发明领域
本发明涉及用于防止服装和日常用品的合成树脂制附件(例如拉链、钮扣、揿钮、钩扣、绳扣(strap fastener)、带扣、转钩、带子调节件和携物绳带)带电的措施。
发明背景
近年来,已经将例如拉链、钮扣、揿钮、钩扣、绳扣、带扣、转钩、带子调节件和携物绳带之类的合成树脂制品用于各种领域。这些合成树脂制品被大量地用作服装或日常用品(belongings)的附件,例如用于服装、帽子、手套、鞋子、箱子、包袋和便携电话。
同时,由于这些合成树脂制品是电绝缘体,因而它们不能释放由、于摩擦而产生的静电,所述的摩擦是在服装或日常用品的使用过程中,在制品的啮合/脱开操作时或者由于和其它物品接触而产生的,这样就很可能使树脂制品被充以静电。特别是在干燥的冬季,不能将合成树脂制品中所充附的静电充分地排放。于是,如果人在穿戴着附有充电的合成树脂制品服装的同时与例如门把手、扶手、车门等金属制品相接触,或者在佩戴着例如戒指、手表等金属制品的同时与充电的合成树脂制品相接触,就会产生静电放电,从而可能使人体受到电击。
作为解决该问题的措施,有人提出了日本实用新型申请3072667。按照所建议的措施,为了保护服装、日常用品(主要是短上衣、箱子和包袋)免于被充静电,将由制电纱(e1ectrical controlling yarn)组合而成的编织带插入一孔并与之连接,该孔设置在例如服装之类产品的拉链拉襻上。随后,将编织带的两端覆盖并固定,从而形成一个抗静电条。借助这样设置的抗静电条,就可以消除服装上的静电。
为了采用这种由制电纱组合而成并设置在拉链中的抗静电条,需要在拉襻中设置一孔来将抗静电条附连和固定于拉链拉襻,这样就会给拉襻的构造带来某些限制。另外有一个问题是,由于编织带的耐用性较差,因而编织带可能由于反复使用而断开或损坏,这样就不能实现其防止静电的目的。
发明内容
本发明是针对上述问题作出的。本发明的主要目的在于,提供一种用于服装和日常用品的合成树脂附件,该附件由包含某些抗静电剂的合成树脂材料制成,从而具有抗静电功能。或者,可以提供这样的合成树脂附件,其中可借助外用的或表面抗静电剂使合成树脂附件的表面具有抗静电功能,或者可借助内用抗静电剂使合成树脂附件的内部具有抗静电功能。此外,拉链、钮扣、揿钮、钩扣、绳扣、带扣、转钩、带子调节件、携物绳带和它们的部件,都可以用作供服装和日常用品之用的合成树脂附件,还有拉链中的合成树脂制的构件,这些都可以用含抗静电剂的合成树脂制成,从而使这些附件具有抗静电功能。另外,还可以提供一种用于服装和日常用品的合成树脂附件,其中附件的具体构造没有限制,能可靠地排放静电,并使人体免遭电击。

下面将结合附图来描述用于服装和日常用品的合成树脂制附件的各较佳
实施例。
本发明的用于服装和日常用品的合成树脂制附件包括拉链1、钮扣2、揿钮3、钩扣4、绳扣5、带扣6、转钩7、带子调节件8、携物绳带9及类似物。
为了给上述的合成树脂附件提供抗静电功能,可以通过对构成该附件的合成树脂材料施加外用或内用的抗静电剂来实现。
外用的抗静电剂包括阳离子、两性表面活性剂和类似物,它们通过涂覆或喷溅覆盖于附着物的表面而附着于合成树脂材料。外用的抗静电剂可将大气中的水分吸收到合成树脂附着物的表面上,从而迅速地将静电排入大气中。
内用的抗静电剂可分成低分子抗静电剂和高分子抗静电剂。在模制时,将抗静电剂混合并搅拌在合成树脂材料中,从而使其分布在附件的表面和内部。与外用抗静电剂一样,内用抗静电剂可将水分吸收到合成树脂附件的表面上,以便排放静电。
上述的低分子抗静电剂是由低分子化合物的表面活性剂构成的抗静电剂,并包括甘氨酰脂肪醚、聚氧乙烯烷基醚、聚氧乙烯烷基胺和类似物,如果是以0.2-2质量%混入合成树脂附件,则可以发挥更佳的抗静电作用。
上述的高分子抗静电剂是由高分子化合物构成的抗静电剂,其中在每个分子中都结合有导电单位,并包括聚环氧乙烷、聚醚酯酰胺、聚醚酰胺亚酰胺和类似物。如果是以5-20的质量%混入合成树脂附件,则可以发挥极佳的抗静电作用。
在图1所示的拉链1中,一链齿排1 2附连于一窄的拉链带11的侧边,所述拉链带是用例如聚酰胺、聚酯等合成纤维编织或机织而成的,从而形成一个拉链长条13。链齿排12是由以恒定间隔布置的多个链齿元件12形成的,每个链齿都是用例如聚酰胺、聚缩醛、聚丙烯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯等合成树脂注塑模制而成的单个单元。随后,将一可释放底端挡止件17附连于成对拉链长条13的一端,所述挡止件由一盒状件14、一盒销15和一可分离销16构成,这些构件都是和链齿元件12一样用合成树脂材料形成的。另外,在成对拉链长条13上设置有一用于联接或分开左右链齿元件12的滑块18。
如图2所示,滑块18由一本体19和一拉襻20构成,本体19是用例如聚酰胺、聚缩醛、聚丙烯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯等合成树脂模制而成的,或者可以用铝合金或锌合金压铸而成。拉襻20附连于滑块18的本体19,其一端具有一金属连接部分22,而在另一端则设有一用前述合成树脂形成的抓手部分21。或者,连接部分22和抓手部分21是用前述的合成树脂材料整体模制而成。在拉襻20的抓手部分21的前后表面上形成有一凹凸部分21a。
同时,链齿元件12可以是通过将例如聚酰胺和聚酯之类的单丝模制成线圈而获得的线性链齿元件,该线性链齿元件12可以通过缝纫之类的手段附连于拉链带的侧边。
为了使拉链1具有抗静电功能,可在已制成的拉链1的表面涂覆或喷溅外用抗静电剂。如果链齿元件12、拉链带11、可释放底端挡止件17、滑块18的本体、拉襻20的抓手部21等都是用包括内用抗静电剂的合成树脂材料模制而成,则可以在用同一合成树脂模制而成的制品内或在制品的表面和内部获得抗静电功能。
如果将这种具有抗静电功能的拉链用于服装或日常用品,例如服装、箱子和包袋,则可以将拉链1开、闭时产生的静电或拉链与其它物体接触而产生的静电排入大气,不会将静电充入拉链1。因此,当人接触拉链1时不会感觉到电击,或者不会有灰尘积聚在拉链1上。
滑块18,特别是拉链1的拉襻20最好是具有抗静电功能。由于当拉链1开/闭时拉襻20会被手指捏住以移动滑块18,因而在拉链1开/闭时拉襻20总是会与人体相接触。由于拉襻具有抗静电功能,因而在开/闭拉链1时,人体绝不会受到电击。另外,由于在拉襻20的前、后表面上形成有凹凸部分21a,因而可以增加拉襻的表面积,从而更有利于将静电排入大气。
在图3所示的钮扣2中,一钮扣主体24是用前述的合成树脂模制的,在钮扣主体24上设置有供缝纫用的线孔25。在此情况下,如果钮扣主体24是用混有内用抗静电剂的合成树脂材料模制而成,则钮扣主体24就会具有抗静电功能。同时,钮扣2的具体构造并不限于该实施例的形式。
图4所示的揿钮3由一揿钮雌体27和一揿钮雄体32构成的,前者具有一圆盘状表面扳30,用于将揿钮雌体27附连于一织物A,后者在其圆柱形外表面上具有一啮合部分33,并具有一用于将揿钮雄体32附连于织物A的圆盘状表面扳30。
当要把揿钮雌体27附连到织物A上时,先将从表面扳30的中心突伸的腿部31穿入织物A,再将该腿部装配在设置于揿钮雌体27中心的通孔29中,最后将腿部31的前端压扁即可将揿钮雌体27附连到织物A上。另一方面,当要把揿钮雄体32附连到织物A上时,在把从表面扳30中心突伸的腿部31穿入织物A之后,将该腿部装配在一通孔34中,随后将其前端压扁即可将揿钮雄体32附连到织物A上。接着,将揿钮雄体32揿入揿钮雌体27,使啮合部分28与啮合部分33相互啮合。揿钮雌体27、揿钮雄体32和表面扳30都是用前述合成树脂材料模制而成,并且在模制前将内用抗静电剂混入合成树脂材料,这样就可以使揿钮3具有抗静电功能。同时,揿钮3的具体构造并不限于该实施例的形式。
图5所示的钩扣4是由一雌构件36和一雄构件42构成的。在雌构件36中,在一平基底37上设置有附着孔38,而在另一端上设置有钩状保持件39,雄构件42可钩在该保持件中,这样就使它们从两侧相互面对。在一背板40的一个面上向上突伸地设置有附着杆41,这些附着杆可以插入附着孔38。在雄构件42中,其两侧被切割得长于雌构件36的两侧,从而提供一个基底43,该基底可被插设在两个保持件39之间。该基底43设置有附着孔44,以供背板40上的附着杆41插入。
在将雌构件36附连于织物时,将雌构件36的基底37放到织物的一个面上,再将背板40从织物的背面穿入织物。随后,将附着杆41插入附着孔38,将其前端压扁以便固定。在雄构件42的情况下,也是将基底43放到另一织物的一个曲上,再将背板40从同一织物的背面穿入该织物。随后,将附着杆41插入附着孔44,将其前端压扁以便固定。接着,将雄构件42的基底43插入到雌构件36的两保持件39之间,就可以形成钩合。
雌构件36、雄构件42和背板40都是用前述的合成树脂材料整体模制而成的,并且在模制前于该合成树脂材料中混合了抗静电剂。因此,这种由雌构件36和雄构件42构成的钩扣4就具有抗静电功能。同时,钩扣4的具体构造并不限于该实施例的形式。
如图6和7所示的绳扣5是由一圆柱形主体46和一滑动体47构成的,前者具有一底部,后者具有位于圆柱体部分48下方的一对可弹性变形的弹性腿部49。主体46包含一可将滑动体47装配在其中心的接纳部50,一可供绳带B穿过的绳带插孔51设置在接纳部分50之侧壁的上部。另外,在绳带插孔51下方的内表面上形成有一个倾斜的平凸轮面53。在凸轮面53上方设置有一凸起54,而在凸起54的下方设置有一阻挡孔55。
滑动体47的主体48包含一绳带插孔56,该绳带插孔与主体46的绳带插孔51相对,允许绳带B插入并穿过。在绳带插孔56的下方设置有一弹性腿部49,在腿部49的端部形成有向外凸出的边缘部分57,该边缘部分57可与主体46的凸轮面53形成滑动接触。边缘部分57的一部分装配在主体46的阻挡孔55中,从而防止滑动体47从主体46脱开。
如图7所示,滑动体47和主体46形成了一用于夹住和调节绳带B的卡扣装置。在滑动体47被装配并压入主体46并且绳带插孔51对准绳带插孔56的情况下,将绳带B插入。随后,如果压力被释放,滑动体47借助弹性腿部49和凸轮面53被向上推动,从而夹住绳带B。
绳扣5的主体46和滑动体47都是用前述的合成树脂材料整体模制而成的,在模制之前,将内用的抗静电剂混入合成树脂材料,从而使主体46和滑动体47具有抗静电功能。同时,绳带5的具体构造并不限于该实施例的形式。
图8所示的带扣6是用一个扁平的圆柱壳体60形成的,并包括一雌体59和一雄体62,雌体59的两侧具有缺口61,在雄体62中设置有一对柔性的插入腿部63,这两个腿部从一框体64突伸,框体64具有一带子调节件65。雄体62的成对插入腿部63被插入雌体59的壳体60中,从而使从腿部63的前端垂直突伸的啮合凸起66啮合于设置在壳体60内表面上的啮合凸起(未图示)。因此,雌体59和雄体62相互连接。
若要释放这种啮合状态,需将从壳体60的缺口61暴露出来的插入腿部63向内压。带子的一端附连于设置在壳体60一端上的一附连构件67,而带子的另一端则被插入并穿过设置在框体64中的带子调节部分65,随后就可以调节带子的长度。
雌体59和雄体62是用前述的合成树脂材料整体模制而成的。在模制之前将内用抗静电剂混入合成树脂材料,就可以使雌体59和雄体62具有抗静电性。同时,带扣6的具体构造并不限于该实施例的形式。
在图9所示的转钩7中,在一钩状啮合构件69的圆柱形近端部分70上向上突伸地设置了一个圆杆状的颈部71,在颈部71的前端设置了一个小的圆盘状头部72。另一方面,由一倒U形的框体74形成了一带子附连构件73,在框体74的两端设置有轴孔75。一在其两端具有枢轴的轴部76支承在轴孔75中,在轴部76的中间设置有一能接纳头部72的接纳部分77。接纳部分77可支承着啮合构件69自由地转动。
在该转钩7中,一带子附连于由倒U形框体74形成的带子附连部分73,啮合钩件69可以钩合各种不同的钩合件。转钩7是用前述合成树脂材料整体模制而成的,其中附连钩件73和啮合钩件69相互连接。在模制前,将内用抗静电剂混入合成树脂材料,这样就可以使转钩7具有抗静电功能。同时,转钩7的具体构造并不限于该实施例的形式。
图10-12所示的带子调节件是由一滑动件(slider)78和一调节带79构成的。在滑动件78的主体80的一端设置有一附连部分81,该附连部分用于连接一固定于一腰带的带子,一操作杆82由主体的另一端可自由转动地支承。在主体80之表面的中心设置有一能接纳操作杆82的接纳槽83,在后表而上设置有一导槽84,藉以使调节带79可以装配于其中并在那里滑动。
在操作杆82的前端形成有一能啮合于调节带79上的啮合齿85的啮合爪86。在操作杆82的两侧面上设置有啮合凸起87,这些啮合凸起87能啮合于凸起部分89,这些凸起部分设置在位于主体80的接纳槽83的两侧面的柔性啮合腿件88上。如果操作杆82落下,啮合凸起87与凸起部分89接触,使啮合腿件88退后。当啮合腿件88弹性地恢复到它们的初始位置时,啮合齿85与啮合爪86之间保持啮合。如果将操作杆提起,就可以释放啮合齿85和啮合爪86之间的啮合,这样就可以使滑动件78在调节带79上自由地移动,藉以进行松紧调节。
带子调节件8的滑动件78至少是利用前述合成树脂材料模制而成的。在模制之前,将内用抗静电剂混入合成树脂材料,从而使带子调节件具有抗静电功能。另外,还可以通过这样的手段来使带子调节件79具有抗静电功能,即,将内用抗静电剂混入合成树脂材料,然后再进行模制。同时,带子调节件8的具体构造并不限于该实施例。
在图13所示的携物绳带9中,可将各种绳带90卷绕成环状,还将一窄的绳带91卷绕成环状,一用合成树脂材料模制而成的连接体92附连于绳带90和窄绳带91的连接部分。当连接体92是利用前述的合成树脂材料整体模制而成时,在模制前,将内用抗静电剂混入合成树脂材料,从而使连接体具有抗静电功能。另外,绳带90可以由合成纤维制成,通过在其表面涂覆或喷溅外用抗静电剂,就可以使其具有抗静电功能。携物绳带9可用于拉链的滑块拉襻,或者用于便携电话或便携收音机。
根据图4-13所示的实施例,虽然构成附件的所有构件都具有抗静电功能,但也允许只有一个钩件具有抗静电功能。
从以上的描述中可以清楚的是,本发明能实现以下效果。
由于在构成附件的合成树脂材料中设置有抗静电剂从而使附件具有抗静电功能,因而即使在合成树脂附件一直被佩戴的情况下也不会受到电击。
另外,一附件的表面可涂覆或喷溅有抗静电剂,从而使该附件具有抗静电功能。因此,能以一种非常简单的方式来获得抗静电功能。
另外,可将抗静电剂混入附件的合成树脂材料中,从而使附件具有抗静电功能。因此,由于抗静电剂存在于内部和表面,即使由于洗涤或摩擦而将表面的抗静电剂去除,内部的抗静电剂也可以被传递至表面。因此,能获得一种永久保持抗静电功能的附件。
另外,诸如拉链、钮扣、揿钮、钩扣、绳扣、带扣、转钩、带子调节件和携物绳带等的附件的合成树脂材料以及构成附件的部件都具有抗静电功能。因此,使用于服装和日常用品的各种附件都能很方便地具有抗静电功能。
此外,拉链由一对拉链长条和一用于联接或分开链齿的滑块构成,在拉链长条中,一链齿排附连于拉链带的一侧边,滑块具有用合成树脂制成的一本体和/或一拉襻,合成树脂拉链元件和合成纤维拉链带中的每一个均具有抗静电功能。因此,可以有这样的效果,即,可以很方便地使服装和日常用品中所采用的拉链的合成树脂钩件具有抗静电功能。如上所述。本发明的效果是非常显著的。
Claims (8)
1.一种用于服装和日常用品的合成树脂附件,其特征在于,在构成所述附件的合成树脂材料中设置有抗静电剂,从而使附件具有抗静电功能。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于服装和日常用品的合成树脂附件,其特征在于,在所述附件的合成树脂材料的一表面上涂覆或喷溅有抗静电剂,从而使附件具有抗静电功能。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于服装和日常用品的合成树脂附件,其特征在于,在所述附件的合成树脂材料中混有抗静电剂,从而使附件具有抗静电功能。
4.如权利要求1、2或3所述的用于服装和日常用品的合成树脂附件,其特征在于,由拉链(1)、钮扣(2)、揿钮(3)、钩扣(4)、绳扣(5)、带扣(6)、转钩(7)、带子调节件(8)、携物绳带(9)或类似物构成的合成树脂附件具有抗静电功能。
5.如权利要求1、2或3所述的用于服装和日常用品的合成树脂附件,其特征在于,一构成所述附件的构件的合成树脂材料具有抗静电功能。
6.如权利要求4或5所述的用于服装和日常用品的合成树脂附件,其特征在于,一拉链(1)包括一对拉链长条(13)和一用于联接或分开链齿(12)的滑块(18),在拉链长条中,链齿(12)附连于一拉链带(11)的侧边,其特征在于,所述滑块(18)的一本体(19)和/或一拉襻(20)是用合成树脂材料制成的,并具有抗静电功能。
7.如权利要求6所述的用于服装和日常用品的合成树脂附件,其特征在于,所述合成树脂制的链齿(12)具有抗静电功能。
8.如权利要求6或7所述的用于服装和日常用品的合成树脂附件,其特征在于,由合成纤维制成的拉链带(11)具有抗静电功能。
