Abstract
本发明提出了一种切甘蔗装置,可以方便地将甘蔗两节之间的硬块去除,方便人们食用。该切甘蔗装置包括底座及切刀组,所述切刀组由刀架及安装于刀架上的固定刀片、活动刀片构成,所述固定刀片与刀架固定连接,活动刀片通过刀架上设有的水平导轨活动安装于刀架上,所述刀架还设有用于锁定活动刀片在水平导轨上的位置的锁紧部;所述底座上设有垂直导轨,所述刀架活动安装于垂直导轨上。将甘蔗放在底座上,并使甘蔗的分节位置对准刀架的刀片,根据甘蔗分节位置的硬块厚度来调整活动刀片与固定刀片之间的间距,使该间距略大于硬块厚度,并利用锁紧部来固定好活动刀片;然后使刀架沿垂直导轨向下移动,利用活动刀片与固定刀片同时将甘蔗硬块两侧切断。

技术领域
本发明属于农产品加工技术领域,具体涉及到一种切甘蔗装置。
背景技术
现代医学研究表明,甘蔗中含有丰富的糖分、水分,此外,还含有对人体新陈代谢非常有益的各种维生素、脂肪、蛋白质、有机酸、钙、铁等物质。甘蔗不但能给食物增添甜味,而且还可以提供人体所需的营养和热量。含蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、钙、磷、铁、天门冬素、天门冬氨酸、谷氨酸、丝氨酸、丙氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸、正这氨酸、赖氨酸、羟丁氨酸、谷氨酰胺、脯氨酸、酪氨酸、胱氨酸、苯丙氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸等多种氨基酸,延胡索酸、琥珀酸、甘醇酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸、草酸等有机酸及维生素B1、B2、B6、C。榨去汁的甘蔗渣中,含有对小鼠艾氏癌和肉瘤180有抑制作用的多糖类。
甘蔗除了榨糖之外,人们也拿来直接削皮食用,但是甘蔗是分节的植物,两节之间的硬块是无法食用的,在啃食甘蔗时,硬块两侧的位置也无法啃食干净。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种切甘蔗装置,可以方便地将甘蔗两节之间的硬块去除,方便人们食用。
本发明的切甘蔗装置包括底座及切刀组,所述切刀组由刀架及安装于刀架上的固定刀片、活动刀片构成,所述固定刀片与刀架固定连接,活动刀片通过刀架上设有的水平导轨活动安装于刀架上,所述刀架还设有用于锁定活动刀片在水平导轨上的位置的锁紧部;所述底座上设有垂直导轨,所述刀架活动安装于垂直导轨上。
上述切甘蔗装置的工作原理如下:
将甘蔗放在底座上,并使甘蔗的分节位置对准刀架的刀片,根据甘蔗分节位置的硬块厚度来调整活动刀片与固定刀片之间的间距,使该间距略大于硬块厚度,并利用锁紧部来固定好活动刀片;然后使刀架沿垂直导轨向下移动,利用活动刀片与固定刀片同时将甘蔗硬块两侧切断。由于甘蔗的硬块厚度大致相同,因此无需每次都调整活动刀片与固定刀片之间的间距。
具体来说,所述锁紧部由弹簧夹和弹簧构成,所述弹簧的两端分别与固定刀片、活动刀片连接,所述弹簧夹安装于水平导轨上,且与弹簧分别位于活动刀片的两侧。由于固定刀片是固定在刀架上的,因此活动刀片与固定刀片之间的间距是由活动刀片在水平导轨上的位置来决定的,在调节好活动刀片的位置后,将弹簧夹贴紧活动刀片而夹在水平导轨上,另一侧由弹簧提供弹力,从而将活动刀片夹紧固定。由于在切甘蔗时,刀片的受力方向是垂直的,因此不会影响活动刀片的水平固定。
进一步地,所述刀架的侧部或顶部设有手柄,以方便向下按压刀架;或者所述底座设有垂直的气缸,所述气缸的活塞杆与刀架连接,可以直接通过气缸来带动刀架上下移动,更加省力。
本发明的切甘蔗装置结构简单、操作方便,能够同时将两节甘蔗之间的硬块两侧切断,从而使食用甘蔗更加方便。

下面对照附图,通过对实施实例的描述,对本发明的具体实施方式如所涉及的各构件的形状、构造、各部分之间的相互位置及连接关系、各部分的作用及工作原理等作进一步的详细说明。
实施例1:
如图所示,本实施例的切甘蔗装置包括底座1及切刀组,所述切刀组由刀架2及安装于刀架2上的固定刀片3、活动刀片4构成,所述固定刀片3与刀架2固定连接,活动刀片4通过刀架2上设有的水平导轨5活动安装于刀架2上,所述刀架2还设有用于锁定活动刀片4在水平导轨5上的位置的锁紧部;所述底座1上设有垂直导轨6,所述刀架2活动安装于垂直导轨6上,刀架2与垂直导轨6的顶部通过提升弹簧7连接,提升弹簧7可以将刀架2向上提升一定高度,便于在刀架2下方放置甘蔗;刀架2的顶部设有手柄8,以方便向下按压刀架2。
锁紧部由弹簧夹9和推挤弹簧10构成,所述推挤弹簧10的两端分别与固定刀片3、活动刀片4连接,所述弹簧夹9安装于水平导轨5上,且推挤与弹簧分别位于活动刀片4的两侧。
上述切甘蔗装置的工作原理如下:
将甘蔗放在底座1上,并使甘蔗的分节位置对准刀架2的刀片,根据甘蔗分节位置的硬块厚度来调整活动刀片4与固定刀片3之间的间距(使该间距略大于硬块厚度),由于固定刀片3是固定在刀架2上的,因此活动刀片4与固定刀片3之间的间距是由活动刀片4在水平导轨5上的位置来决定的,在调节好活动刀片4的位置后,将弹簧夹9贴紧活动刀片4而夹在水平导轨5上,另一侧由推挤弹簧10提供弹力,从而将活动刀片4夹紧固定;然后使刀架2沿垂直导轨6向下移动,利用活动刀片4与固定刀片3同时将甘蔗硬块两侧切断。由于甘蔗的硬块厚度大致相同,因此无需每次都调整活动刀片4与固定刀片3之间的间距。
Claims (4)
1.一种切甘蔗装置,其特征在于包括底座及切刀组,所述切刀组由刀架及安装于刀架上的固定刀片、活动刀片构成,所述固定刀片与刀架固定连接,活动刀片通过刀架上设有的水平导轨活动安装于刀架上,所述刀架还设有用于锁定活动刀片在水平导轨上的位置的锁紧部;所述底座上设有垂直导轨,所述刀架活动安装于垂直导轨上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的切甘蔗装置,其特征在于所述锁紧部由弹簧夹和弹簧构成,所述弹簧的两端分别与固定刀片、活动刀片连接,所述弹簧夹安装于水平导轨上,且与弹簧分别位于活动刀片的两侧。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的切甘蔗装置,其特征在于所述刀架的侧部或顶部设有手柄。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的切甘蔗装置,其特征在于所述底座设有垂直的气缸,所述气缸的活塞杆与刀架连接。
