Abstract

本发明公开了一种湿法磷酸生产中冷却水的循环方法。该法在高于凉水塔进口处设置一个热水槽,热水槽出水即自动虹吸流入凉水塔进行冷却,省去了现有技术中的地沟、地下槽和热水泵,结构紧凑、合理,占地面积小,能有效地节约投资和运行费用。

一种湿法磷酸生产中冷却水的循环方法
                         技术领域
本发明涉及湿法磷酸的生产方法,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种对湿法磷酸生产中冷却水的循环方法。
                         背景技术
现有的湿法磷酸生产过程中,萃取闪蒸冷却器、浓缩闪蒸室产生的气体经氟吸收塔处理后,其中的水蒸气是通过冷凝器冷凝,进入热水槽,流入地沟、地下槽,再用泵送到凉水塔冷却后循环使用,过程多,流程长,投资大,运行成本高。如图1所示。
                           发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种湿法磷酸生产中冷却水的循环方法。利用本法可简化工艺和操作,降低投资和运行成本。
本发明通过下述技术方案予以实现:
1.在比凉水塔进口高的位置设置一个热水槽;
2.萃取闪蒸冷却器、浓缩闪蒸室产生的气体经氟吸收塔处理后,其中的水蒸气是通过冷凝器冷凝,进入热水槽;
3.热水槽中的热水靠位差自动虹吸流入凉水塔进行冷却后,通过冷水泵送入冷凝器循环使用。

                          具体实施方式
实施例1
本发明的湿法磷酸生产中冷却水的循环方法,经云南三环化工有限公司180Kt P2O5/a大型湿法磷酸装置试验,试验非常成功,取得了以下突出的技术效果:由于使热水槽的位置高于冷却塔进口9.3米,使热水槽出水即自动虹吸流入凉水塔进行冷却,省去了现有技术中的地沟、地下槽和热水泵。流程短,结构紧凑、合理,占地面积小,循环水系统节约投资5%以上,运行费用降低10%以上。

Claims (2)

1.一种湿法磷酸生产中冷却水的循环方法,该方法包括下列步骤:
(1)在高于凉水塔进口的位置设置一个热水槽;
(2)萃取闪蒸冷却器、浓缩闪蒸室产生的气体经氟吸收塔处理后,其中的水蒸气是通过冷凝器冷凝,进入热水槽;
(3)热水槽中的热水靠位差自动虹吸流入凉水进行冷却后,通过冷水泵送入冷凝器循环使用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的湿法磷酸生产中冷却水的循环方法,其特征在于热水槽的位置比凉水塔进口处高9.3米。
