Abstract

本发明提供一种佩带时无不适感,且不会轻易脱落可长时间佩带的人体填充具及其安装方法。在人体填充具紧贴肌肤的部位安装有具有透气性,柔软性以及伸缩性的薄膜。或者在上述薄膜被粘附于人体上后,在其之上再安装人体填充具。由于上述薄膜是透明的,透过它可以看见肌肤,因此有自然的感觉。

Description

人体填充具及其安装方法
本发明涉及例如人工乳房等人体填充具及其安装方法。
当乳房因手术等原因切除时，可在胸部安装人工乳房。当手指因事故等原因切断时，也可安装人工手指。
以往的这种人工乳房，人工手指等人体填充具，如特开平5-154169公报、特开平6-121806公报、特开平6-121807公报、特开平10-128870公报及特开2000-175945公报所公开的那样，采用硅胶制成。如特开2000-176002公报所公开的那样，这种制作方法已相当先进，在柔软性、触感、色泽等方面与实物已无多大分别，透过皮肤可看见的血管和青筋等也可被真实地表现出来，甚至在碰到热水后，也会象实物那样产生红晕。
现存的问题是，这样的人体填充具不能被人体长时间佩带。如特开2000-175945公报所示那样，现有技术中那些用硅胶模仿人体制成的人体填充具，是利用其黏着性被黏附在人体上的。采用这样的黏附方法时，安装该人体填充具的肌肤表面出汗时，就会感到汗水不能蒸发的不适感，与此同时因为汗水的缘故黏着力变弱，容易脱落，因此不能长时间佩带。特开平9-276306公报公开了一种人工乳房，该人工乳房在紧贴人体的部位使用了医用黏着薄膜以减轻皮肤的负担，但即使采用了这一技术，在短时间内也不能解决脱落的问题。
本发明即是为了解决这个问题应运而生的，其目的就是为了提供一种佩带时无不适感、且不会轻易脱落、能更长时间佩带的人体填充具及其安装方法。
本发明的人体填充具，其构成是在紧贴肌肤的部位，安装了具有透气性、柔软性以及伸缩性的薄膜。
上述薄膜采用透明薄膜的话，就可透过薄膜看见肌肤，因此感觉更自然。
另外，本发明的人体填充具的安装方法是，在人体填充具的紧贴肌肤的部位安装了具有透气性、柔软性以及伸缩性的薄膜，将该薄膜黏着在人体上进行安装定位。或者，事先将薄膜黏着在人体上，再在薄膜上安装人体填充具。
采用上述方法时，薄膜采用透明薄膜时，就可透过薄膜看到肌肤，因此会有更自然的感觉。
下面通过实施例进一步来说明本专利的特点。

图1，表示本发明一个实施例的剖面图；
图2，表示人工乳房的一种安装方法的剖面图；
图3，表示人工乳房另一个安装方法的剖面图；
图4，表示本发明其他实施例的剖面图。
参照图1，图1是将本发明应用于人工乳房1的剖视图。用1毫米以下厚度的硅制薄膜3覆盖在胶粘性硅酮树脂制成的乳房形状的人工乳房本体2的表面。用硅制成的薄膜3从人工乳房2周围延伸出，形成翼部4。用硅制成的薄膜3，特别是翼部4最好制成透明的。人工乳房1在紧贴人体的部位安装有1毫米厚度以下的，具有透气性、柔软性以及伸缩性的薄膜5。翼部4和薄膜5之间用黏合剂相黏结。本体2和薄膜5之间，利用本体2自身材料(胶粘性硅酮树脂)的粘合性来黏着。
薄膜5最好采用3M公司(スリ-ェムヘルスケァ株式会社)的产品德伽达姆透明胶布(テガダ一ムトランスペァレントドレッシング)，这是一种手术后能直接贴于缝合处和外伤部用于观察伤口恢复情况的保护膜，具有可一直贴到伤口痊愈为止的强粘合力而且是透明的，因此填充具的安装部分看上去十分自然，就象不是粘上去的一样。
这样的人工乳房1可以用两种方法安装到人体上。
一种方法，如图2所示，在人工乳房1紧贴皮肤的部位，预先安装薄膜5，用丙烯类黏合剂等的粘合剂如达姆邦迪(ダ一マ一ボンド)将该薄膜5粘合在肌肤6上。
另一方法，如图3所示，用粘合剂先将薄膜5黏着在肌肤6上，再将人工乳房1的翼部4用粘合剂粘在该薄膜5之上。
将人工乳房1如此安装于人体之上后，因为薄膜5有透气性，所以即使安装部位出汗，汗水也会通过薄膜5被蒸发。因此不仅不会因为佩带而感到不适，而且会因为佩带了它而感到快感。另外，肌肤表面的汗水很快会干，也不会因为有汗而影响薄膜5和肌肤之间的黏着效果。因此，只要事先将翼部4和薄膜5牢固粘合，一旦人工乳房1安装上人体后，就不会轻易地脱落，而且可佩带着进行洗浴或进行体育活动等。而且，薄膜5是透明的，并不显眼，因此感觉更自然。
上述，是对人体填充具的一个实施例——人工乳房1的说明，本发明还可作为其他人体填充具使用的实施例，如人工手指、人工耳、人工鼻等相对的缺损部位。如有必要，本发明可以制成任何填充具，其特征都和人工乳房1一样，即在紧贴人体的部位安装有具有透气性、柔软性以及伸缩性的薄膜5。
而且，本发明的人体填充具，可以制成若干个然后组装。
例如，处理手指缺损时，如图4所示，将人工手指本体10分别制成人工骨部11和外装部12。
这样的话，可先将人工骨部11，通过薄膜5牢固地固定于人体13上，再在其外侧装上外装部12。当然，在人工骨部11和外装部12之间，也使用薄膜5，使外装部12相对于人工骨部11的装置更为牢固。
本发明如上所述，人体填充具通过具有透气性、柔软性以及伸缩性的薄膜被安装在人体上，由于薄膜良好的透气性，汗可被很快地蒸发，因此，佩带时不仅不会感到不适，反而因为佩带而产生快感。另外，薄膜5和肌肤之间的粘附效果可持续很长时间，因此佩带时也不会轻易脱落。
而且，薄膜被制成透明的，因此并不显眼，会有更自然的感觉。

Claims (5)

1.一种人体填充具，其特征在于，在紧贴人体的部位安装有具有通气性、柔软性以及伸缩性的薄膜5。
2.如权利要求1所述的人体填充具，其进一步特征在于，上述薄膜5为透明薄膜。
3.一种人体填充具的安装方法，其特征在于，在该人体填充具的紧贴人体的部位安装有具有通气性、柔软性及伸缩性的薄膜5，再将该薄膜黏着于人体之上。
4.一种人体填充具的安装方法，其特征在于，将具有透气性、柔软性以及伸缩性的薄膜5黏着与人体之上后，人体填充具再安装到该薄膜上。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的人体填充具的安装方法，其进一步特征在于，上述薄膜5为透明薄膜。
