本发明涉及一种将定子绕组安装在电梯驱动机的电动机定子中的装置,所述定子包括配有定子凸齿和凸齿间的凹槽的定子支架,定子绕组配装在定子上的所述凹槽之中,并具有配装在凹槽之中以将定子绕组固紧于凹槽的安装元件。
背景技术
用在电梯驱动机之中的电动机的定子是由一具有各定子凸齿和凸齿间的各定子凹槽的定子支架以及一围绕各凸齿配置在定子支架中的定子绕组构成的。定子支架可以由构成一定子叠垛的许多薄板叠合而成。定子绕组的导线比如作为导线束直接安放在各定子凹槽之中。各导线借助于配装在凹槽上边缘处的各凹槽楔件被保持在各凹槽之中。各凹槽楔件可以与凹槽的上边缘形成一种鸽尾式接合。先前技术的各种定子的缺点是绕组方法较慢而又复杂。
此外,需要防止由机械力量造成的导线在凹槽之中的活动。为此目的,可能需要在楔件与各导线之间施加一种密封剂,或者另外每一凹槽楔件配有在其两侧上具有摩擦表面的适配件和在其两侧上带有相应摩擦表面的两个边侧件,如比如在专利申请FI-A-884154中所述的。这些解决办法也都是比较复杂的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是获得一种新型的定子绕组结构,其将使得绕设过程比较快速。本发明的安装结构是采用比如槽状形状的塑料绕组支架来实现的,定子绕组绕设于绕组支架。绕组支架包括其伸出并由与其一样的材料制成的锁定元件,借助于这些元件,绕组可以迅速地固紧于定子支架,且其防止绕组线圈从定子支架中脱出。本发明的解决方案的代表性特征详细表述在以下各权利要求中。
本发明使得可以实现一种简单、快速和经济的绕设方法,尤其是因为绕组可以在装在定子凹槽之中之前作为完整的组件予以制备。

具体实施方式
图1表明一用作电梯提升电动机的鼠笼式感应电动机的定子。此定子由一具有各定子凸齿11和凸齿之间的各定子凹槽12的定子支架1构成。电动机具有定子绕组(磁场磁极线圈)2,围绕定子凸齿11安放,绕设在一槽状塑料绕组支架3上,绕组支架3的底部31安放得抵靠凸齿11的侧面。绕组支架3包括一由铁磁性材料制成的凹槽条4,伸过凹槽的开口并适配于其形状,用于控制磁通。凹槽条在绕组支架3的一侧浇铸在其内,使得凹槽条5被牢固地固紧在绕组支架之内而不能被脱开。在装在定子凹槽12上之前,绕组2配装在绕组支架3上以构成完整的绕组组件,而后通过将它们推进凹槽12而装在定子支架上。
图2和3表明绕组支架3的底部31如何配设有从底部伸出的小的弹性锁定舌片33。当定子绕组被推进凹槽12时,这些锁定舌片将弹入设置在定子支架凹槽中的孔眼13之中。锁定元件33因而防止磁场磁极线圈从定子支架中脱出。

Claims (7)

1.一种将定子绕组安装在电梯驱动机的电动机的定子中的装置,所述定子包括配设有定子凸齿(11)和凸齿之间的凹槽(12)的定子支架(1),定子绕组(2)配装在所述凹槽(12)中,所述定子具有配设在凹槽之中、用于将定子绕组固紧于凹槽的固紧元件,其特征在于,
所述定子包括一绕组支架(3),该支架具有抵靠凸齿(11)的侧面的底部(31)和,所述绕组可以配装在此绕组支架中,并且
所述绕组支架包括从底部伸出的挠性锁定元件(33),所述锁定元件可以配装到设置在所述凹槽中的孔眼(13)中,而且当所述绕组支架被推进所述凹槽时它们被插进孔眼而将绕组支架和定子绕组锁定于定子支架。
2.按照权利要求1所述的定子绕组安装装置,其特征在于,所述绕组支架(3)基本上是槽状的。
3.按照权利要求1所述的定子绕组安装装置,其特征在于,所述绕组支架(3)是由塑料类材料制成的。
4.按照权利要求1所述的定子绕组安装装置,其特征在于,所述锁定元件(33)与绕组支架为相同的材料。
5.按照权利要求1所述的定子绕组安装装置,其特征在于,其包括铁磁材料的凹槽条(4),配装在凹槽(12)的开口处用于控制磁通。
6.按照权利要求5所述的定子绕组安装装置,其特征在于,所述各凹槽条(4)配设在绕组支架内。
7.按照权利要求5所述的定子绕组安装装置,其特征在于,所述凹槽条(4)成形得顺应所述凹槽开口的形状。
