技术领域
本实用新型涉及高效节能技术领域-能量系统节能综合优化技术,具体地说是一种尿素装置的氨冷凝器。
背景技术
目前我国现有的尿素装置氨冷凝器,无论哪一种流程都选用管壳式氨冷凝器,采用循环水冷却移走氨冷凝的热量。而且都安装在框架的顶部,高度在35米左右。这种方法运行费用高,消耗大量的水和电,造成大量的资源浪费。
发明内容
本实用新型的技术任务是针对以上不足之处,提供一种结构合理、运行费用低、节水节电、降低能源消耗的一种尿素装置的氨冷凝器。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该装置包括蒸发式氨冷冷器,液氨缓冲槽以及一吸塔;蒸发式氨冷冷器,液氨缓冲槽以及一吸塔通过管道串联连接,蒸发式氨冷冷器的顶部设置有轴流风机,蒸发式氨冷冷器外设置有循环水管,循环水管上安装有循环水泵。
所述的蒸发式氨冷冷器底部设置有溢流口和排污口。
工作时,从一吸塔来的气氨通过管道进入蒸发式氨冷冷器,冷却水由循环水泵送到蒸发式氨冷冷器上部的喷嘴,均匀地喷淋在蒸发式氨冷冷器外表面,形成一层很薄地水膜,在轴流风机的作用下将冷空气从下部吸入,使空气自下向上快速流动,水膜迅速蒸发带走热量。蒸发后的湿空气由上方的轴流风机抽走,从而使氨蒸汽冷却冷凝,被冷凝下来的液氨流往液氨缓冲槽。
本实用新型的一种尿素装置的氨冷凝器和现有技术相比,具有以下特点:
1、节电:采用蒸发式氨冷凝器后可使尿素装置的循环水系统节电60%以上。
2、节水:尿素装置的循环水用量降低50%以上。
3、投资运行费用低,该装置不需冷却塔和水池,投资费用大约下降10%。

本实用新型的一种尿素装置的氨冷凝器,其结构包括蒸发式氨冷冷器1,液氨缓冲槽4以及一吸塔5;蒸发式氨冷冷器1,液氨缓冲槽4以及一吸塔5通过管道串联连接,蒸发式氨冷冷器1的顶部设置有轴流风机3,底部设置有溢流口7和排污口8;蒸发式氨冷冷器1外设置有循环水管6,循环水管6上安装有循环水泵2。
本实用新型的一种尿素装置的氨冷凝器其加工制作非常简单方便,按说明书附图所示加工制作即可。
除说明书所述的技术特征外,均为本专业技术人员的已知技术。

1、一种尿素装置的氨冷凝器,其特征在于包括蒸发式氨冷凝器,液氨缓冲槽以及一吸塔;蒸发式氨冷凝器,液氨缓冲槽以及一吸塔通过管道串联连接,蒸发式氨冷凝器的顶部设置有轴流风机,蒸发式氨冷凝器外设置有循环水管,循环水管上安装有循环水泵。
2、根据权利要求1所述的尿素装置的氨冷凝器,其特征在于所述的蒸发式氨冷凝器底部设置有溢流口和排污口。
