Abstract
自钻锚杆的连接器,具有一带内螺纹(5)的连接套管(1)和两个配备外螺纹(3)的锚管(2),锚管的末端(8)拧入到连接套管(1)内。连接套管(1)在其长度的中部带一具有圆柱形的内部端表面(10)的环形筋(4)。锚管(2)的末端紧密地嵌入该环形筋(4)内,为此锚管做有圆柱形的无螺纹圆周面(12)。为了改进连接器的密封性并允许无损失地将冲击能量从一根锚管(2)传递到另一根锚管(2)上,锚管(2)的环形端面(6)在环形筋(4)区域内相互紧密地贴合。从而对于自钻锚杆提供一种防止冲洗介质和/或硬结物质泄漏和排出的连接器。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种包括一个连接套管和两个锚管的自钻锚杆(Bohranker)连接器,所述连接套管带有内螺纹,所述锚管带有外螺纹并且从相互对置的两侧拧入到连接套管内。
背景技术
在这种锚管连接器中,问题是,在已知连接器区域内,在钻孔时流动的冲洗介质(空气或水)可能通过锚管空腔以及在孔钻完后被挤到钻削孔前端的硬结物质(例如混凝土灰)可能通过锚管空腔被排出。因此造成冲洗介质的损失,对于剥落物质,在连接器泄漏时造成由剥落(硬结)物质组成的堵塞,这妨碍自钻锚杆周围钻孔的完全填注。
由DE-A-4 220 636已知一种开头所述类型的连接器。DE-A-4 220636表示一种带一具有内螺纹的连接套管和两根锚管的自钻锚杆连接器,锚管具有外螺纹并从相互对置的两侧拧入到连接套管中,其中基本上在连接套管的长度中部设一向内突起的环形筋,锚管的装在连接套管内的末端的端面安装在环形筋区域内,并且相互直接贴合,其中锚管末端的外表面紧密地贴合在环形筋的内部端表面上。在按DE-A-4220 636的连接器中,设有设置在环形筋旁边的密封圈。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种开头所述类型的连接器,它即使在钻削时(自钻锚杆的旋转冲击运动)出现的载荷下仍能可靠地密封并保持。
为此,本发明提供一种自钻锚杆的连接器,包括一个连接套管和两个锚管,所述连接套管带有内螺纹,所述锚管带有外螺纹并从相互对置的两侧拧入到连接套管内,其中,在连接套管的长度中间设一向内突起的环形筋,装在连接套管内的锚管末端的端面设置在环形筋区域内并相互直接贴合,锚管末端的外表面紧密地贴合在环形筋的内部端表面上,其特征为:环形筋具有一圆柱形的内部端表面,并且锚管的做成圆柱形的无螺纹末端的外表面紧密地贴合在环形筋的内部端表面上,锚管的端面具有倒角,在环形筋上设有至少一个密封圈,并且,锚管以其端面外缘上的倒角贴合在密封圈上。
因为在本发明的连接器中拧入连接套管内的锚管的末端紧密地嵌入到设于连接套管内的环形筋内,并由于依本发明在环形筋上设有密封圈,因而防止冲洗介质和/或硬结物质在连接器区域内排出。
如果按照本发明连接器的一种优选实施形式规定,安装在连接套管内的、以其端面相互直接贴合的锚管末端以其端面直接紧密地相互贴合,则能保证在连接器区域内附加的密封,因为冲洗介质和/或硬结物质不可能从安装在连接器内的锚管的末端之间流出。此外本发明的这个措施有这样的优点,即,在矿山中钻孔时自钻锚杆所发出的旋转冲击力毫无问题地从一根锚管直接传递到另一根锚管上。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,连接器包括一个连接套管1和两个锚管2,锚管以其末端8装在连接套管1内。
连接套管1具有两个通过一向内突起的环形筋4相互分开的内螺纹段5,其螺纹是同向的。锚管2在其外表面上带一外螺纹3,它与连接套管1的内螺纹相配。
锚管2尤其是在两个末端处具有一无螺纹段,它离开锚管2的端面6延伸。这个无螺纹段做有圆柱形外表面12。做成环形的锚管2的端面6可以具有一外倒角20和在某些情况下一内倒角22(图6)。
设置在连接套管1长度中间的环形筋4具有一圆柱形的内部端表面10和两个与连接套管1的轴线基本上垂直的侧面16,它们在环形筋4的两侧以一圆弧半径(曲率)过渡到连接套管1内表面的无内螺纹段14。
图7中表示连接器的装配状态。可以看到,锚管2以其无螺纹的末端8装在环形筋4内部,其中锚管2末端8的圆柱表表面12紧密地贴合在环形筋4的内部端表面10上(在图7中所示的表面10和12之间的间隙实际上并不存在,这样表示仅仅是为了看得清楚起见)。
图7还表示,锚管2末端8的环形端面6相互直接和紧密地贴合。
环形筋4的宽度B,亦即环形筋4的圆柱形内部端表面10沿连接套管1轴线7方向测量的长度,大致等于锚管2末端8上无螺纹段12沿轴线方向即沿锚管2的纵向测量的长度A之和。由此实现,连接套管1在锚管2上不必拧得太深,因为当锚管2的端面6大致装在筋4纵向长度的中心时,锚管2圆柱形表面12的末端上的轴肩便碰到环形筋4的侧面16。因此确保:按本发明的由一连接套管1和两个安装在它里面(拧入)的锚管2组成的连接器基本上具有对称的结构。
在图8中所示的按本发明的连接器中,在环形筋4的朝内的圆柱形表面内设一环形槽,槽内安装一由弹性材料组成的密封圈21(O型圈)。
拧入连接套管1内的锚管2以其在这种实施形式中相互贴合的端面6的外缘处的倒角20贴合在密封圈21上,从而改善两根锚管2之间在连接器的这个区域内的密封性。
还应该指出,在图8中密封圈21是“理想化的”,亦即以其原始的圆形横截面形状表示出来。实际上,在连接器的装配状态,在其突出于环形筋的内表面的部分内变形成一与锚管2端面6上的外倒角20相应的三角形横截面形状。
密封圈21的横截面形状不必一定是圆形的。密封圈可以例如具有多边形横截面形状(矩形或正方形)。也可以设想,密封圈21突出于环形筋4内表面的部分具有径向向内缩小的楔形横截面形状。
概括地,本发明的优选实施例可表示如下:自钻锚杆连接器具有一个带内螺纹5的连接套管1和两个设有外螺纹3的锚管2,锚管的末端8拧入连接套管1内。连接套管1在其长度中间具有一带圆柱形内部端表面10的环形筋4。锚管2的末端8密封地嵌入此环形筋4内,为此它们做有无螺纹的圆柱形外表面12。为了改善连接器的密封性和无损失地将部击能量从一根锚管2传递到另一根锚管,锚管2的环形端面6在环形筋4区域内相互紧密地贴合。从而提供了一种用于自钻锚杆的防止冲洗介质和/或硬结物质泄漏和流出的连接器。
Claims (9)
1.自钻锚杆的连接器,包括一个连接套管(1)和两个锚管(2),所述连接套管带有内螺纹(5),所述锚管带有外螺纹(3)并从相互对置的两侧拧入到连接套管(1)内,其中,基本上在连接套管(1)的长度中间设一向内突起的环形筋(4),装在连接套管(1)内的锚管(2)末端(8)的端面(6)设置在环形筋(4)区域内并相互直接贴合,锚管(2)末端的外表面(12)紧密地贴合在环形筋(4)的内部端表面(10)上,其特征为:环形筋(4)具有一圆柱形的内部端表面(10),并且锚管(2)的做成圆柱形的无螺纹末端(8)的外表面(12)紧密地贴合在环形筋(4)的内部端表面(10)上,锚管(2)的端面(6)具有倒角(20),在环形筋(4)上设有至少一个密封圈(21),并且,锚管(2)以其端面(6)外缘上的倒角(20)贴合在密封圈(21)上。
2.按权利要求1的连接器,其特征为:锚管(2)的端面(6)相互紧密地贴合。
3.按权利要求1的连接器,其特征为:在连接套管(1)中,在环形筋(4)两侧设有无内螺纹区(14)。
4.按权利要求1的连接器,其特征为:环形筋(4)的侧面(16)垂直于连接套管(1)的轴线(7)布置。
5.按权利要求1的连接器,其特征为:环形筋(4)的侧面(16)以圆弧半径过渡到连接套管(1)的内表面,特别是过渡到连接套管的无螺纹段(14)。
6.按权利要求1的连接器,其特征为:锚管(2)的端面(6)具有内倒角(22)。
7.按权利要求1的连接器,其特征为:环形筋(4)沿连接套管(1)轴线(7)方向测量的宽度(B)等于锚管(2)做成圆柱形的各无螺纹末端(8)沿锚管(2)纵向测量的长度(A)之和。
8.按权利要求1的连接器,其特征为:密封圈(21)安装在环形筋(4)的圆柱形内部端表面(10)中一向内敞开的环形槽内。
9.按权利要求8的连接器,其特征为:密封圈(21)突出于环形筋(4)内部端表面(10)的部分变形地贴靠到锚管(2)的端面(6)倒角(20)上。
