Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于确定在为造纸所准备的纤维悬浮液内的纸纤维结合力潜能的特征值的方法。按本发明,测量纤维悬浮液的空气含量,并由此求得特征值。在特征值与测定的空气含量之间的关系可例如通过一系列实验测量找出。借助此方法可例如在产生故障前评价和校正造纸机的运行性能。
Description
本发明涉及一种按权利要求1前序部分所述的方法。
在造纸时将纸纤维置入造纸机的水状纤维悬浮液中并脱水是已知的。其中,互相接触的纸纤维产生结合力,这些结合力最终导致形成牢固连接的纸张。产生这种结合力的可能性,亦即结合力潜能,取决于多种参数。最重要的参数是纤维状态和纤维大小以及在悬浮液内的化学和物料环境。改善结合力潜能往往意味着在原料质量、加工以及使用化学助剂方面会产生相关费用。因此,追得追求的是能及时、亦即在真正生产纸之前确定结合力潜能,以便能优化全过程。
因此本发明所要解决的技术问题是创造一种方法,借助它能表征水状悬浮液内纸纤维的结合力潜能。尤其应能及时确定与所希望的结合力潜能的偏差。所述测量应快速得出测量的结果。
本发明所要解决的技术问题通过权利要求1特征部分所述特征来解决。
在下述地点可提供能极好地加以评估的测量值,即在那里还没有采取纤维悬浮液有效排气的措施。在这些地方可根据为造纸所加工的纤维材料的纤维工艺参数和化学参数,自由调整空气含量。出人意料的是,在这种地点测得的空气含量与结合力潜能之间的关系可以足够准确地予以确定,所以可以提早预报所期待的某些纸的特性。这种关系可例如通过实验测量(empirischeMessung)轻易地获知,即使并非全部因果关系都已知道。可以认为空气含量本身对于结合力潜能没有重要意义,它只用作指示器。在许多情况下,更高的空气含量可确定存在更大的结合力潜能。
实际上空气含量的测量例如在混合泵之后的造纸厂的不变部分(konstantem Teil)内进行,纸浆与稀释水在混合泵中混合并造成需要的材料密度。若纸或卡纸应由不同种类制成,则也可以逐个确定这些种类纸张的特征值并分别进行校正。
可以设想各种可能性,对特征值与其额定值的偏离作出反应:使用化学助剂、改变对纤维的处理或纤维成分或调整造纸机直至降低筛滤速度。
借助按本发明的方法,可在造纸机有最佳运行性能的同时使造纸过程既简单又经济。也就是说可以校正结合力潜能,而且能及时地亦即在造纸机上产生断裂前进行。众所周知,防止产生断裂是造纸过程中在经济性方面的一个决定性优点。
下面借助附图说明本发明及其优点。
按此图,已制备好的纤维材料1和例如源自造纸机滤水(Siebwasser)的稀释水2在混合泵3内混合。由此构成纤维材料悬浮液,它有用于造纸机工作所规定的材料密度。在本例中,此纤维材料悬浮液通过一根直上总管5首先进入一个净化器组8,然后进入一排气罐9。直上总管5将纤维悬浮液带到一个更高的地理学水平面,以便于借助负压排气。众所周知,净化器组8用于清除细小的重颗粒,以及排气罐9用于借助负压将空气10从悬浮液中除去。这样一些处理步骤以及类似的处理步骤本身是已知的,所以对此只示意表示了一种可能性。结合按本发明的方法,比较有利的是将测量空气含量的测量点4安排在尚未实施纤维材料悬浮液排气的地方。由测量点4通过一根信号线6控制一调节器7,该调节器7可支配已说明的校正或调整过程。如这里举例说明的那样,这可以是控制一台计量泵14,借助此计量泵向悬浮液内添加化学阻滞剂15。作为另一种可供选择方案,在此图中表示了另外两个对尚未稀释的纤维材料1进行测量的测量点,例如在相应的放纸浆用的木桶13的排出管内(测量点4′)或在取自于木桶13的纸浆试样上(测量点4")进行。
已净化和排气的纤维悬浮液通过下降管11引向泵12,从那里它例如可到达造纸机的纸浆中心(Stoffzentrale)内或纸浆进口处。所述纸浆中心例如用于混合造纸所需的不同成分。
Claims (11)
1.一种用于确定在为造纸所准备的纤维悬浮液内的纸纤维结合力潜能的特征值的方法,其特征在于:测量纤维悬浮液的空气含量;以及,由此求得特征值。
2.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:在纤维材料制备过程中在一个测量点(4、4′、4")测量空气含量,在该测量点纤维悬浮液具有为造纸所需的纸浆成分,且没有通过相应的排气过程调整空气含量。
3.按照权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于:在混合泵(3)后方的造纸厂的不变部分测量空气含量,纤维材料(1)与稀释水(2)在该混合泵内混合。
4.按照权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于:在混合泵(3)前方的造纸厂的不变部分内测量空气含量,纤维材料(1)与稀释水(2)在该混合泵内混合。
5.按照权利要求2、3或4所述的方法,其特征在于:在测量空气含量后,纤维悬浮液通过负压排气。
6.按照上述任一项权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于:多种纤维材料同时用于造纸;以及,分别测量在这些种类纤维材料中的空气含量。
7.按照上述任一项权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于:借助相应的经验数据将结合力潜能特征值与相应的空气含量对应起来。
8.按照权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于:所述经验数据通过测量由悬浮液构成的纸张强度来确定。
9.按照权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于:通过确定在造纸机上用所述纤维悬浮液所获得的运行性能来对所述经验数据赋值。
10.一种对于上述任一项权利要求所述方法的应用,其特征在于:提高强度的化学制品和/或阻滞剂向纤维悬浮液的添加量按这样的方式来调节,即,保持所确定的认为恰当的特征值。
11.一种对于上述任一项权利要求所述方法的应用,其特征在于:提高强度的化学制品和/或阻滞剂向纤维悬浮液的添加量按照对运行性能的要求被减至最小。
