Abstract
在一种用于接纳和分离聚集在机床上的碎屑和冷却液的装置中,冷却液被返回以重新利用,而碎屑被排出,所述装置包括用于接纳碎屑和冷却液的一接纳槽(1)、与接纳槽(1)邻接的一升起的导向部分(3)、与导向部分(3)邻接的一抬高的输送部分(4)、一链条状的闭合的运输部件以及与运输部件传动连接的一可转动地安装的滤筒(12),所述运输部件至少在接纳碎屑和冷却液的区域中和在输送部分(4)中由转向件(6、7)来导向,而其诸转向件中的至少一个联接至一转动传动装置。本发明的目的是减轻由于轴向轴承负荷所产生的磨损,并降低对轴向合作的诸零件的要求。这是通过以下的方式来实现的:滤筒(12)在其两端中的每一端上都设有一内轴承环(13),每个内轴承环接合在一外轴承环(16)中,且使它们一起转动;设置平行于滤筒(12)轴线延伸的弹簧件(19),它们在一侧支承在内轴承环(13)上并在另一侧支承在外轴承环(16)上,每个外轴承环(16)安置在固定于壳体的一轴承壳套(23,24)中,并沿着轴向支承于其上;在每个内轴承环(13)与外轴承环(16)之间设置密封件(17)。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于接纳和分离聚集在机床上的碎屑和冷却液的装置,冷却液被返回以重新利用,而碎屑被排出,所述装置包括用于接纳碎屑和冷却液的一接纳槽、与接纳槽邻接的一升起的导向部分、与导向部分邻接的一抬高的输送部分、一链条状的闭合的运输部件以及与运输部件传动连接的一可转动地安装的滤筒,所述运输部件至少在接纳碎屑和冷却液的区域中以及在输送部分中由转向件来导向,而其诸转向件中的至少一个联接至一转动传动装置。
背景技术
这样一种滤筒的轴承还需要承受周向压力,结果,也总是会发生磨损。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的首先是在开头所述类型的装置中减轻由于轴向轴承负荷所产生的磨损,并降低对轴向合作的诸零件的要求。
根据本发明,该目的可通过以下的方式来实现,滤筒在其两端中的每一端上设有一内轴承环,每个内轴承环接合在一外轴承环中,且使它们一起转动;设置平行于滤筒轴线延伸的弹簧件,它们在一侧支承在内轴承环上并在另一侧支承在外轴承环上;每个外轴承环安置在固定于壳体的一轴承壳套中,并沿着轴向支承于其上;以及,在每个内轴承环与外轴承环之间设置密封件。
内和外轴承环之间的较小容许偏差在这里可以通过弹簧件的结构来补偿。
在这种情况下,弹簧件较佳的是安置在内轴承环的一孔中,并作用在相应外轴承环的一表面上。这些两轴承环之间的密封件使未过滤的冷却液不能通过围绕过滤装置流动而进入洁净的区域中。在外轴承环上的弹簧压力沿着轴向被传递到固定在壳体上的轴承壳套上,亦即被传递到在彼此上径向滑动并发生磨损的区域中。该作用在外轴承环上的弹簧压力在发生这种类型的磨损时进行补偿。
根据本发明的装置可以这样一种方式来实施:每个外轴承环与固定至壳体的轴承壳套形成一迷宫式的密封。为了这个目的,有利的是,固定至壳体的轴承壳套形成为多个零件。此外,一环形密封件可以布置在该迷宫式密封的路线中,以进一步改善密封效果。
此外,可以通过对与外界的密封件施加过压的过滤冷却液,以十分可靠地阻止未过滤的冷却液泄漏到外面、并因而进入已过滤冷却液的区域中,从而来防止未过滤的冷却液泄漏到洁净的区域中。此外,这还可防止会增加轴承的磨损的碎屑随着渗入轴承的未经过滤的冷却液被冲洗到轴承中。
为了防止滤筒内部的沉积,可有利地将内轴承环的内径制作成适合外轴承环的最小内径以及滤筒的内径。

具体实施方式
图1示出了根据本发明的装置的一实施例的侧视图,该装置具有一在顶部开口的接纳槽1,该接纳槽接纳聚集在机床上的碎屑和冷却液。该接纳槽具有一溢流顶缘2。一升起的导向部分3连接接纳槽,并且并入一抬高的输送部分4。
这里,设有在两侧上由辊子进行导向的一刮板运输机链来作为运输部件。该刮板运输机链在接纳槽1的端部处围绕一下转向件6被导向,并在输送部分4的区域中围绕一连接至一传动装置(未示出)的上转向件7运行。该刮板运输机链载有以一定距离间隔开布置的刮板件9,这些刮板件在下传输装置部分的区域中向下凸伸、也就是说沿着朝向接纳槽1底部的方向和/或朝向升起部分3的侧壁10凸伸。箭头11标示出刮板带5的运输方向。
设置了一个滤筒12,它可转动地安装在装置的壳体中。滤筒12的两端设置为彼此相同的径向图案。它们具有一内轴承环13,该内轴承环带有滤盖14并轴向向外地接合在一外轴承环16的肩座15中。因此,内轴承环13与外轴承环16的肩座部分地重叠。在这个重叠的区域中设置一密封环17,它可以防止未过滤的冷却液在该重叠区域中流入到滤筒内部。
内轴承环13在肩座15的区域中连接至外轴承环16,这保证两轴承环总是一起转动,因而在肩座15的区域中不会发生相对运动。因此,密封件17仅是静态受压。
在内轴承环13中设置平行于滤筒12的轴线延伸的多个孔18,在每一个孔中安置螺旋弹簧19,该螺旋弹簧19压靠在外轴承环16的面20上。这样做的结果是,外轴承环16通过设置在其轴向边缘上的斜剖面22,对安置在该装置壳体中的轴承壳套的外轴承件23施加一压力。这里,随着时间的过去在斜剖面22与轴承壳套的外轴承件23之间必定会出现磨损。通过螺旋弹簧19所施加的压力来补偿这样出现的磨损,而无需任何其它的装置或措施。
轴承壳套的外轴承件23连接至一内轴承件24,后者在其径向的内部区域中有一边缘形型面25,该边缘形型面25与外轴承环16的斜剖面接合。因此,通过外轴承件23与内轴承件24、以及外轴承环16与其钩形的斜剖面22的协配,在一侧形成了一迷宫式的密封,就可防止未过滤的冷却液漏出。外轴承环16朝向外侧圆锥形地扩张,并且其内径制作成适合内轴承环13的尺寸以及滤筒密封件的伸张。
在所示的实施例中,设置一刮板运输机链5,它在两侧通过辊子来导向。
图5至7中所示的实施例与前述实施例的不同之处仅在于,在本情况中设置一铰合带传输装置28,该铰合带传输装置也在两侧通过辊子27来支承。
图8示出了内轴承环13,它通过螺钉29啮合在外轴承环16中,以使它们一同转动。固定至壳体并由内轴承件23和外轴承件24构成的轴承壳套有一压力接头26,通过该压力接头用已过滤的冷却液来冲洗由外轴承环16和固定至壳体的轴承壳套所形成的迷宫式密封。

Claims (7)
1.一种用于接纳和分离聚集在机床上的碎屑和冷却液的装置,冷却液被返回以重新利用,而碎屑被排出,所述装置包括:
用于接纳碎屑和冷却液的一接纳槽(1),
与接纳槽(1)邻接的一升起的导向部分(3),
与导向部分(3)邻接的一抬高的输送部分(4),
一链条状的闭合的运输部件,它至少在接纳碎屑和冷却液的区域中以及在输送部分(4)中由转向件(6、7)导向,而其诸转向件中的至少一个联接至一转动传动装置,以及
与运输部件传动连接的一可转动地安装的滤筒(12),
其特征在于,
滤筒(12)在其两端中的每一端上设有一内轴承环(13),每个内轴承环接合在一外轴承环(16)中,且使所述内轴承环和所述外轴承环一起转动;
设置平行于滤筒(12)轴线延伸的弹簧件(19),它们在一侧支承在内轴承环(13)上并在另一侧支承在外轴承环(16)上,每个外轴承环(16)安置在固定于壳体的一轴承壳套(23,24)中,并沿着轴向支承于其上;
在每个内轴承环(13)与外轴承环(16)之间设置密封件(17)。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,固定至壳体的轴承壳套(23,24)由多个零件构成。
3.如权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,每个外轴承环(16)与固定至壳体的轴承壳套(23,24)形成一迷宫式的密封。
4.如权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,至少一环形密封件布置在每一迷宫式密封的路线中。
5.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,将内轴承环(13)的内径制作成适合外轴承环(16)的最小内径以及滤筒(12)的内径。
6.如权利要求1-4中的任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,外轴承环(16)具有一压力接头(26),用于供应过滤的冷却液以冲洗外轴承环(16)与固定至壳体的轴承壳套(23、24)之间的间隙。
7.如权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,外轴承环(16)具有一压力接头(26),用于供应过滤的冷却液以冲洗外轴承环(16)与固定至壳体的轴承壳套(23、24)之间的间隙。
