短消息业务电子商务
本发明涉及用于实现和结算一个买主通过互联网在一个出售产品或服务卖主处进行买卖的方法和装置。
本发明的目的在于,使得实现和结算一个买主用移动无线终端通过互联网进行的买卖尽可能有效和可靠。此任务由各独立权利要求所述的特征完成。
本发明方法由于组合了移动无线网识别过程(尤其是MSISDN的检证-传递)和与交易有关的交易号,一方面对于买主特别舒适,另一方面不仅对买主,而且对卖主都特别安全。
本发明特别适用于买主通过移动无线终端在互联网上(例如通过卖主的一个WAP-主页)发出的买卖查询;然而它也可用于买卖结算中的确认,偿付能力检查和了结,它们由一个买主用一台计算机在固定网上(例如在卖主的主页上)起动,在某些情况下仅通过交易号和移动无线用户-识别(尤其是MSISDN)经过买主的一个移动终端实现识别检查。财政结算可非常有效地在买主的通信帐单(移动无线费用帐单)上进行。它也可以如此实现:从买主的一个银行帐户划出一笔数额,并将此数额登到卖主的银行帐户上。

图1示出一个买主1(用一个具有移动用户号-标识卡SIM的移动无线终端),一个移动无线网的移动无线网运营商2,一个出售产品或服务的卖主3,一个可被移动无线网运营商提取或从属于他的安全装置4和一个银行5。
这里买主1,卖主3,安全装置4和银行5主要是指其终端(通信装置,计算机,数据库)。
买主1在互联网中冲浪。这原则上可用一台计算机在固定网上运行。这里用一台未出的具有SIM卡的移动无线终端,例如GSM或UMTS终端进行。这里买主用移动无线终端通过WAP 36在互联网移动无线网2上冲浪。买主1例如通过用鼠标按卖主主页上一个相应的键来确定在卖主3主页上提供的产品。为了可结算买卖,卖主3询问买主1的移动无线-电话号6(例如通过其用于主页的主机)。这也可以在冲浪时通过检证被传输。买主1例如通过移动无线或移动无线-短消息经WAP以其移动无线-电话号6(+491721234567)的形式传送(7)其移动无线用户-标识将其购买申请24(通过其移动无线终端)至卖主3。卖主3例如通过固定网和/或VPN在传输步骤9传送至少此移动无线-电话号6(以及售价7的金额70马克等其它数据)以及产品代号(“牛仔裤”)8至安全装置4。安全装置4在传输步骤10中传送至少移动无线-电话号6至移动无线网运营商2。移动无线运营商2基于移动无线-电话号6检查是否按照本发明的买卖结算已经过互联网接通移动无线电话号6。此检查例如可由一个WAP-服务器36或读取相应的文件(例如在HLR中或在KIAS中或在NMC中)完成。移动无线使用者的偿付能力检查也可用电话号6实现。在检查被通过的情况下,由移动无线运营商2(和/或一家银行)实现的对此电话号6和必要时对一个通过的偿付能力检查的接通使得移动无线运营商2能够在互联网上实现和结算买卖。为此在由移动无线运营商2至安全装置4的传输步骤11中数据14,16,33,13b被传输。如果结算应在以后买主1的移动无线结算时(例如由于价格和/或卖主和/或产品的原因)进行,则仅仅传输交易号TAN4711(标号13b)(它的传输隐含着对移动无线电话号6的接通和偿付能力)。如果结算应在银行5中的帐户上进行,在从移动无线经营商2至安全装置4的传输步骤11中增加传送帐号,银行号和姓名(标号14数据)。移动无线网中一个装置(具有数据库的计算机)中产生和/或存贮的交易号13a从哪里出发被传输到买主1(传输步骤37),例如通过从移动无线运营商的SMSC34至买主1的移动无线终端的短消息。用于买主1的交易号13a与用于安全装置4和/或卖主3的交易号(13b)是相同的。买主1通过移动无线传送(35)交易号(4711,标号13a)给卖主3。这可以例如通过短消息(34)或者在WAP-协议(36)上实现。必要时买主1也可同时或在以后再次确认:他想购买(32)。在传输步骤15(独立于传输步骤14,也可在传输步骤14之前,同时或之后)中由安全装置4传输(通过固定网等)有关接通和/或移动无线电话号的偿付能力的信息16,33至卖主3。

买卖结算可如此完成:安全装置4在传输步骤19中给银行(通过固定网等)传送有关帐号,银行号,姓名14,价格7和产品代号8的信息,并且指示银行5从由数据14所确认的买主1帐户中支取买卖价格金额,并在同时或之后(20)给出的卖主3帐户中登录此金额。更简单的方法是代替给银行的传输19,20,在传输21中通过固定网或移动无线网等传输一个信息给移动无线运营商2的KIAS 23等,传输的信息包括支取请求22,产品信息8,价格7和卖主3,这样在下一次电信结算时一起计算买主1的价格金额7。这里在卖主帐户上的登录可例如通过银行5完成(20)。

Claims (18)
