Abstract
本发明所述的鼓式制动系统,适用于当司机踩踏制动踏板时,将一个力传送给左右控制杆,使得左右制动蹄均匀接触制动鼓,其中该力来自轮缸。由于制动鼓与制动蹄间的接触均匀,因此得到有效的制动作用,并且因为防止制动蹄的部分磨损和破裂,所以提高了组件的耐用性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种鼓式制动系统。本发明更特别涉及一种应用在车辆上的鼓式制动系统,其中弧形制动蹄的设计使得当司机踏在制动踏板时,弧形制动蹄可均匀接触制动鼓的内圆周。
背景技术
在鼓式制动系统中,制动蹄的一端通过枢轴固定在支承板上,制动蹄的另一端与轮缸的活塞相接触。所以,如果轮缸的活塞推动制动蹄,制动蹄就会相对于枢轴移动,压向制动鼓的内圆周以产生制动力。
因此,在传统的鼓式制动系统中,当制动蹄压向制动鼓时,和接触轮缸活塞的制动蹄部分相比,通过枢轴固定的制动蹄部分与制动鼓内圆周的接触更剧烈。
发明内容
根据本发明的一个实施例,当司机踩踏制动踏板时,从轮缸传递的操纵力平均分配给制动蹄的两端,从而使制动蹄能够均匀接触制动鼓的内圆周,防止制动蹄部分磨损和破裂,并提高制动效率。
本发明的一个优选实施例包括彼此交叉设置的控制杆,用于将从轮缸传递的操纵力均匀传递给左、右制动蹄的两侧。具体而言,本发明的一个优选实施方式提供了一种鼓式制动系统,其包括:控制杆,彼此交叉设置,用于将操纵力均匀传递给左右制动蹄的两端,其中操纵力是从轮缸而来,该控制杆由左控制杆和右控制杆组成,并且彼此在中心枢轴地连接,形成“剪刀”形状,并且,左控制杆和右控制杆每个的一端内侧与轮缸相接触;左控制杆和右控制杆每个的一端外侧分别与左制动蹄和右制动蹄的一端相接触;左控制杆和右控制杆每个的另一端的外侧分别与左制动蹄和右制动蹄的另一端相接触。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图,对本发明的优选实施例进行详细说明。
参考图1,左制动蹄3和右制动蹄5安装在制动鼓1内部的两侧。轮缸7设置在制动鼓1的上侧。控制杆安装在轮缸7和制动蹄3和5之间,控制杆彼此交叉设置,用于将操纵力均匀传送给左制动蹄3和右制动蹄5的两端,其中操纵力是从轮缸7传递而来。
控制杆由左控制杆9和右控制杆11构成,并且彼此在中心枢轴地连接,形成“剪刀”形状。左制动蹄3和右制动蹄5通过回位弹簧13保持牵引状态,与左控制杆9和右控制杆11紧密结合。
左控制杆9和右控制杆11中每个的一端外侧分别与左制动蹄3和右制动蹄5的一端相接触。左控制杆9和右控制杆11中每个的另一端的外侧分别与左制动蹄3和右制动蹄5的另一端相接触。左控制杆9和右控制杆11中每个的另一端内侧与轮缸7相接触。
参考图2,左控制杆9和右控制杆11的中心部分彼此枢轴地连接在一起。轮毂设置在支承板15的中心部分,用于提供左控制杆9和右控制杆11的枢轴。铰接孔19设置在右控制杆11的中心部分,用于插入轮毂17。铰接孔19的周围形成有导槽。导向环21设置在左控制杆9的中心部分用于插入导槽。
也就是,右控制杆11相对于轮毂17枢轴地形成;左控制杆9相对于右控制杆11枢轴地形成。结果是,左控制杆9和右控制杆11相对于轮毂17彼此枢轴地连接在一起。
当司机踩踏制动踏板时,制动液压被传送给轮缸7,这样,轮缸7的活塞向外推左控制杆9和右控制杆11中每个的一端内侧。所以,如图3所示,左控制杆9和右控制杆11中每个的一端外侧分别向制动鼓1的内圆周挤压左制动蹄3和右制动蹄5中每个的一端。
同时,左控制杆9的另一端向制动鼓1的内圆周挤压右制动蹄5的另一端,右控制杆11的另一端向制动鼓1的内圆周挤压左制动蹄3的另一端。
因此,左制动蹄3和右制动蹄5的两端同时被施加均匀的朝向制动鼓1的内圆周的压力,这样,制动蹄3和5的外侧在均匀的压力下与制动鼓1的内圆周相接触。
于是,制动蹄3和5的外侧和制动鼓1的内圆周通过均匀接触产生一个大的摩擦力,使得制动蹄3和5的磨损和破裂均匀,从而提高制动效率,改善耐久性。
综上所述可以知道,本发明的优点是,当司机踩踏制动踏板时,轮缸传送的力传送给左,右控制杆,使得左、右制动蹄均匀接触制动鼓,因而由于制动鼓和制动蹄间的均匀接触,提供有效的制动作用,并且通过防止制动蹄的部分磨损和破裂,提高组件的耐用性。
Claims (2)
1.一种鼓式制动系统,其包括:
控制杆,彼此交叉设置,用于将操纵力均匀传递给左右制动蹄的两端,其中所述操纵力是从轮缸而来,所述控制杆由左控制杆和右控制杆组成,并且彼此在中心枢轴地连接,形成“剪刀”形状,其特征在于,
所述左控制杆和右控制杆每个的一端内侧与所述轮缸相接触;
所述左控制杆和右控制杆每个的一端外侧分别与所述左制动蹄和右制动蹄的一端相接触;且
所述左控制杆和右控制杆每个的另一端的外侧分别与所述左制动蹄和右制动蹄的另一端相接触。
2.如权利要求1所述的鼓式制动系统,其中所述系统还包括:
轮毂,其形成在支承板的中心,用于提供所述左控制杆和右控制杆的枢轴;
铰接孔,形成在所述右控制杆的中心,用于插入所述轮毂;
导槽,形成在所述铰接孔的周围;和
导向环,形成在所述左控制杆的中心,用于插入所述导槽。
