Abstract
一种外科专用铰刀,它由一个旋转中空件构成,中空件带有四根彼此垂直的径向臂,以形成一个十字头,用于将铰刀固定在铰刀杆上。由径向臂形成的十字头由一根第一径向杆(1)构成,销子(2)在第一杆的中心穿过,并且突出在该杆的两边,而两个径向杆(3,4)上有轴向孔,每根径向杆都通过轴向孔接在销子上。采用上述加工简单的结构,可以省去焊接,并消除焊接所固有的清洁问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及外科专用铰刀,它由一个旋转中空件构成,中空件带有四根彼此垂直的径向臂,以形成一个将铰刀固定在铰刀杆上的十字头。
背景技术
专利文献EP 0704191和US 5658290描述并示出了这种铰刀。四根臂可将不同直径的铰刀同轴稳固地安装在上述专利描述的铰刀杆上。迄今为止,臂彼此之间都是通过传统的焊接固定的,即通过添加材料。但是,在铰刀消毒中发现焊接处会发黑。这种发黑对于外科器械是不能接受的。此外,焊接部位有一定的缝隙,在器械清洁时会产生问题。
上述不利因素可通过采用激光焊接来消除,即不采用添加材料。但是,这种焊接要求事先对待组装的零件进行精密和昂贵的机加工。因此,这种方案必然因为经济的原因而被搁置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于不用焊接就能组装十字头,并且采用经济和便于实施的方式。
根据本发明的铰刀的特征在于,由径向臂形成的十字头由一根第一径向杆构成,一个销子在第一径向杆的中心穿过,两端突出在该第一杆外,而两根径向杆都有轴向孔,每根杆都通过轴向孔与销子连接。
销子是一个低成本的零件。轴向孔的成形很简单,而上述连接是一道简单明了的工序,所获得的安装非常稳固。

优选实施例的描述
图1和图2示出的十字头,由带孔的径向杆1构成,孔垂直于杆的轴线,在该孔中嵌入一个圆柱形的销子2,销子的长度使它能在所述杆1的两边突出很多。两根垂直于杆1的径向臂3和4从杆1的两边接在该销子上。为此,臂3和4上有轴向盲孔,其直径略小于销子2的直径。
在如此构成的十字头的臂的端部,所述臂的直径的一部分通过机加工形成平截面5、6、7、8,所述平截面5、6、7、8位于一个相同的圆锥面上,圆锥面的轴线穿过十字头的中心。从平分圆球的面上测量,该圆锥面的直径在面5至8的区域内,对应于图3所示铰刀9的内径,从而使十字头可在图3所示的铰刀9的半球罩内调整。十字头通过激光焊接与铰刀9固定。如在图3中还可看到的,十字头的端部还被斜切。
在图3中,铰刀被示意成一个简单的光滑的罩,但实际上该罩当然带有刀齿,如同美国专利4811632所示。
当然,铰刀可以是半球形以外的其它形状,例如圆锥形。

1.一种外科专用铰刀,由一个旋转中空件构成,中空件带有四根彼此垂直的径向臂,以形成一个十字头,用于将铰刀固定在铰刀杆上,其中,由径向臂形成的十字头由一根第一径向杆(1)构成,销子(2)在第一杆的中心穿过,并突出在该杆的两边,而两根径向臂(3,4)上有轴向孔,所述径向臂通过轴向孔接在销子上。
