多功能新型无毒胶粘剂是由A、B、C三种粘度的纤维素(其中A、B、C分别代表高、中、低粘度)与聚乙烯醇、苯丙乳液、醋酸乙烯酯乳液中的一种以上配伍组成,其配比为:A∶0.2～0.5%,B∶0.3～0.6%,C∶0.3～0.5%,高分子乳液5～15%,其余为水。本发明一胶多用,在建筑物室内装修上取代有毒的107胶,由于该产品不使用甲醛等有害物质符合绿色产品的要求。

多功能新型无毒粘结剂
本发明属于涂料产品，特别涉及一种取代有毒的107胶的多功能新型无毒粘结剂。
目前，建筑装修普遍使用的107胶，因为含有游离甲醛，污染环境，损害健康，以及其它弊病，而被国家限期停产。
本发明旨在提供一种一胶多用具有多功能新型无毒胶粘剂，在建筑物室内装修上取代有毒的107胶，由于该产品不使用甲醛等有害物质符合绿色产品的要求，因而有着广阔的市场前景。
本发明是这样实现的，多功能新型无毒胶粘剂是由A、B、C三种粘度的纤维素(其中A、B、C分别代表高、中、低粘度)与聚乙烯醇、苯丙乳液、醋酸乙烯酯乳液中的一种以上配伍组成，其配比为：A：0.2～0.5％，B：0.3～0.6％，C：0.3～0.5％，高分子乳液5～15％，其余为水。
本发明的优点具有无毒且一胶多用，其典型应用如下：
1.建筑抹灰：掺入本品后，砂浆似乎具有“油性”，抹面十分轻松，且不易发生裂缝。
2.粘贴瓷砖：掺入本品后，水泥砂浆的初粘力明显增加，这可保证贴砖不会下滑，并可提高粘贴强度。
3.粘结石膏、嵌缝石膏：加入本品作保水剂和粘结剂，使石膏水化完全，保证有足够粘结力和防止产生裂纹。
4.自流平配料：本品和减水剂合用于水泥砂浆，可增进自流平性，仅需浇注即可自然形成平整的地面。
5.加入仿瓷、钢化涂料及刮墙腻子中，可使膏状涂料施工轻松，不卷皮。还可用做乳胶漆增稠剂。本发明的具体实施例：
实施例：将89kg水放入搅拌釜中，然后依次加入纤维素C0.3kg、纤维素B0.4kg、纤维素A0.3kg，充分搅拌至完全溶解，然后加入苯丙乳液10kg，搅拌均匀，得到符合本发明目的的多功能新型无毒胶粘剂。

  1. 多功能新型无毒胶粘剂，其特征在于，是由A、B、C三种粘度的纤维素(其中A、B、C分别代表高、中、低粘度)与聚乙烯醇、苯丙乳液、醋酸乙烯酯乳液中的一种以上配伍组成，其配比为：A：0.2～0.5％，B：0.3～0.6％，C：0.3～0.5％，高分子乳液5～15％，其余为水。
