Abstract

本界面色差鉴别器由电子电路、红色激光源、聚焦透镜、分光镜构成,红色激光源、聚焦透镜和分光镜依次位于发射光路上,分光镜后面接收检测信号光路上设置有光敏元件。本发明采用分光镜分离发射光和反射光,缩短了接收光路,同时消除发射光对接收光路的干扰,提高了信杂比。发射激光经聚焦透镜和分光镜,将光线集中射在距分光镜10mm至100mm的任意位置上,形成直径小于1mm的光斑。当光斑照射到具有色差的分层物体(固体、液体、气体)上,并发生相对运动时,反射光即发生变化,经光敏元件感知后,即输出相应信号,告知已检测到色差界面。电子电路产生特殊电源,对激光管供电,同时处理光敏元件输出的界面色差信号。

界面色差鉴别器
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种光学检测仪器,特别是一种判定分层物体界面色差的仪器。
背景技术:
已有的界面色差鉴别器,由电子电路、红色激光源、光敏管、圆光纤、聚焦透镜和反射镜组成,红色激光源通过光纤的内光路,将激光引至探头,通过聚焦透镜和反射镜照射在被测目标上,检测信号沿发射光路反射,经反射镜、聚焦透镜和光纤外光路作用于光敏管,电子电路供给激光管电源,并处理光敏管接收的反射光,判定色差界面是否存在。该探测器由于采用光纤及聚焦透镜、反射镜,组成较长的光路,因而光损耗较大,结构也较复杂,而且发射光路和接收光路重叠,造成干扰,信杂比降低,同时,对电子电路也有较高要求。
发明内容:
鉴于上述界面色差鉴别器存在的不足,本发明的目的是设计一种结构简单、信杂比较高、体积小、降低对电子电路要求、便于安装的光电一体化界面色差鉴别器。
本发明采取的结构特点能够达到上述发明目的,本界面色差鉴别器,包括电子电路、红色激光源和聚焦透镜,其特征在于在发射光路上有一分光镜,红色激光源、聚焦透镜和分光镜依次位于发射光路上,分光镜后面接收检测信号光路上设置有光敏元件,电子电路与光敏元件和激光源相连接。
本发明采用分光镜分离发射光和反射光,缩短了接收光路。光敏元件直接安装在分光镜后面,消除发射光对接收光路的干扰,提高了信杂比。发射激光经聚焦透镜和分光镜,将光线集中射在距分光镜10mm和100mm的任意位置上,形成直径小于1mm的光斑。当光斑照射到具有色差的分层物体(固体、液体、气体)上,并发生相对运动时,反射光即发生变化,经光敏元件感知后即输出相应信号,告知已检测到色差界面。电子电路产生特殊电源,对激光管供电,同时处理光敏元件输出的界面色差信号。
本发明与现有技术相比,舍弃了光纤,用分光镜替换了反射镜,用分光镜分离发射光路和接收光路,从而简化了结构、提高了信杂比,降低了对电子电路的要求,完成了光电一体化结构,减小了体积。因此使本界面色差鉴别器检测精度高、体积小,便于安装。

具体实施方式:
由图3可见,该传感器由激光源1、聚焦透镜2、分光镜3、光敏元件4、电子电路5、离心机套筒6构成,整个传感器固定在离心机套筒壁6上,光源1采用红色激光二极管,由电子电路5供电,。该光源光谱较窄,光功率较强,由于散射角小,光斑聚焦良好,光斑7直径可小于1mm,透过离心机套筒6上的玻璃窗口9照射在被检测容器——离心杯8肩部。分光镜3为镀铝膜半透镜,接收光敏元件4为硅光电池,安装在分光镜后面,接收光路的路径上。当离心机工作时,离心杯8中的血液被分层,各层间有色差。当分层血液成分向杯口流动时,即被光斑7照射。变化的反射光由硅光电池4感知,并将信号输至电子电路5处理后,加至微机系统作相应处理。

1、界面色差鉴别器,包括电子电路、红色激光源和聚焦透镜,其特征在于在发射光路上有一分光镜,红色激光源、聚焦透镜和分光镜依次位于发射光路上,分光镜后面接收检测信号光路上设置有光敏元件,电子电路与光敏元件和激光源相连接。
