Abstract

本发明涉及一种空气压缩机壳制造方法,其方法是:按一定长度切断金属管,将弧形的盖和凸形的托架制作成一体,把与凸形托架为一体的盖上端接在圆形的金属管下端并焊接成一体。本方法可以加工空气调节压缩机壳,焊接作业方便,因焊接得厚,焊接次品率低;也因焊接面积少,既提高焊接作业效率,又降低了因受焊热而产品变形率;因盖和托架是一体,提高坚牢度。因而本发明的方法能制造出坚牢固高、品质优良的产品。

                          技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属部件的加工方法,特别是一种空气压缩机壳制造方法。
                          背景技术
对于空气压缩机壳的制造,至今为止都是在按一定长度切断的金属管下面,夹入另制造好的盖并焊接连接,再往焊接在金属管上的盖上焊接凸形托架。这种制作方法,金属管和盖成L形,没有插进焊条的缝隙,焊接处点少,极易产生焊接次品;另外,焊接面积大,受焊接热变形的产品多,从而降低了产品的坚固性,直接影响产品的质量;再有因焊接面积大,耗工耗时,降低了产品的产量。
                          发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可解决上述问题,省时省力,制作方便的空气压缩机壳制造方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:空气压缩机壳制造方法,是按一定长度切断金属管,将弧形的盖和凸形的托架制作成一体,把盖上端接在圆形的金属管下端并焊接成一体。
本发明的空气压缩机壳制造方法,焊接作业容易,因焊接得厚,焊接次品率低;也因焊接面积少,既提高焊接作业效率,又降低了因受焊热而产品变形率;因盖和托架是一体,提高坚牢度。因而本发明的方法能制造出坚牢固高、品质优良的产品。

                          具体实施方式
如图1所示,空气压缩机壳制造方法,是先按一定长度切断金属管(1),将弧形的盖(2)和凸形的托架(3)制作成一体,把与托架(3)为一体的盖(2)上端接在圆形的金属管(1)下端并焊接成一体。

1.一种空气压缩机壳制造方法,其特征在于是按一定长度切断金属管,将弧形的盖和凸形的托架制作成一体,把盖上端接在圆形的金属管下端并焊接成一体的以焊接制造为特点的空气压缩机壳制造方法。
