Description

用于带材切头的横剪机组件
本发明涉及一种用于带材切头,特别是金属带材切头的横剪机组件,该组件具有两个上下重叠的切割面。
在生产宽的带材、板材或类似物中,除了通常用相互对置的圆盘剪切机对带材的两侧边缘进行剪边外,还需要一个用于剪切带头和带尾的横剪机。在具有两个开卷机组进行工作的带材设备中,带材从带卷上退绕下来并被送往下一步的处理装置,如众所周知的是要设置两个上下重叠设置的横剪机。因此,对每一个走带面来说,都要提供一套完整的切头剪,每一套都具有相同的结构部件和相同的驱动单元。一套这种类型的横剪机单元,实质上具有两个执行相同操作的结构部件,成本相当高,并且浪费。
本发明的目的提供一种开头所述类型的横剪机组件,该组件能减少浪费并使用较少的结构部件。
本发明的目的将以一种令人吃惊的简单方式实现,即,在一个固定下刀架和一个固定上刀架之间设置一个活动刀架,所说活动刀架具有与各固定刀架的剪刀片相对互补的上下剪刀片。由于仅仅使用一个活动刀架就可用于两个走带面或切割面,因此,能够节省第二剪切机所必需的带有引导和驱动装置的复杂刀架。
根据本发明的一个建议,所说活动刀架在剪刀片的两旁进行引导,并且由上下设置在引导装置上的加力装置完成引导。对于引导装置,特别适合的是柱形引导装置,有益的是在其上设置有加力装置,所说加力装置在形式上是一方面上下支撑在上下刀架上,另一方面支撑在活动刀架上的弹簧组。这些柱形引导装置能使活动刀架的各剪刀片准确地与其正对的互补的固定刀架的上下剪刀片进行配合,以便进行切割。加力装置或弹簧组确保活动刀架在完成每次切割后,返回到预定的中间位置。
为了提升活动刀架,有益的是,在活动刀架的外侧设置有驱动装置。作为驱动装置,适合采用直接连接在活动刀架上的液压驱动缸或液压缸控制的曲杆。
本发明还建议给所说活动刀架配备一个同步引导装置。该引导装置例如是一根同步轴,在活动刀架在提升或下降时,它能使在两侧进行作用的驱动装置保持同步。

图1是具有两个上下重叠设置的走带面或切割面的横剪机组件的示意性正视图;
图2是图1所示剪床组件的详细部件的正视图,在此示出了设置在上下固定刀架之间的活动刀架,具有一个与图1所示实施例不同的驱动单元。
图1所示的横剪机组件1具有一个固定在基座2上的固定下刀架3和一个固定上刀架4。这些刀架分别装有一个剪刀片5和6。下刀架3通过一些支柱6与上刀架4连接,这些支柱6同时还用于支承和引导一个处于下刀架3和上刀架4之间的活动刀架7。该刀架7具有一个与各固定刀架3、4的剪刀片5和6相对互补的下剪刀片5a和上剪刀片6a。
由此横剪机组件1为一个分别具有展开带材8a和8b的未示出的开卷机组提供了两个可供使用的切割面Ⅰ和Ⅱ。因此,在与切割面Ⅰ和Ⅱ重叠的走带面中,通过横剪机组件1,展开带材8a和8b被剪去带头和带尾。
为了对通过上部切割面Ⅰ的带材8a进行切割,提升活动刀架7,这样剪刀片6a和6进行分离切割;下降活动刀架7将对通过下部切割面Ⅱ的带材8b进行切头或横向切割,这样互补的剪刀片5a和5可以进行分离切割。活动刀架7的彼此相反的往复运动由箭头9表示。
为了进行分离切割,也就是说,使活动刀架7提升或下降,作为一种驱动方式,在图1所示的实施例中,液压驱动缸10连接在刀架7的两个外侧,该液压驱动缸的活塞杆11与活动刀架7连接并且在其作用方向上可以转换。由弹簧组12产生的力不仅从下面而且还从上面施加给活动刀架7,弹簧组布置在柱形引导装置6上并且用于使活动刀架7在完成一次切割工作后重新处于图1所示的在上下刀架3、4之间的中间位置或初始位置上。一个同步引导装置13用于引导活动刀架7提升或下降以进行切割,并在移动时不出现倾斜地提升或下降。
从作为详细部件显示刀架7的图2中可以得到另一种形式的驱动装置14。一个布置在刀架中间部位的液压缸15带有铰接的曲杆17a、b、c,这些曲杆一方面铰接在缸体吊耳16上,另一方面铰接在刀架7上。根据液压缸15所提供的力的方向,将刀架7下降,如在图2中用实线表示的曲杆17a、b、c,以及粗实线方向箭头9a所表示的状态。当液压缸15所提供的力为相反方向时,曲杆17a、b、c和刀架7被调整到提升位置,如由虚线所示的方向箭头9b。在这种实施形式中可以省去同步引导装置。
因此,在任何情况下,通过活动刀架,就可以在上下切割面Ⅰ、Ⅱ中实现交替的切头或横向切割,而不需要两个分开的横剪机。

Claims (7)

1、一种用于带材切头,特别是金属带材切头的横剪机组件,具有两个上下重叠设置的切割面,其特征在于,在一个固定下刀架(3)和一个固定上刀架(4)之间设置一个活动刀架(7),所说活动刀架(7)具有与各固定刀架(3,4)的剪刀片(5,6)相对互补的下剪刀片(5a)和上剪刀片(6a)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的横剪机组件,其特征在于,所说活动刀架(7)在剪刀片(5a,5b)的两旁进行引导,并且由上下设置在引导装置(6)上的加力装置(12)完成引导。
3、根据权利要求2所述的横剪机组件,其特征在于,柱形引导装置(6)上设置有弹簧组(12),所说弹簧组一方面上下支撑在上下刀架(3,4)上,另一方面支撑在活动刀架(7)上。
4、根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的横剪机组件,其特征在于,在活动刀架(7)的外侧设置有驱动装置(10,14)。
5、根据权利要求4所述的横剪机组件,其特征在于,所说驱动装置为液压驱动缸(10)。
6、根据权利要求4所述的横剪机组件,其特征在于,所说驱动装置(14)为液压缸控制的曲杆(17a,b,c)。
7、根据权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的横剪机组件,其特征在于,所说活动刀架(7)配备有一个同步引导装置(13)。
