Abstract
组合式油水井作业平台,它涉及一种油田油水井在施工作业过程中用于回收井内返出的油和水的装置。它由平台支柱(1)、漏斗平台(2)和两用滑梯(3)组成;平台支柱(1)为筒形结构;漏斗平台(2)的中间有筒形的平台套筒(2-1),平台套筒(2-1)的外侧壁上设有上端面直径大于下端面直径的圆台形的漏斗仓(2-2),漏斗仓(2-2)的上面设有网状的平台(2-3),在平台套筒(2-1)的侧壁上开有与漏斗仓(2-2)相通的油水流入孔(2-4);平台套筒(2-1)套装于平台支柱(1)的上部,在平台支柱(1)的管壁上开有与油水流入孔(2-4)相通的内通孔(1-1),在平台支柱(1)的下部管壁上开有油水流出口(1-2),在网状的平台(2-3)的边部有抽油杆滑道口(2-7),两用滑梯(3)斜向设置在漏斗平台(2)的一侧,两用滑梯(3)上端连接在抽油杆滑道口(2-7)处。它解决了在油水井施工过程中井内返出的油和水随意流淌的问题。
Description
技术领域:本发明涉及一种油田油水井在作业过程中用于回收井内返出的油和水的装置。
背景技术:受采油井口自身结构的限制,油水井在作业过程中,只能采用井口直接作业的方式,在启下油管过程中对井内返出的油和水无法采取相应的回收措施,而任其随意流淌。这样不仅影响了作业质量,同时也污染了周围环境。
发明内容:为解决在油水井作业过程中,井内返出的油和水随意流淌的问题,本发明提供一种组合式油水井作业平台。本发明的油水井作业平台由平台支柱、漏斗平台和两用滑梯组成;平台支柱为筒形结构;漏斗平台的中间有筒形的平台套筒,平台套筒的外侧壁上设有上端面直径大于下端面直径的圆台形的漏斗仓,漏斗仓的上面设有网状的平台,在平台套筒的侧壁上开有与漏斗仓相通的油水流入孔;平台套筒套装于平台支柱的上部,在平台支柱的管壁上开有与油水流入孔相通的内通孔,在平台支柱的下部管壁上开有油水流出口,在所述网状的平台的边部有抽油杆滑道口,两用滑梯斜向设置在漏斗平台的一侧,两用滑梯的上端连接在漏斗仓的抽油杆滑道口处。该组合式油水井作业平台主要针对井口采油树的特殊结构而发明的,它适合不同类型井口的采油树;它使用起来方便,可随时将井内返出的油和水集中回收,最后打入回油干线,不仅保护了周围环境,也节约了能源,同时也给作业工人提供了一个良好的操作空间。本发明采用合理的组合方式,通过平台支柱将操作用的漏斗平台托起,从而有效地避开了采油树周边的辅助设备,实现了平台设计。本发明具有体积小、重量轻、易安装拆卸、经济实用的优点。本发明的各连接处采用了螺栓紧固和重压密封设计,达到不渗不漏,牢固安全。本发明中的漏斗平台将井内返出的油和水进行回收,实现井口和作业现场无油污标准。

具体实施方式:本实施方式由平台支柱1、漏斗平台2和两用滑梯3组成;平台支柱1为筒形结构;漏斗平台2的中间有筒形的平台套筒2-1,平台套筒2-1的外侧壁上设有上端面直径大于下端面直径的圆台形的漏斗仓2-2,漏斗仓2-2的上面设有网状的平台2-3,在平台套筒2-1的侧壁上开有与漏斗仓2-2相通的油水流入孔2-4;平台套管2-1套装于平台支柱1的上部,在平台支柱1的管壁上开有与油水流入孔2-4相通的内通孔1-1,在平台支柱1的下部管壁上开有油水流出口1-2,在网状的平台2-3的边部有抽油杆滑道口2-7,两用滑梯3斜向设置在漏斗平台2的一侧,两用滑梯3上端连接在抽油杆滑道口2-7处。在平台支柱1的外表面有凸缘1-3,在凸缘1-3上面有环形的密封垫1-4,平台套筒2-1的底端压在密封垫1-4上面。在平台支柱1的下端有与井口套管b相连接的底座1-5,在底座1-5上开有用于固定底座的螺栓孔1-6。在平台支柱1的上端边沿开有定位槽1-7,在平台套筒2-1的内表面有与定位槽1-7相嵌的定位销2-5。在漏斗仓2-2的上边沿处设有防溢边墙2-6,在防溢边墙2-6外面还套装有护栏2-8。两用滑梯3的一侧为斜板形的杆管滑道3-1,两用滑梯3的另一侧为供操作人员上下的梯子3-2,在杆管滑道3-1的两侧有护板3-3,位于杆管滑道3-1和梯子3-2之间的护板3-3的上下端向梯子3-2一侧倾斜。梯子3-2的外侧有扶手3-4。当井口采油树被拆下后,抬起平台支柱1,将底座1-5的螺栓孔插入螺栓并紧固。再用作业吊钩把漏斗平台2吊至平台支柱1上方,将平台套筒2-1套入平台支柱1上,套入过程中将定位销2-5与定位槽1-7对正,并使平台套筒2-1的底端压在密封垫1-4上。最后将两用滑梯3固定于漏斗平台2一侧。在作业过程中,井内返出的油和水通过网状的平台2-3流入漏斗仓2-2内,又经过油流入口2-4进入平台支柱1内。在油水流出口1-2的外面还连有阀门1-8,当油和水达到平台一定高度时,打开阀门1-8,启动回收泵,将液体打入回收罐里,最后将回收的油和水通过井口接头打入回油干线。
Claims (7)
1、组合式油水井作业平台,其特征在于它由平台支柱(1)、漏斗平台(2)和两用滑梯(3)组成;平台支柱(1)为筒形结构;漏斗平台(2)的中间有筒形的平台套筒(2-1),平台套筒(2-1)的外侧壁上设有上端面直径大于下端面直径的圆台形的漏斗仓(2-2),漏斗仓(2-2)的上面设有网状的平台(2-3),在平台套筒(2-1)的侧壁上开有与漏斗仓(2-2)相通的油水流入孔(2-4);平台套筒(2-1)套装于平台支柱(1)的上部,在平台支柱(1)的管壁上开有与油水流入孔(2-4)相通的内通孔(1-1),在平台支柱(1)的下部管壁上开有油水流出口(1-2),在所述网状的平台(2-3)的边部有抽油杆滑道口(2-7),两用滑梯(3)斜向设置在漏斗平台(2)的一侧,两用滑梯(3)的上端连接在漏斗仓(2-2)的抽油杆滑道口(2-7)处。
2、根据权利要求1所述的组合式油水井作业平台,其特征在于在平台支柱(1)的外表面有凸缘(1-3),在凸缘(1-3)上面有环形的密封垫(1-4),平台套筒(2-1)的底端压在密封垫(1-4)上面。
3、根据权利要求1所述的组合式油水井作业平台,其特征在于在平台支柱(1)的下端有与井口套管(b)相连接的底座(1-5),在底座(1-5)上开有用于固定底座的螺栓孔(1-6)。
4、根据权利要求1所述的组合式油水井作业平台,其特征在于在平台支柱(1)的上端边沿开有定位槽(1-7),在平台套筒(2-1)的内表面有与定位槽(1-7)相嵌的定位销(2-5)。
5、根据权利要求1所述的组合式油水井作业平台,其特征在于在漏斗仓(2-2)的上边沿处设有防溢边墙(2-6),在防溢边墙(2-6)外面还套装有护栏(2-8)。
6、根据权利要求1所述的组合式油水井作业平台,其特征在于两用滑梯(3)的一侧为斜板形的杆管滑道(3-1),两用滑梯(3)的另一侧为供操作人员上下的梯子(3-2),在杆管滑道(3-1)的两侧有护板(3-3),位于杆管滑道(3-1)和梯子(3-2)之间的护板(3-3)的上下端向梯子(3-2)一侧倾斜。
7、根据权利要求1所述的组合式油水井作业平台,其特征在于在油水流出口(1-2)的外面还连有阀门(1-8)。
