本发明涉及一种妇科专用的抗菌抑菌外用剂。其特征在于由黄藤素或由黄藤素与蛇床子、地肤子的提取物组成。本发明的外用剂对细菌、霉菌、真菌、滴虫引起的各种阴道炎、宫颈炎、外阴瘙痒、异味等有较强的功效，可用于预防、治疗妇科疾病，也可用于妇科消毒卫生保健。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗用品，特别是一种妇科专用的抗菌抑菌外用剂。
背景技术
许多妇女都或轻或重的受到阴道炎、宫颈炎、外阴瘙痒、异味的困扰。根据调查，育龄妇女生殖道感染(以阴道炎和宫颈炎为主)的发病率高达52％；在阴道炎的患者中，念珠菌和细菌感染者占59.8％，在宫颈炎的患者中，宫颈糜烂占70.8％。对如此高的发病率究其原因，主要是妇女生理结构、社会环境等诸多因素的影响，使妇女容易受到白色念株菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、链球菌、大肠杆菌、变形杆菌细菌、病毒、滴虫等病原体的侵袭；还有部分妇女自我保健意识不强，在受到感染的前期不够重视，病菌长驱直入，引起更深入更严重的感染；客观上，市场上众多的妇女用消毒卫生保健品质量参差不齐。因此，发明出抗菌效果好、使用方便、作用到位的妇女专用消毒卫生保健品，对保护广大妇女的身心健康将有积极的作用。
发明目的
本发明的目的是提供一种对妇科炎症有明显功效，可用于预防、治疗妇科疾病，也可在妇女消毒卫生保健范畴使用的妇科专用的抗菌抑菌外用剂。
黄藤素(Fibrauretinum)是防己科天仙藤属植物黄藤FibraureatinctoriaLour.茎中提取的一种生物碱，对白色念珠球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、链球菌、抗酸型分枝杆菌、大肠杆菌、亚洲乙型病毒等细菌和病毒有较强的抑制作用，同时具有增强机体防卫能力(白细胞吞噬能力)等多重药理功效，被称之为植物抗菌素。蛇床子(Cnidium monnieri(L.)Cuss的果实)、地肤子(Kochia scoparia(L.)Schrad的果实)对细菌、霉菌、真菌、滴虫均有不同程度的杀灭抑制作用。
本发明根据现有医学成果，结合实验研究得出以黄藤素或黄藤素与上述植物提取物为原料制成的外用产品对各种阴道炎和宫颈炎等病症有较好的预防和治疗的作用。
本发明的妇科专用的抗菌抑菌外用剂含以下原料配制成：
1)含有重量百分比原料黄藤素1％～70％，其余为辅料；
2)或者含重量百分比原料黄藤素1％～50％，蛇床子提取物10％～30％，加适宜辅料；
3)或者含重量百分比原料黄藤素1％～50％，地肤子提取物10％～30％，加适宜辅料；
4)或者含重量百分比原料黄藤素1％～30％，蛇床子提取物10％～30％，地肤子提取物10％～30％，加适宜辅料。
制备方法是将原料和辅料混合后，采用现有技术的方法制成外用的软膏、片剂、喷雾剂、洗剂、膜剂、凝胶剂、卫生护垫等。
适宜辅料为：赋形剂、添加剂等。以上所述的蛇床子提取物是用乙醇提取的蛇床子浸膏。以上所述的地肤子提取物是地肤子的水提浸膏。
本发明的外用剂对细菌、霉菌、真菌、滴虫引起的各种阴道炎、宫颈炎、外阴瘙痒、异味等有较强的功效，可用于预防、治疗妇科疾病，也可用于妇科消毒卫生保健。
本发明的外用剂经体外抑菌实验，结果如下：
黄藤素浓度为0.02％猫时，对白色念珠球菌有强烈抑制作用；浓度为0.05％时，对金黄色葡萄球菌有强烈抑制作用；浓度为0.1％时，对抗酸型分枝杆菌、大肠杆菌有抑制作用；用95％乙醇提取的蛇床子浸膏(1∶2)在37℃时17分钟对阴道滴虫有杀灭作用；地肤子的水提浸膏对许兰氏癣菌、石膏样小芽孢、铁锈色小芽孢等皮肤真菌有抑制作用。
本发明的外用剂，对由细菌、霉菌、真菌、滴虫引起的阴道炎、宫颈炎、外阴瘙痒、异味等使用效果如下：

具体实施方式
实施例1：
取黄藤素70％，淀粉8％，碳酸氢钠10％，柠檬酸10％，制粒，干燥，加冰片、硬脂酸镁各1％，混合压制成异形片。
实施例2：
取黄藤素1％，蛇床子提取物20％，冰片1％，苯甲酸钠1％，余量的去离子水溶解制成洗剂。
实施例3：
取黄藤素、蛇床子提取物、地肤子提取物各10％，溶解于34％的水-1，2丙二醇-乙二醇的溶液中，加6％吐温-80，分装于罐内封口，灌入氟里昂30％，制成喷雾剂。
实施例4：
取聚乙烯醇35％，羧甲基纤维素钠20％制成成膜材料，与黄藤素、地肤子提取物各20％，吐温5％，混合均匀，涂于平板上制成膜剂。
以上所用的蛇床子提取物是用95％乙醇提取的蛇床子浸膏(现有技术提取方法)。
以上所用的地肤子提取物是地肤子的水提浸膏(现有技术提取方法)。
Claims (1)
1.一种妇科专用的抗菌抑菌外用剂，其特征在于由重量百分比原料黄藤素1％-50％，地肤子提取物10％-30％加辅料制成；或者由重量百分比原料黄藤素1％-30％，蛇床子提取物10％-30％，地肤子提取物10％-30％加辅料制成。
