Description

承载流体的敷贴 技术领域
本发明是有关一种承载流体的敷贴,尤其是一种可修饰体表曲线、可导入保养/医药流体、或可收集体液的敷贴。
背景技术
人类的生存极度依赖流体,尤其是空气和水,而人体和流体的关系有时是需求,有时却是负担,以需求性来说例如验尿、隆乳、保养皮肤、照护伤口、退热保暖、补充水分、喂哺母乳等;以负担性来说例如处理体液(乳液、尿液、精液、血液)等。
先前技术虽然针对流体相对于人体的需求性和负担性已有若干解决方案,但仍然存在诸多的缺陷例如:在满足需求方面例如乳房平坦的女性,使用胸垫容易滑动,NuBra重复使用后失去粘性,手术植入流体(盐水、硅胶)袋疼痛且所费不赀;在解决负担方面例如婴幼儿、卧床妇女采集尿液时面临导尿痛苦和感染风险、尿失禁者包尿布造成的种种不适或各式集尿袋使用不便且易漏。
发明内容
有鉴于前述问题,本发明提供一种承载流体的敷贴,能把流体暂时性地留置于体表,其便于粘贴于人体、不易脱落,可承载流体例如水、空气、保养液、药液、乳液、尿液、精液、血液而不漏,同时能满足人体对流体的需求和解决流体对人体的负担,结构简单使用方便成本低廉,用途广泛又能妥善处理人体和流体关系的敷贴。
为达上述目的,本发明提供一种承载流体的敷贴,包括:一第一片材,其具有一第一表面及一第二表面;一第二片材,其具有一第三表面及一第四表面,其中该第三表面的一部分与该第一片材的该第二表面的一部分彼此熔接或粘合于至少一带状区域,从而形成具有至少一第一引流口的一第一腔室,该第一腔室的内部可通过该第一引流口与外部相通;一粘着层,其设置于该第二片材的该第四表面;及一离型层,其覆盖该粘着层的至少一部分,其中,该第一引流口是形成于该第一片材或该第一片材的该第二表面与邻近该第二片材边缘处的该第三表面的未彼此熔接或粘合的开放部分。可选地,其中进一步包含一结构维持单元,其延设于该第一片材或该第二片材的边缘。

以下参照图式说明本发明之具体实施方式,其中相同或相似的部件以相同的组件符号加以表示。
图1为本发明之一实施例。承载流体的敷贴10包括具有至少一第一引流口12的 一第一片材11,其具有一第一表面S1及一第二表面S2;一第二片材21,其具有一第三表面S3及一第四表面S4,第三表面S3的一部分与第一片材11的第二表面S2的一部分彼此连结(熔接或粘合)于至少一带状区域1121,从而形成具有一至少一开口的一第一腔室R1,其可用以储存流体,第一腔室R1的内部可通过第一引流口12与外部相通,第一片材11边缘与第二片材21边缘可互相对齐(但不以此为限);在第二片材21的第四表面S4设置有一粘着层22,用以粘附使用者,使承载流体的敷贴10附着于体表;一离型层23,其覆盖粘着层22的至少一部分,避免粘着层22在使用前因沾污而失去粘性,离型层23可例如为离型纸。
承载流体的敷贴10可使用例如但不限于天然乳胶、合成乳胶、橡胶、硅胶、聚异戊二烯(PI)、聚氨酯(PU)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、高分子材料、生物材料、或合成生物DNA材料制作。粘着层22的组成材料可包含例如压敏粘合剂,使第二片材21通过粘着层22粘附于使用者皮肤,第二片材21也可以是由粘性材料制造而成。第一片材11的第二表面S2与第二片材21的第三表面S3相连结,可使用例如但不限于溶剂、粘合剂、胶带、或胶膜粘合,也可通过例如但不限于电热、超音波、或高周波等方式熔融接合。

图2A至图2C为本发明之另一实施例。承载流体的敷贴10的第一片材11与第二片材21之间增设有一第三片材31,第三片材31与第二片材21之间从而形成一第二腔室R2,第三片材31的边缘可同时熔接/粘合于第一片材11与第二片材21之间(如图2A所示),或熔接/粘合于第一片材11(如图2B所示),或熔接/粘合于第二片材21(如图2C所示)。第一腔室R1与第二腔室R2可分别注入相同或不同的流体。

图4为本发明之另一实施例,可用于使女性于穿着衣物后视觉上有乳房增大的效果。引流管13的帽缘部131与第一片材11的第二表面S2连结,引流管13并由第一引流口12向第一腔室R1方向延伸作为注入流体之用,在注入水之后,欲将引流管13盖上盖体14之际,第一腔室R1内的流体会因为受到压力或重力而排出,因此,引流管13可进一步包括一逆止结构,以防止流体经由引流管13从第一腔室R1的内部流向外部。以第一片材11与第二片材21借由连续封闭的带状区域1121连结而成的第一腔室R1,特别是由软性片材构成的第一腔室R1在充满流体时会如枕头般从周缘向中心膨胀,流体的压力将使得第二片材21的边缘容易从体表剥离。为克服上述问题,第二片材21边缘可大于带状区域1121的外缘或第一片材11边缘,使带状区域1121的外缘与第二片材21边缘之间具有一距离,此距离最宽之处较佳为大于3毫米,更佳为大于8毫米,最佳为大于15毫米, 从而使承载流体的敷贴10的周缘具有更佳的贴合性,就像帐篷通过绳索和营钉固定于地面般,径向突出的第二片材21(如同绳索)可通过粘着层22(如同营钉)更能将第一腔室R1邻近第二片材21的一面平贴于体表。再者,第二片材21以带状区域1121的内缘作为参考点,通过粘着层22分别在第二片材21的内侧及外侧产生双边固定的效果,可有效抵抗因第一片材11的拉力或液压太大造成第二片材21从体表剥离。此外,由于第二片材21大于带状区域1121的外缘(即第二片材21的边缘与带状区域1121的外缘具有一距离),其总厚度由边缘向中心渐增,相对于图1至图3之中第一片材11与第二片材21互相对齐而成的较厚(两层)边缘易受摩擦而卷起,较薄的边缘更能避免承载流体的敷贴10的周缘因受到摩擦而剥离。本发明还可包含一结构维持单元91,其延设于第一片材11或第二片材21的边缘,如同在第一片材11或第二片材21上设置一边框,用以在贴合前维持其边缘形状,可避免产生皱折,使用者在贴合之后可将结构维持单元91移除。在本实施例中,用以粘附乳房的第二片材21为一平面薄膜,而第一片材11则较佳由弧面薄膜制造,如此可增加第一腔室R1的容量,使乳房可以在视觉上变得更大。另外,还可于粘着层22的至少一部分上设置一第四片材41用于吸汗,第四片材41为一含有纤维、孔隙、或高分子吸水材料的吸收片材,例如但不限于面纸、棉花、纱布、不织布、海绵、或人工皮,其边缘不超过带状区域1121的内缘。除了使乳房外表轮廓增大以外,用相同方式还可修饰其他体表曲线例如但不限于扁平足足弓。
图5A至图5E为本发明用于女性穿着衣物时视觉上乳房外表轮廓增大的使用步骤,承载流体的敷贴10包含一第五片材51,第五片材51的一部份连结于第一片材11的第二表面S2并具有一可掀部52,可掀部52大于第一引流口12并可自第一腔室R1内侧完全遮蔽第一引流口12,从而可掀部52仅能朝向第一腔室R1内掀起,其具有逆止阀的功效,以防止流体通过第一引流口12从第一腔室R1的内部流向外部(第五片材51的一部份如果连结于第一片材11的第一表面S1则产生反向功效)。步骤1如图5A所示,离型层23被分开并剥离,暴露第二片材21上的粘着层22。步骤2如图5B所示,将粘着层22朝向乳房并将第二片材21粘附于乳房皮肤。步骤3(非必要步骤)如图5C所示,移除结构维持单元91。步骤4如图5D所示,经由第一引流口12注入适量的水,第一腔室R1内的液压会将可掀部52推向第一引流口12且将其堵塞。逐渐膨胀的第一腔室R1,其第二片材21向胸大肌方向压迫乳房被覆盖部位的软组织,使乳房呈现凹陷状态,其第一片材11则与乳房未被覆盖部位的皮肤结合成增大后的乳房外表轮廓。步骤5如图5E所示,再以设有可重复粘贴的粘胶的盖体14盖住第一引流口12,以避免流体少量渗出。第一腔室R1 中的水,可通过上述步骤与使用者的乳房融合,产生自然的体表曲线,女性更可以通过调整注入的水量方便地调整乳房的体积,由于水的比重接近于人体的比重,其流体特性更可再现乳房的垂坠感和触感。
本发明之一实施例如图6A所示,第一片材11一部分的裁片向外延伸而构成一延伸部111,延伸部111经反折并将其边缘连结于第一片材11,形成一扣带。本发明之一实施例如图6B所示,第一片材11或第二片材21具有波浪状的边缘,使承载流体的敷贴10更适于服贴在非平面的表面上,边缘为波浪状结构的第二片材21也可提供如同爪子般的抓力,在袋体内充满流体时更能抵抗外力的拉扯。在第一片材11或第二片材21的边缘可进一步设置一扣件92,将相邻的两个承载流体的敷贴10永久地或可拆卸地连接。扣件92可使用例如但不限于扣环、扣子、铆钉/扣、搭扣、拉炼、胶带、魔鬼毡、或绑带/绳。在本实施例中,扣件92为一C型/U型扣环,扣环的两端分别穿过相向的两个由第一片材11的延伸部111形成的前述扣带,借以缩小两乳间的距离,使女性的乳房在视觉效果上更集中,乳沟更明显。
图7A至图7G为本发明具有二个第一引流口12的另一实施例,第二片材21均以相同裁片为示例,其瓣状的边缘与图6B的波浪状边缘具有相同功效,可使第二片材21更适于服贴在非平面的表面上。一逆止结构,是于第一片材11模切加工形成一C型/U型的一第一可掀部112,其构成第一引流口12A的一部分,进一步在第一引流口12A设置一第六片材61,其边缘以围绕第一可掀部112的方式封闭地连结于第一片材11的第一表面S1并具有一开口,其开口小于第一可掀部112并可被第一可掀部112自第一腔室R1内侧完全遮蔽,从而使第一可掀部112仅能朝向第一腔室R1内掀起,其具有逆止阀的功效,以防止使用者注入的流体通过第一引流口12A从第一腔室R1的内部流向外部(第六片材61其边缘如果连结于第一片材11的第二表面S2则产生反向功效)。如图7A所示,第一片材11的第二表面S2与邻近第二片材21边缘处的第三表面S3的未彼此熔接或粘合之处具有一开放部分,形成另一第一引流口12B,在第一引流口12B设置逆止结构(图中未绘出)时第一可掀部112可形成于第一片材11邻近于第一引流口12B的边缘处,第六片材61的边缘则以围绕第一可掀部112的方式封闭地同时连结于第一片材11与第二片材21。第一引流口12B还可进一步包含一引流部,在本实施例中,引流部为一引流管13,其夹设于第一片材11与第二片材21之间。还可在引流管13进一步连接一延长管93作为排出用途,第一腔室R1中的流体可经由第一引流口12B、引流管13、延长管93排出至使用者口中,成为户外活动例如长跑、自行车、长泳、或潜水者粘附于身体的水壶,可在活动中随时补 充水分或流质食物。或者令第一腔室R1形成一端注入、另一端排出的流动空间,在本发明作为冷/热敷用途时可持续注入相同温度的水使第一腔室R1保持恒温。粘着层22除了在制造过程涂布粘胶于第二片材21之上,其组成材料还可包含例如双面胶,其中一面粘附第二片材21,另一面则粘附使用者,由第一片材11与第二片材21彼此连结而形成的第一腔室R1只需更换双面胶即可重复地使用。图7B是正视图,引流管13是借由结合两片第七片材71的两侧边而形成,第一引流口12B围绕于引流管13,邻近第一引流口12B的第七片材71,分别与第一片材11的第二表面S2、第二片材21的第三表面S3封闭地连结(如图7C所示),从而使引流管13在自然状态下为扁平状,使用厚度小于0.1mm的薄膜材料制造引流管13可具有逆止功效,使第一腔室R1内的流体不会流出。其中引流管13相对的表面中之一者上设有一隔离材料94(图中未绘出),以免第七片材71两侧边以外的内表面在制造过程中因受热互相熔接而阻滞流体流动,隔离材料94是在两片片材结合成引流管13之前以夹设、涂层或印刷方式设置。邻近第二片材21的第七片材71上设有一隔离材料94(如图7D所示),在本实施例中,第一片材11可进一步包含一延伸部111,以延伸部111取代原本与第一片材11相连结的第七片材71(即第一片材11与第七片材71为一体成型地制造),并形成引流管13。图7E是正视图,引流部为对应第一引流口12B而设置的一引流袋16,与图7B的引流管13有相似之处,引流袋16也是借由结合两片第七片材71的两侧边,且同时结合底边而形成,将第七片材71进一步加宽、加长即可增加引流袋16的容量。如图7F所示,引流袋16如同图7D中的引流管13,其邻近第一片材11的第七片材71可由第一片材11延伸取代,第一片材11的延伸部111的终端与一第七片材71的底缘连结,第七片材71的顶缘则与第二片材21连结,再结合延伸部111与第七片材71的开放的两侧边,形成引流袋16,其中第七片材71与延伸部111相对的表面中之一者上设有一隔离材料94,再以设有可重复粘贴的粘胶的盖体14贴住第六片材61的开口,以避免流体少量渗出。如图7G所示,引流袋16由一第八片材81对折后封闭其全部或部分的边缘而形成,在本实施例中,进一步对应第六片材61的开口设置一引流管13。
图8A至图8C为本发明之另一实施例,第一片材11与第二片材21的邻近边缘处未彼此连结的开放部分形成一第一引流口12。如图8A所示,进一步以第一片材11的延伸部111取代图7G中对折的第八片材81形成引流袋16,引流袋16是由延伸的第一片材11的第一表面S1与第二片材21的第三表面S3连结,再结合延伸部111对折后开放的两侧边所形成,同时,第二片材21具有至少一第二引流口24,使第一腔室R1的内部可通 过第二引流口24与第一腔室R1的外部相通,第二引流口24小于带状区域1121的内缘,使第二引流口24与带状区域1121的内缘之间具有一距离,此距离较佳为大于3毫米,更佳为大于8毫米,最佳为大于15毫米。在将本发明作为精液收集装置时,第一片材11、第二片材21、第七片材71的厚度较佳为小于0.05毫米、更佳为小于0.03毫米、最佳为小于0.02毫米,第二片材21的周长较佳为小于180毫米、更佳为小于150毫米、最佳为小于120毫米,第二片材21的最宽之处较佳为小于60毫米、更佳为小于55毫米、最佳为小于50毫米,引流袋16的容积较佳为小于20毫升(ml)、更佳为小于15毫升、最佳为小于10毫升。较小的周长与厚度可以让体液收集装置10的尺寸更轻薄短小,以提升性行为过程中双方的快感;容积的设定则是配合男性一次射精量通常不超过10毫升。如图8B所示,为本发明用于收集精液的另一实施例。由于男性邻近包皮系带的龟头冠是承受性行为活塞运动摩擦力最大的区域,位于此区域的第一片材11、第二片材21以呈U型/C型的带状区域1121互相连结,在性行为中第一腔室R1大致处于密合状态,可有效避免摩擦力对第一片材11、第二片材21产生拉扯而导致剥离。图8C是后视图(请同时参考图8A),第二引流口24由第二片材21的中心部位延伸至第二片材21的上缘,形成上端开放呈U型(或呈C型/V型)的第二片材21,使用时将开放端朝向卧床妇女的耻骨粘附承载流体的敷贴10于外阴部,即可直接收集尿液检体,无须使用导尿管以侵入方式采检,第二片材21具有开放端的设计可避免因粘着层22沾粘体毛导致撕除困难。结构维持单元91(图中未绘出)还可由边缘向外延伸,形成一突出于第二片材21的捏持部911,其至少一点连结于结构维持单元91,以供使用者用手指捏持,便于在贴合之前调整本发明的位置,或便于在贴合之后移除结构维持单元91。
图9A至图9C为本发明之另一实施例。如图9A所示,引流管13具有较宽的管壁截面,且具有与第一引流口12大致相同的外截面,盖体14或引流管13一端的管壁截面设有可重复粘贴的粘胶,使盖体14以可移除的方式与引流管13粘合。同时,第二片材21具有至少一第二引流口24,使用者经由引流管13注入药物或保养品,使第一腔室R1的流体可经由第二引流口24直接接触体表,将药物或保养品直接导入伤口或浸润皮肤,对于经皮吸收的药物也有防止药物流失或避免沾污衣物的功效。如果需要减缓流体对体表的作用,可在第二引流口24设置单向或双向渗透膜(如图9B所示),例如为纱布、熔喷不织布,或在至少一部份的第二片材21加工形成复数第二引流口24,微小且密集排列的开口,使流体可通过微多孔结构的薄膜缓慢渗透。可选地,使用者注入流体时,第五片材51的可掀部52可防止流体流出。还可进一步在第一腔室R1范围内增设复数的点状/带状 的带状区域1121(如图9C所示,其是图9B的正视图),使第一腔室R1内部形成彼此流通的复数小腔室,第一片材11与第二片材21之间的距离较小(如图9B所示),能利用较少的流体起到最佳的浸润效果。结构维持单元91的两侧边缘可进一步相对设置捏持部911,方便使用者操作。
图10为本发明之另一实施例。第二片材21具有一第二引流口24,引流部为对应第一引流口12而设置的一引流袋16,其可如图7E所示结合二第七片材71而形成,或可如本实施例所示,由一第八片材81对折后封闭其全部或部分的边缘而形成,其边缘还可具有一未封闭的开放部分,形成引流袋16的一引流口。使用时将第二引流口24对准女性尿道口及阴道口并使第二片材21借由粘着层22粘附于外阴部皮肤,使用者的尿液或经血可引流至引流袋16之中储存,引流袋16还可进一步连结一第二引流管95,使体液可适时排出。此外,本实施例中的引流袋16可进一步包含一具有逆止功效的结构,以避免引流袋16中的流体回流至第一腔室R1。如图10所示,其中第一片材11具有一第一可掀部112,构成引流袋16的第八片材81具有大于第一可掀部112的一第二可掀部96,第一片材11与第八片材81以环绕第一可掀部112及第二可掀部96的方式封闭地连结,且第一可掀部112至少一部份连结(熔接或粘合)于第二可掀部96。由于第一可掀部112的尺寸小于第二可掀部96,二者连结后仅能朝向引流袋16内掀起,故具有防止引流袋16中的流体逆流的效果。本发明所属技术领域具有通常知识者应可理解,引流袋16若由两片第七片材71构成,同样可在第七片材71设置第二可掀部96以免流体逆流。
图11为本发明之另一实施例。还可进一步于引流管13设置呈扁平状的一施力部132,方便一手固定引流管13另一手操作盖体14借以打开或关闭引流管13。使用时先分开并剥离离型层23,再将第二引流口24对准女性乳头并使第二片材21借由粘着层22粘附于乳房皮肤,接着将盖体14借由材料弹性及摩擦力塞入并关闭引流管13,使用者的乳液可经由第二引流口24流至第一腔室R1之中并储存,之后选择适合地点再打开引流管13将乳液排出。本发明可帮助喂哺母乳的妈妈避免溢乳沾污衣物或产生异味。第二片材21粘附于表面为曲面、不规则起伏或肥胖的体表时,其第二引流口24的边缘极易产生皱折,因为液压的作用力将使流体由皱折处形成的细微通道向第二片材21的边缘方向渗出,最终导致第二片材21因粘着层22逐渐失去粘性而剥离。因此,可进一步在第二片材21的第三表面S3、围绕第二引流口24的边缘延设一引流口结构维持单元25,用以维持第二引流口24的形状,可避免造成渗漏。引流口结构维持单元25可借由调整粘着力(例如使引流口结构维持单元25与第二片材21之间的粘着力小于第二片材21通过粘着层22而粘 附于人体的粘着力),在第二片材21粘附于体表之后当体表因受到挤压或摩擦产生皱折时,引流口结构维持单元25因弱粘性之故将从第二片材21剥离,而不影响第二引流口24的边缘与体表的贴合。
图12A及图12B所示本发明之一实施例为喂哺母乳之用,具有可拆卸的例如但不限于延长管、引流袋、奶嘴、或阀门的承载流体的敷贴10。请参照图12A,第二片材21具有一第二引流口24,引流管13具有比第一引流口12更大的内截面,使第一腔室R1具有更佳的密封和防漏效果。此外,盖体14可进一步与一第二引流袋97连结,第二引流袋97是对应盖体14上的一盖体引流口141而设置,从而当盖体14锁合于引流管13时,使第一腔室R1内部可通过第一引流口12、引流管13、盖体引流口141而与第二引流袋97的内部相通,可帮助喂哺母乳的妈妈挤奶并储存。本发明所属技术领域具有通常知识者应可理解,本实施例也可直接在引流管13连结一第二引流袋97以储存体液。如图12B所示,在引流管13与盖体14之间还可夹设一奶嘴98,避免因喂哺母乳造成的乳头疼痛和损伤。本实施例也可实施为盖体14进一步与一阀门、盖子、开关、或贴纸连结,便于打开或关闭盖体引流口141排出乳液以避免溢乳沾污衣物,或进一步与一延长管93连结,可将乳液引流至远端容器。引流管13一端环设的帽缘部131其设置方式例如但不限于:帽缘部131与引流管13之一者设有凸缘且另一者设有凹缘,使二者互相卡合(如图12B所示)、以螺纹方式使二者互相锁合、二者以一体成型的方式连结、或借由材料弹性及摩擦力使帽缘部131与引流管13之一者塞入另一者。
图13为本发明之另一实施例。请同时请参照图12B,在第一片材11上,除了一包括可拆卸奶嘴98的引流管13及盖体14,还可增设另一引流管13作为注入牛乳用途,帮助泌乳较少的妈妈。第二片材21可以具有一第二引流口24,让乳头分泌的乳液得以同时流入第一腔室R1;第二片材21也可以是连续封闭的片材,让没有母乳的使用者(例如爸爸)也可喂哺婴儿。
图14为本发明之另一实施例。请同时参照图2C及图5A,承载流体的敷贴10除了包含遮蔽第一引流口12A的可掀部52,更进一步在第一片材11与第二片材21之间设置一第三片材31,其边缘熔接/粘合于第二片材21,从而第三片材31与第二片材21之间形成一第二腔室R2(从原来的第一腔室R1分隔出来)。第二片材21的第三表面S3与第三片材31边缘的未彼此熔接或粘合之处形成一开放部分,进一步连结一第二引流管95,其夹设于第二片材21与第三片材31之间,且穿越另一第一引流口12B,使第二腔室R2的内部可通过第二引流管95与外部相通。使用时,使用者先将承载流体的敷贴10粘附于 乳房,接着经由第二引流管95在第二腔室R2内注入空气,再经由第一引流口12A向第一腔室R1注入水,不但可让使用者穿着衣物时乳房在视觉上的外表轮廓增大,还可减轻胸前负担。本发明所属技术领域具有通常知识者应可理解,第二引流管95也可连结于第二片材21上的一第二引流口24(图中未绘出)。在本实施例中,用以粘附乳房的第二片材21为一平面薄膜,第三片材31可被制造为平面或弧面之膜,而第一片材11则较佳由弧面薄膜制造。
图15A及图15B为本发明之另一实施例。请同时参照图7E至图7G、图8A及图10,如图15A所示(其为图7E的后视图,第二片材21进一步加工形成一第二引流口24),本发明之承载流体的敷贴10的一实施方式为在引流袋16上进一步设置一袢带161,俾供一固定绳或固定带穿过袢带161与引流袋16之间所形成的袢带通道,将引流袋16固定于使用者的一身体部位。为了让使用者可以选择不同的固定位置,引流袋16上更可设置复数个袢带161。如图15A所示,当引流袋16以大致平行腿部的方式设置时,可沿垂直方向设置复数个袢带161,除了可以提升固定引流袋16的稳定度,也可让使用者选择穿过不同位置的袢带信道而调整出最佳的固定方式。形成袢带161的方法可例如使用一袢带片材162,利用熔接或粘合(但不以此为限)的方式与引流袋16结合。例如,如图15A中所示,当袢带片材162为矩形时,可在此矩形的相对的两边与引流袋16结合,或是在矩形范围中两点以上的位置与引流袋16结合。或是如图15B所示,使用一长条形袢带片材162,将此长条形袢带片材162沿其长边方向与引流袋16结合于三个以上的位置,从而形成复数个袢带通道。在袢带片材162上可在对应每个袢带信道的位置进一步加工形成一扣洞163,搭配固定带上的扣件,可避免引流袋16沿固定绳或固定带的方向滑动。
图16为本发明之另一实施例。承载流体的敷贴10进一步包含一脉冲部99,可通过脉冲震动按摩乳房使乳腺畅通帮助乳液分泌。脉冲部99较佳为设置于第一片材11,可例如连结于盖体14,特别是设有可重复粘贴的粘胶的盖体14(请参考图5C及图9A)。脉冲部99可具有震动装置或放电装置,其设置于第一片材11并进一步通过第一腔室R1中流体的良好传导特性,使脉冲震动或脉冲电流更有效、更平均地传导至第二片材21或第二引流口24所覆盖的体表,令脉冲震动起到更好的按摩功效,或是令脉冲电流起到更好的电疗功效,或是促进体表对第一腔室R1中药物或保养品的吸收。

Claims (26)

  1. 一种承载流体的敷贴,其特征在于:该承载流体的敷贴包含:
    一第一片材,其具有一第一表面及一第二表面;
    一第二片材,其具有一第三表面及一第四表面,其中该第三表面的一部分与该第一片材的该第二表面的一部分彼此熔接或粘合于至少一带状区域,从而形成具有至少一第一引流口的一第一腔室,该第一腔室的内部可通过该第一引流口与外部相通;
    一粘着层,其设置于该第二片材的该第四表面;及
    一离型层,其覆盖该粘着层的至少一部分,
    其中,该第一引流口是形成于该第一片材或该第一片材的该第二表面与邻近该第二片材边缘处的该第三表面的未彼此熔接或粘合的开放部分。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的承载流体的敷贴,其特征在于:其中该第一片材与该第二片材之间设有一第三片材,该第三片材与该第二片材之间形成一第二腔室,该第三片材的边缘可同时熔接或粘合于该第一片材与该第二片材之间,或熔接或粘合于该第一片材,或熔接或粘合于该第二片材。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的承载流体的敷贴,其特征在于:其中该第二片材的边缘大于该带状区域的外缘,该带状区域的外缘与该第二片材的边缘具有一距离。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的承载流体的敷贴,其特征在于:进一步包含一第五片材,该第五片材的一部份连结于该第一片材的表面并具有一可掀部,该可掀部大于该第一引流口并可完全遮蔽该第一引流口。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的承载流体的敷贴,其特征在于:其中该第一引流口进一步包含该第一片材的一第一可掀部,该第一片材的表面进一步设有一第六片材,该第六片材的边缘以围绕该第一片材的该第一可掀部的方式封闭地连结于该第一片材或同时连结于该第一与该第二片材并具有一开口,该开口小于该第一片材的该第一可掀部并可被该第一可掀部完全遮蔽。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的承载流体的敷贴,其特征在于:其中该第二片材具有至少一第二引流口。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的承载流体的敷贴,其特征在于:进一步包含一引流口结构维持单元,以小于该粘着层的粘性,延设于该第二引流口的边缘。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的承载流体的敷贴,其特征在于:进一步包含一引流部,该引流部连结于该第一引流口或该第六片材的开口。

  10. 根据权利要求8所述的承载流体的敷贴,其特征在于:其中该引流部为对应该第一引流口或该第六片材的开口而设置的一引流管。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的承载流体的敷贴,其特征在于:其中该引流管包括一盖体,借由选自以下方式之一者使该引流管可打开或关闭:
    该盖体与该引流管以螺纹方式使二者互相锁合;
    该盖体与该引流管之一者设有凸缘且另一者设有凹缘,使二者互相卡合;
    借由材料弹性及摩擦力使该盖体与该引流管之一者塞入另一者;
    该盖体与该引流管的至少一者设有可重复粘贴的粘胶,使该盖体以可移除的方式与该引流管粘合。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的承载流体的敷贴,其特征在于:其中该引流管是借由结合二第七片材的两侧边而形成,从而使该引流管在自然状态下为扁平状。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的承载流体的敷贴,其特征在于:其中该引流部的内表面上设有一隔离材料,该隔离材料是在该引流部成型前以夹设、涂层或印刷方式设置。
  14. 根据权利要求8所述的承载流体的敷贴,其特征在于:其中该引流部为对应该第一引流口或该第六片材的开口而设置的一引流袋。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的承载流体的敷贴,其特征在于:其中该引流袋是由二第七片材封闭其全部或部分的边缘而形成,或由一第八片材对折后封闭其全部或部分的边缘而形成。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的承载流体的敷贴,其特征在于:其中该第一片材具有一第一可掀部,该引流袋具有大于该第一可掀部的一第二可掀部,该第一片材与该引流袋以环绕该第一可掀部及该第二可掀部的方式封闭地连结,且该第一可掀部连结于该第二可掀部的一部份。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的承载流体的敷贴,其特征在于:进一步包含一袢带片材,该袢带片材连结于该引流袋外侧而形成用于供一固定带穿过的通道。
  18. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的承载流体的敷贴,其特征在于:进一步包含一结构维持单元,其延设于该第一片材或该第二片材的边缘。
  19. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的承载流体的敷贴,其特征在于:其中该第一片材具有一延伸部。
  20. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的承载流体的敷贴,其特征在于:其中该第一片材或该第二片材的边缘设有一扣件,用于连接另一承载流体的敷贴。
  21. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的承载流体的敷贴,其特征在于:其中该第二片材的至少一部分为一可透气或液体可渗透的片材。
  22. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的承载流体的敷贴,其特征在于:进一步包含一震动装置或一放电装置,其设置于该第一片材。
  23. 一种承载流体的敷贴,其特征在于:该承载流体的敷贴包含:
    一第一片材,其具有一第一表面及一第二表面,且其厚度小于0.05毫米;
    一第二片材,其具有一第三表面及一第四表面,其厚度小于0.05毫米,其周长小于180毫米,且其最宽之处小于60毫米,其中该第三表面的一部分与该第一片材的该第二表面的一部分彼此熔接或粘合于至少一带状区域,从而形成具有至少一第一引流口的一第一腔室,该第一引流口是形成于该第一片材的该第二表面与邻近该第二片材边缘处的该第三表面的未彼此熔接或粘合的开放部分,该第一腔室的内部可通过该第一引流口与外部相通,该第二片材具有至少一第二引流口;
    一粘着层,其设置于该第二片材的该第四表面;
    一离型层,其覆盖该粘着层的至少一部分;
    一结构维持单元,其延设于该第一片材或该第二片材的边缘;及
    一引流袋,其对应该第一引流口而设置,该引流袋是由至少一第七片材形成,该第七片材的厚度小于0.05毫米,该引流袋的容积小于20毫升。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的承载流体的敷贴,其特征在于:其中该引流袋是由二第七片材封闭其全部或部分的边缘而形成,或由一第八片材对折后封闭其全部或部分的边缘而形成。
  25. 根据权利要求23所述的承载流体的敷贴,其特征在于:其中该第七片材与该第一片材为一体成型。
  26. 根据权利要求23所述的承载流体的敷贴,其特征在于:其中该带状区域的外缘距离该第二片材边缘的距离最宽之处为大于3毫米,该带状区域的内缘距离该第二引流口的距离为大于3毫米。
