本发明涉及一种用在移动终端中、尤其是用在移动电话中的天线接触器。
发明背景
图1公开了一种设在移动电话10的后壳体上的天线接触器20。用这种天线接触器来连接移动电话10和运载工具(例如汽车)的外部天线以便能够以高的信号质量接收和发送无线电信号。当把移动电话10通过天线接触器20插在设于汽车面板上的外部天线连接器上时,移动电话的天线被断开,而外部汽车天线(通常位于汽车车顶)被连接到移动电话上。
然而,当天线接触器未使用时,也就是在通常情况下(手持式),天线接触器成为ESD脉冲(静电放电脉冲)通过的敞开的通路,这些静电放电脉冲通过天线接触器从电话的外部传到电话内部的电气元件(前端元件)上,其中,上述静电放电脉冲对这些元件会产生有害的影响。对静电放电脉冲非常敏感的元件,举例来说,有天线开关、声表面波滤波器和正-本-负二极管。应该意识到,即使天线接触器和电话天线(电路板)之间没有任何电连接,静电放电脉冲仍然可以这样传播。实验室测试已经证实,引起移动电话故障的一个非常常见的原因就是从天线接触器传来的静电放电脉冲损坏了某些射频元件。
举例来说,产生上述静电放电脉冲的静电场可能来源于电话的使用者。当使用者的手指磨擦电话外壳时,手指被充电,意味着在手指和电话外壳之间产生了电压差,这种电压差将导致静电放电。
另一种可能产生静电放电脉冲的危险情况是移动电话将要插在汽车面板上的外部天线连接器上的时候。当电话靠近汽车面板上的外部天线连接器时,由于移动电话和外部天线连接器之间存在电势差,可能会发生从外部天线连接器到移动电话的静电放电。这种放电会损坏移动电话内的元件。
上述所讨论的静电放电问题通常通过某种电气元件来解决,这些电气元件或者通过吸收由这些电压产生的脉冲,或者通过将脉冲引导至地来处理高电压。至今,上述问题已通过正-本-负二极管、齐纳二极管、肖特基二极管和压敏电阻等不同的装置解决了。
然而,上述装置有一些弊端。例如,这些装置会使通过它们的信号失真。二极管这种装置引起插入信号的损耗。
上述装置的另一个弊端是必须定义一定的电压电平。高于这个电平,上述装置应放电降低电压;而低于这个电平,对电压将没有影响。问题在于定义这个电压电平。由于有这个电压电平,对于低于所述电平的电压脉冲,静电放电保护将不起作用。
还有一个问题是对于高功率静电放电脉冲,静电放电保护元件会损坏。
因此,本发明的目的是解决上述所讨论的问题并克服所述弊端。
发明概述
上述目的是通过如权利要求1所要求的天线接触器来达到的。该天线接触器包括一个连接件;当该连接件不与移动电话内的印刷电路板连接时,该连接件接地。这样,当天线接触器不被使用时,该连接件接地,这意味着所有必然产生的静电放电脉冲将被引导至地。
因为当天线接触器不被使用时,即没有插在汽车面板中的外部天线连接器上时,该连接件接地,所以,所有的静电放电脉冲(不管大小)将被引导至地。除此之外,因为当该连接件接地时,任何来自于天线接触器的信号都无法通过该连接件和电路板之间的间隙,所以,静电放电脉冲对无线电信号没有任何影响。
权利要求4公开了本发明的最佳实施例。其中,把一个接触器电极安排在一个绝缘套筒中;而且当天线接触器不被使用时,该接触器电极与一个接地板连接。
在权利要求5中公开另一种最佳实施例。其中,当连接件被移向电路板时,绝缘套筒压迫接地板脱离接触器电极。
权利要求6公开了一种更好的楔形绝缘套筒。这个楔形套筒使接触器电极和接地板之间的接触以及接触器电极与接地板之间的断开更容易。
本发明的其它特征在其它从属权利要求中阐明。

发明实施例的详述
图1公开了一种移动电话10的背部。如图所示,天线接触器20设置于后壳的上部。该天线接触器的作用已在“发明背景”的标题下讨论过,此处不再赘述。
图2和3各自公开了沿图1中的I线剖开并以箭头II的方向看过去的天线接触器20的剖面图。图1天线接触器20包括连接件30;为了不是与接地板40就是与电话10中的印刷电路(PCB)板50接触,该天线接触器可在一个管状装置110中纵向地移动。连接件30包括置于最好为环形的绝缘套筒70中的接触器电极80。图2和3两个附图中均以剖面图公开了该套筒,从图中可以看出,接触器电极置于套筒的中间。套筒对着接地板40的末端71是楔形的,这意味着当不使用天线接触器时(图1),该末端71使接触器电极80和接地板40之间能自然接触。如图2所示,相反地,当接触器电极80被压至与印刷电路板50接触时,套筒的楔形面将接地板40压离接触器电极以断开两者之间的接触。
在图1中,天线接触器20没有被使用,也就是说电话没有插在汽车面板(未示出)的外部连接器60上。当天线接触器没有被使用时,接触器电极80与接地板40接触,这意味着所有来源于电话外部的静电放电脉冲都被引导至地。如图2中可看出的,移动电话10插在如上所述设置在汽车面板上的外部天线连接器60上。外部天线连接器60压迫连接件30穿过管状装置110从而与印刷电路板电接触,同时,正如上文提到的,套筒压迫接地板脱离接触器电极。应该了解到,面对电话壳体10、120的天线接触器20的管状装置110的上部呈其最大面面对电话壳体120的圆锥形,这种圆锥形有助于外部天线连接器60插入天线接触器20中。应该强调的是,对于接地板来说,其实就是与信号地连接的小片(电压接近于或者等于零)。接地板是由某种导电材料最好是金属制成的。应该意识到,接地板可以被安排成其它的方式以便当天线接触器不被使用时保证连接件接地。例如,接地板可以安排在垂直于接触器电极的位置;接地板可以利用弹簧装置被压至与接触器电极接触。
本领域的技术人员应该明白,本发明可以通过不背离其精神实质或本质特征的其他具体方案来实施。因此,就各方面而言,上述公开的实施方案都只是说明性的,并不是限制性的。本发明的范围是如所附的权利要求书而不是上述描述所指明的,所有在此意义范围内或在其等效形式范围内的改变均被视为被本发明所包含。

Claims (8)

1、一种移动终端(10)中的天线接触器(20),所述天线接触器(20)包括连接件(30),其特征在于当所述连接件与设置在所述移动终端(10)内的电路板(50)断开电连接时,所述连接件(30)与接地装置(40)电连接。
2、权利要求1的天线接触器,其特征在于,当所述连接件与所述电路板电接触时,所述连接件(30)与所述接地装置断开电连接。
3、权利要求1或2的天线接触器,其特征在于,为了或者与所述电路板(50)接触,或者与所述接地装置(40)接触,所述连接件(30)可移动地设置在管状装置(110)中。
4、上述任一权利要求的天线接触器,其特征在于,所述连接件(30)包括设置在绝缘套筒(70)中的接触器电极(80),所述接触器电极的第一末端(81)可以与外部天线连接器(60)电连接,而其第二末端(82)可以或者与所述接地装置(40)电连接,或者与所述电路板(50)电连接。
5、权利要求4的天线接触器,其特征在于,当所述接触器电极(80)与所述电路板电接触时,所述绝缘套筒(70)设置成压迫所述接地装置(40)离开所述接触器电极(80)以断开两者之间的连接。
6、权利要求5的天线接触器,其特征在于所述绝缘套筒(70)的楔形表面(71)面对所述接地装置(40)。
7、权利要求6的天线接触器,其特征在于所述接地装置是与信号地线连接的金属片。
8、权利要求4或5的天线接触器,其特征在于当所述外部连接器(60)与所述接触器电极(80)的所述第一个末端(81)电接触时,所述接触器电极(80)的第二个末端(82)与所述电路板(50)电接触。
