制造黄土艾灸器具的方法包括如下步骤:把剥离纸贴在具有粘合剂的正方形纸板的上下表面;在纸板内打上多个接收孔,并将剥离纸剥离纸板上表面;把一过滤纸贴到纸板的上表面,在纸板内形成多个孔的形状;将粘合剂施加在多个孔形的上表面;将多个黄土板贴在多个孔形上;将粘合剂施加在黄土板的上表面上,并将多个艾绒贴到多个黄土板上;以及通过加热来干燥已完成的艾灸器具。

Description

黄土艾灸器具的制造方法
本发明涉及一种黄土艾灸器具的制造方法,尤其涉及一种通过自动打出多个接收孔、施加粘合剂和贴上黄土板(loess board)和艾绒(moxa)来制造高质量黄土艾灸器具。
一般而言,传统的艾灸器具制造方法是将一支承板粘贴到用粘合剂粘贴有艾绒的黄土板上,支承板包括按一定顺序排列的一具有一接收孔的上纸板、过滤纸、一下纸板和剥离纸。用手工将艾灸器具贴到支承板上,因此该制造方法既费时又费钱。此外,由于不能将粘合剂精确地施加到恰当的位置会出现次品,或生产量受到限制。例如,由于施加粘合剂是手工完成的,所以使用的粘合剂仅施加在需要粘合剂的部位的一部分上和有时甚至会施加在外面部分。
本发明的黄土艾灸器具的制造方法旨在解决上述问题。本发明的目的是通过自动制造来减少制造大量艾灸器具所需的制造时间。
本发明的制造黄土艾灸器具的方法包括如下步骤:把剥离纸贴在具有粘合剂的正方形纸板的上下表面;在纸板内打上多个接收孔,并剥离纸板上表面的剥离纸;把一过滤纸贴到纸板的上表面,在纸板内形成多个孔的形状;将粘合剂施加在孔形的上表面;将多个黄土板贴在孔形上;将粘合剂施加在黄土板的上表面上,并将多个艾绒贴到黄土板上;以及通过加热来干燥已完成的艾灸器具。
由于上述诸步骤的实施都在传送系统上自动进行,所以与传统方法相比节省了许多制造时间。此外,在该自动制造系统,粘合剂能自动的施加在需要粘合剂的精确位置上,所以本发明同时能制造大量高质量的艾灸器具。
下面结合附图详细描述本发明的其它目的和特征,其中:
图1是一示意图,它示出了按照本发明剥离纸贴到纸板的上下表面的状态。
图2是一示意图,它示出了按照本发明在纸板和剥离纸上打上接收孔的状态。
图3是一示意图,它示出了取下剥离纸和贴上过滤纸的纸板。
图4是一示意图,它示出了按照本发明在纸板上形成若干孔形的纸板。
图5是一示意图,它示出了把粘合剂施加在孔形上并把黄土板贴到孔形上的情形。
图6是一示意图,它示出了把粘合剂施加到黄土板上并把艾绒贴到黄土板上的情形。
图7是一立体图,它示出了已完成的艾灸器具。
图8是一示意图,它示出了应用在一人上的情形。
制造本发明一黄土艾灸器具的方法包括如下的步骤:把剥离纸20、20’贴在具有粘合剂的正方形纸板10的上下表面;在纸板内打上多个接收孔30,并将所述剥离纸20剥离纸板的上表面;把过滤纸40贴到纸板的上表面,在纸板内形成多个孔50的形状;将粘合剂施加在孔形的上表面;将多个黄土板70贴在孔形上;将粘合剂80施加在黄土板70的上表面上,并将多个艾绒90贴到黄土板上;以及通过加热来干燥已完成的艾灸器具。下面结合附图详细描述本发明。
如图1所示,将剥离纸20、20’贴到有粘合剂的正方形纸板10的上下表面上,然后在传送系统(未示出)中将纸板送到下一工位。如图2所示,从上面放下一穿孔器(未示出),在纸板上打出多个相隔一定间距的接收孔30,穿孔器再返回原位,纸板被送到下一工位。如图3所示,将剥离纸20剥离纸板,然后将过滤纸40贴到纸板的上表面,再将纸板送到下一工位。如图4所示,从上面放下一穿孔器,在纸板上形成多个孔形50,再将纸板被送到下一工位。如图5所示,将在上面的粘合剂容器中的粘合剂60施加到多个孔形50的上表面上,然后将纸板送到下一个工位。此时,从在上面的黄土板容器(未示出)放下多个黄土板70并贴到多个孔形50的上表面上,然后将纸板送到下一工位。如图6所示,将粘合剂施加到多个黄土板70的上表面,然后将纸板送到下一工位。这时,从在上面的艾绒容器(未示出)放下多个艾绒90并贴到多个黄土板的上表面上。如图7所示,在干燥室(未示出)进行干燥之后完成了多个艾灸器具。如图8所示,使用者从纸板中一个个拆下艾灸器具1,取下剥离纸20’之后把它放在皮肤上,然后点燃艾绒90。
如上所述,通过传送、穿孔和施加粘合剂以自动的方式在传送系统中加工多个艾灸器具。本发明制造艾灸器具的自动方法能够自动地将粘合剂正确施加到过滤纸40和黄土板70上的合适位置。因此,所完成的艾灸器具不会有有关施加粘合剂的问题,不会造成粘合剂只施加在需要粘合剂的部位的一部分上,甚至在外部上等问题。
当一使用者在人的身上进行操作时,从纸板中拉出一艾灸器具,并从纸板上取下剥离纸20’之后贴到皮肤上,再点燃艾绒90。在操作过程中,燃烧的热量和温暖如图8所示通过接收孔渗透到皮肤中。
此外,本发明通过从黄土板产生远红外辐射热量和通过接受孔渗透到皮肤中而具有很强的艾灸效果。
此外,本发明的艾灸器具不会污染环境,因为艾绒树脂(moxa resin)被过滤纸所过滤,并在病人身上的操作完成之后完全氧化。因此,本发明由于在完全燃烧之后会分解和氧化而不会出现污染环境的问题。

Claims (1)

1.一种制造黄土艾灸器具的方法,它包括如下步骤:
把剥离纸贴在具有粘合剂的正方形纸板的上下表面;
在所述纸板内打上多个接收孔,并将所述剥离纸剥离所述纸板上表面;
把一过滤纸贴到所述纸板的上表面,在所述纸板上形成多个孔的形状;
将粘合剂施加在所述多个孔形的上表面;
将多个黄土板贴在所述多个孔形上;
将粘合剂施加在多个所述黄土板的上表面上,并将多个艾绒贴到所述多个黄土板上;以及
通过加热来干燥已完成的艾灸器具。
