贡献、加到所述第一呼叫上的信号包括从所述本地端和第二端获得的信号所作的贡献、以及加到所述第二呼叫上的信号包括从所述本地端和第一端获得的贡献。
