Abstract
一种用于制作胶带段的胶带取用器,它具有一个可旋转的辊(1),胶带(2)卷绕在该辊上,并具有一个可旋转的开卷辊(5),有待开卷的胶带(2)被引导通过该辊。开卷辊(5)具有至少一个面向胶带(2)底面的穿孔件(6),该穿孔件用于对胶带(2)穿孔。另外还设有用于对开卷辊(5)进行制动的机构(7、9),当胶带(2)经穿孔后回缩一定的距离时,该制动机构用于对开卷辊(5)进行锁定并且当穿孔段被由胶带(2)的带端上撕断时,该制动机构将对开卷辊(5)重新释放。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1前序部分所述的胶带取用器。
背景技术
在日常生活的许多应用领域经常需要使用一定长度的胶带段,例如用于粘贴包裹等的胶带段。已知用于制作这种胶带段的简单的装置-所谓的胶带开卷器,利用这种胶带开卷器可以对胶带由胶带卷上开卷并将胶带引导经过一个切割件。当胶带的自由段达到所需的长度后,将用切割件对胶带进行切割。在这种装置中有待切断的胶带的长度由使用者确定,其中使用者首先将胶带开卷到所需的长度并接着对胶带进行切割。为实现切割,使用者必须将胶带端引导通过切割件,以便可以使切割件作用于胶带。因此,已知的装置并不适用于产生具有预定长度的胶带段。另外尤其是为了实现可靠的切割所进行的操作特别麻烦并且因此长期使用令人疲倦。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种本说明书序言部分中所述种类的一种简单的胶带取用器,这种胶带取用器不需要使用者特殊的操作。
本发明的目的是通过一种具有权利要求1中所述特征的胶带取用器得以实现。在从属权利要求中对胶带取用器的优选的进一步设计做了表述。
本发明的胶带取用器的结构特别简单并可使使用者简单并迅速地制作具有预定长度的胶带段。胶带段的制作是在一连续的工作过程中实现的,该工作过程不需要特殊的手动。此点保证了高的工作效率,同时不会使使用者感到疲劳。

在附图中分别用相同的附图标记标示相同的部件并且如果没有其它明确说明的话,则首次说明涉及所有的附图。
图1和2示出胶带取用器的主要部件,其中图1示出打开的胶带取用器的内部的侧视图。胶带取用器主要由一底壳4和一套装在底壳4上的上盖12构成。通过卡固件18实现底壳4与上盖12之间的连接。底壳4由两个相互可分开的壳半件4a、4b构成,所述壳半件如图2所示是通过相互插接组装在一起的。为了示出胶带取用器的内部结构,在图1中去掉一个壳半件。在上盖12上有一个支架3,在支架上可旋转地设置有一个带有卷绕的胶带2的辊1。在底壳4上设置一可旋转的开卷辊5,来自辊1的胶带2被引导通过开卷辊5。胶带2的自由端由底壳4的开口8引出。开卷辊5具有一个穿孔件6,穿孔件面向底面,即面向胶带2贴靠在开卷辊5的面。优选至少有一个例如三角形的刀具作为穿孔件6,该穿孔件的尖端突出于开卷辊5。但也可以并列设置多个这样的刀具件。另外在底壳4上设置有一个制动件7,例如一个其一端被夹固的弹簧条,该弹簧条嵌在开卷辊5上,对其嵌入方式在下面还将作进一步的说明,并将开卷辊锁定在一特定的位置上并且接着又重新释放。另外,在胶带取用器的内部根据需要还设有已知的导带器,以便将胶带输送至胶带取用器的出口。在用一新的胶带辊对一已用完的带辊1进行调换时,仅需要把上盖12与底壳4分离并装入一新的带卷。也可以考虑将整个上盖12连同带辊1一起调换(见图2)。
下面将对照图3至6对本发明的胶带取用器的工作方式做进一步的说明,其中仅对有助于了解本发明的必要的部分做了描述。图3示出初始状态,其中在事先将一带段切割后,胶带2的自由端突出于开卷辊5。如果这时需要制作另一个带段,使用者将把胶带2的自由端继续拉出。其中开卷辊5顺箭头方向旋转并且穿孔件6以相同方向随动。弹簧条7的自由端嵌在一在开卷辊5上伸展的槽9内并且在开卷辊5旋转时在槽内移动。槽9在开卷辊5的表面成螺旋状由外向内伸展。因此,在对胶带2开卷时弹簧条7被加有预应力。
在开卷辊5转动的过程中穿孔件6到达一个位置,如图4所示,在该位置穿孔件首先接触胶带并接着穿透胶带。如果胶带继续移动,则开卷辊5继续旋转,直至开卷辊被槽9内的在止挡10上升降的弹簧条7锁定。如果对胶带5继续顺箭头方向牵拉,则胶带2的自由端在事先被穿孔件6局部穿透的胶带2位置上被断开。其中通过作用于胶带2的拉力而作用于开卷辊5的扭矩被突然增大。因此弹簧条7由于其预应力立即由对开卷辊5的旋转锁定的位置到达在槽9内的对转动释放的位置。在此范围内槽9优选为z-形结构。弹簧条7这时又恢复具有很低的预应力的静止状态。因此又恢复如图1所示的初始位置并且可以以所述方式制作下一个胶带段,其中使用者可重新对胶带2的自由端由机壳内拉出。所制作出的胶带段的长度是由开卷辊5的外圆决定的。
在图7中示出一种开卷辊5’的变型,并且在该开卷辊的侧面并列设置有两个穿孔件6’。尤其是在具有较大的倒圆的止挡10’范围内设置有槽9’结构。在此所示出的槽9’具有与对照图3至6所述的开卷辊5’相同的作用,即在胶带被撕断前,在槽9’的z-形范围的摩擦面可以防止弹簧条7返弹回初始位置。在开卷辊5’上的其它的凹槽20’用于使胶带不致于过于牢固地被粘结在其表面。
在图8中示出具有制动件的另一实施方式的胶带取用器。图8a为带有用于固定胶带卷的支架3的壳半件4a的内视图。如图8b所示,开卷辊5的侧面具有一个支承圆盘14,作为制动件的张紧弹簧13设置在该圆盘上。张紧弹簧13由一与支承圆盘14固定连接的部分13a和一带有弹簧头16的弹簧臂13b构成。在机壳4内部设置有一个带有止挡17的成螺旋状伸展的槽。支承圆盘14的安装应使弹簧头16嵌入槽15内。在制作胶带段的初始状态,弹簧头16位于槽15内用“x”标示的位置上。当开卷辊5顺箭头方向旋转时,弹簧头16由初始位置到达止挡17,并且一个连续增大的压力将作用于弹簧臂13b上。其中弹簧臂13b被加有预应力。在此所示出的制动件是采用一种相应的双组分塑料应用注塑工艺一体制成的。
另外,用于制作胶带段的基本工作原理与图1至6所示的胶带取用器相同。在弹簧头16处于通向止挡16的中途,在开卷辊5上移动的胶带被穿孔件穿透。接着弹簧头16在止挡17上被提升并且开卷辊5被锁定。当撕断经穿孔的带段时,弹簧头16立刻返回7初始位置“x”。弹簧臂13b上的预应力被消除,并且此时胶带取用器处于准备制作下一个胶带段的待机状态。
Claims (6)
1.用于制作胶带段的胶带取用器,具有一个旋转的辊(1),胶带(2)卷绕在该辊上,并具有一个开卷辊(5),有待开卷的胶带(2)被引导通过该辊,其特征在于,开卷辊(5)具有至少一个面向胶带(2)底面的穿孔件(6),该穿孔件用于对胶带(2)穿孔,和设有用于对开卷辊(5)进行制动的机构(7、9;13、15),当胶带(2)经穿孔后移动一定的距离后,该制动机构用于对开卷辊(5)进行锁定并且当穿孔段被由胶带(2)的带端上撕断时,该制动机构将对开卷辊(5)重新释放。
2.按照权利要求1所述的胶带取用器,其特征在于,在开卷辊(5)上设置有一个螺旋状伸展的槽(9),弹簧条(7)嵌入该槽内。
3.按照权利要求1所述的胶带取用器,其特征在于,在开卷辊(5)上设置有一个带有弹簧头(16)的张紧弹簧(13),该张紧弹簧嵌入在机壳壁上的成螺旋状伸展的槽(15)内。
4.按照权利要求2或3所述的胶带取用器,其特征在于,槽(9;15)具有一个止挡(10;17)。
5.按照权利要求1、2或4所述的胶带取用器,其特征在于,设有一个带有开卷辊(5)的底壳(4)和一个带有胶带辊(1)的上盖(12)。
6.按照权利要求5所述的胶带取用器,其特征在于,上盖(12)可与底壳(4)分离。
