Description

流体产品的分配装置
本发明涉及一种流体产品的分配装置,并且特别是采用无吸气的泵来运行的这种装置。
众所周知,特别是在药品、美容或化妆品领域需要实现流体产品的分配装置,这种装置包括一个容纳产品的容器,产品一般为液体;一个泵,该泵通过一个台架和/或固定环固定在所述容器上。为了避免容器内装的产品被污染,泵运行时一般不吸气,但在这种情况下就出现了容器内形成的负压问题。
为了解决上述问题,人们特别提出在容器和装置外部之间做一个通气口,中间放一个过滤器,用于过滤可能的污染介质,特别是细菌。这种装置在文献EP-0189549和EP-0800869中作了描述。这种装置的主要缺点在于,它要求加工并在所述容器和通气口之间安装过滤器,使装置的加工和安装明显复杂化,对最终成本产生负面效应。此外,这种系统并不总能很容易地与通常使用的标准泵匹配。
文献EP-0771734提出了另外一种方案。在该文献中,容纳产品的容器整体或部分用透气材料实现。这种装置的主要缺点在于,它要求采用合适的材料加工特定的容器,这大大提高了这种容器的成本,并且特别是不能使用任意类型或任意材料的容器,特别是今天广泛使用的容器。
本发明的目的在于提供一种不会出现上述缺点的流体产品的分配装置。
为此,本发明的目的在于提供一种流体产品分配装置,它采用不吸气的泵,即无气泵,这种装置可平衡容器内的负压,不会导致留在容器内的产品污染,而且不会使装置的加工和组装乃至其成本复杂化。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种流体产品分配装置,它可在任意形状或材料的所有类型的容器上有效地运行。
本发明的目的还在于提供这样一种流体产品分配装置,它可防止容器内容纳的产品的任何变质,同时保证每次工作时产品均匀分配。
因此,本发明的主题是一种流体产品分配装置,它包括一个产品容器、一个诸如无气泵的分配机构、一个稳固地支撑所述泵的台架,所述台架通过固定环固定在所述容器上,所述台架的至少一部分用透气塑料实现。
根据本发明的一种特殊实施形式,所述台架与所述固定环做成一个零件。
透气塑料最好能使空气进入容器内,但阻止细菌通过。
透气塑料有利地含有热塑聚合物。
透气塑料有利地含有填充剂。
填充剂最好是白垩、滑石粉或硅酮。
根据一种有利的变型实施例,所述台架包括一个用透气塑料做的孔。所述孔用复制模模制在用非透气材料做的所述台架上。

根据图示,流体产品分配装置包括一个产品容器(未示出),可呈任意形状,并用任意材料实现;一个分配机构10,特别是一个无气泵,即运行时不吸气;以及一个台架20,它稳固地支撑着泵10。该台架20通过固定环30固定在容器的颈部。在图1和图3所示的实施方式中,台架20和环30做成两个不同的零件,而在图2所示的实施方式中,台架20和环30构成一个零件。固定环30可以是任合适当的形式,并且特别是棘轮弹簧式(图1)、螺旋式(图2)或嵌入式(图3)。当然,各种固定形式是与根据本发明的台架的不同变型实施方式匹配的,而图中所示的组合仅仅是一些特例。例如,台架20与固定环30做成一个零件的这种变型(图2)可用于任何类型的固定方式。
根据本发明,台架20的至少一个部分21用透气塑料实现。这样,在装置每次使用后,容器内形成的负压可通过图中用箭头A示意的穿过台架20的气流补偿。如图所示,台架20穿过空气的部分21位于中间部分上,中间部分位于由泵10支撑的台架20的部分22和固定在固定环30上的台架20的部分23之间。因此,至少该部分21必须制在透气塑料内。图3示出了一个台架20,用不透气的塑料做成,并且包括一个用复制模模制的孔21,孔制在透气塑料中。在变型中,可有利地在同一材料中实现整个台架20,如图1和图2所示。
因此,本发明可使用已知类型的泵,不需要改动,还可使用已知类型的任意容器,也不需要改动。
目前使用的流体产品分配装置中唯一要改动的零件是台架20,这是一个小零件,很容易加工。该台架例如可采用模制加工,特别是采用注塑/吹制工艺,或者采用双注塑工艺。本发明一个突出的特点在于,根据本发明的透气台架可用加工迄今仍在使用的台架的相同机器和/或相同模具实现,只需改变供给机器的塑料即可。
因此本发明的方案特别经济,并且使分配装置的不同组成部分的加工和安装非常简单,而且成本很低,不必改动装配线上的任何机器。
根据本发明,构成台架20的透气塑料有利地由热塑聚合物构成,如聚烯烃、PVC或专用聚合物,最好含有填充剂。用于提高空气扩散的填充剂尤其可以是白垩、滑石粉或硅酮。
这些塑料的优点是,它们可使空气通过,同时阻止污染介质如细菌进入,因此可避免容器内产品的变质。
至于可用于实现本发明的台架的透气塑料,它特别可以是用于实现文献EP-0771734中的瓶壁的材料。因此,该文献附在本说明内,作为该突出特点的参考。
因此,本发明可提供一种特别有利和经济的方案,以克服采用无气泵的分配装置中的产品污染问题。

Claims (7)

1.流体产品的分配装置,它包括一个产品容器,一个诸如工作时不吸气的泵的分配机构(10),一个稳固地支撑所述泵(10)的台架(20),所述台架通过固定环(30)固定在所述容器上,其特征在于,所述台架(20)的至少一个部分(21)用透气塑料实现。
2.根据权利要求1的装置,其中,所述台架(20)与所述固定环(30)做成一个零件。
3.根据权利要求1或2的装置,其中,透气塑料使空气进入容器内,但阻止细菌通过。
4.根据上述权利要求之一的装置,其中,透气塑料含有热塑聚合物。
5.根据上述权利要求之一的装置,其中,透气塑料含有填充剂。
6.根据权利要求5的装置,其中,填充剂为白垩、滑石粉或硅酮。
7.根据上述权利要求之一的装置,其中,所述台架(20)包括一个透气塑料的孔(21),所述孔(21)用复制模模制在由非透气材料制成的所述台架(20)上。
