Abstract
本发明涉及一种开关(2),特别是汽车刹车灯开关,通过一个开关元件(1)可进行操纵,其中在开关(2)和开关元件(1)之间设置有一个调整装置(3)。该调整装置(3)设计为杠杆臂,在一侧与开关元件(1)相连,在另一侧与开关(2)的一个操纵部件(20)相连。
Description
本发明涉及一种开关,特别是汽车刹车灯开关,通过一个开关元件可进行操纵,其中在开关和开关元件之间设置有一个调整装置。
现有的技术已经公开了许多这样的开关,主要都是自调整的挺杆开关(DE 32 30 414 C3,DE 196 03 135 C1,DE 196 45 058 C1)。这些开关结构比较复杂,大多具有一个与一棘轮制动机构共同作用的形状特别的轴。通过轴和棘轮制动机构来实现调整。
针对上述的现有技术,本发明的目的在于提供一种开关,特别是汽车刹车灯开关,它结构简单,同时能够达到非常好的调整效果。
这一目的按照本发明这样来实现:调整装置为一个杠杆臂,它在一侧与开关元件相连,在另一侧与开关的一个操纵部件相连。该杠杆臂设计成一种简单的结构形式,尽管如此,还是保证了开关相对开关元件作用精确地调整。这种情况下操纵部件可以是开关的一个弹簧加载的轴,该轴至少部分地被钢丝形成的杠杆臂单圈缠绕。
可以选择这样的方式:钢丝多圈缠绕轴,与轴力或形锁合地连接,例如通过摩擦锁合连接。
根据本发明的另一特征,由塑料制成的轴可以与一个通过一弹簧加载的开关杆相连,通过该开关杆可控制开关的至少一个触点的打开和/或闭合。该轴可制成多重阶梯轴,并且具有一个用于开关杆的固定区域和至少一个用于转动限位的止挡。
根据本发明的另一特征,可以将触点、弹簧、开关杆和轴至少部分地安置在一个箱体内。弹簧最好是端部对开关杆加载的压力弹簧。
根据本发明的另一特征,钢丝在朝开关元件的那侧可具有一个与开关元件力或形锁合相连的拐角段,该拐角段可以对开关元件的上面或下面施加弹簧载荷。
下面根据附图中所示的实施例来详细地说明本发明,附图中:

图1和图2所示为以汽车制动踏板为例的开关元件1的侧视图和顶视图。一个开关2,特别是一个汽车刹车灯开关与该开关元件1共同作用,同时在该开关2与该开关元件1之间有一个调整装置3,通过这一调整装置特别地保证开关2相对于开关元件1功能可靠的调整。
根据图2、3和4,该调整装置3由一个杠杆臂10构成,它在一侧12(图2)与开关元件1相连,在另一侧11与开关2的一个操纵部件20相连。该杠杆臂10可由一钢丝10’构成,其中钢丝10’在朝开关元件1的那侧12具有一个与开关元件1力或形锁合连接的拐角段18;在本结构形式中拐角段18以弹簧力压靠在开关元件1的上面。
尽管未详细图示可能的结构形式,还是可以想象得出,将拐角段18设置在开关元件的下面,或者在制动踏板即开关元件1的旋转中心D(图1)前边或后边。
开关2的操纵部件20可以设计成轴22,它按图3和4所示例的被钢丝10’多圈缠绕;因而产生线匝14,通过摩擦接合作用箍住轴22。
根据图5由塑料制成的轴可以为多重阶梯轴,同时根据图6和7该轴22与一个通过一弹簧25加载的开关杆27相连,通过该开关杆可控制至少一个与开关2的触杆33的触点30的打开和/或闭合。开关2具有一个箱体15,触点30、触杆33、弹簧25、开关杆27和轴22至少是部分地安置在箱体内。
由图6和7可知,多重阶梯轴22具有一个开关杆27的固定区域29和至少一个用于相对箱体上止挡32’和32”转动限位的止挡32。弹簧25为端部对开关杆27加载的压力弹簧。
轴22通过该压力弹簧25并在它与开关杆27的共同作用下承受弹簧载荷,同时这一作用通过调整装置3即钢丝10’施加到开关元件1上。
由于轴22通过调整装置3的线匝14调整角度,因而很容易地实现了开关2与开关元件1之间作用精确的调整。
图6表示开关2的静止位置;开关元件即制动踏板1位于图1所示的位置。现若沿箭头方向操纵制动踏板,就会产生绕旋转中心D的一个转动,同时这一运动通过调整装置3传递到开关2上,因而开关杆27从图6所示的静止位置转动到图7所示的动作位置。
这时开关杆27触压到触点30,使刹车灯亮起来。该旋转运动通过轴22的止挡32贴靠在箱体15的下部止挡32”上限位。
收回制动踏板1的下压运动时,开关杆27和触点30之间的接触脱开,刹车灯不再被启动。轴22的止挡32就如图6所示贴靠在箱体15的上部止挡32’上。
开关元件1即例如汽车制动踏板的所有运动通过调整装置3被无可指摘地传递到开关2,因此尽管整个装置的结构很简单,还是提供了一个非常好的调整,并给出了一个特别的适配。
Claims (9)
1.开关(2),特别是汽车刹车灯开关,通过一个开关元件(1)可进行操纵,其中在开关(2)和开关元件(1)之间设置有一个调整装置(3),其特征在于该调整装置(3)是一个杠杆臂(10),它在一侧(12)与开关元件(1)相连,在另一侧(11)与开关的一个操纵部件(20)相连。
2.按权利要求1所述的开关,其特征在于,操纵部件(20)是开关的一个弹簧加载的轴(22),该轴被钢丝(10’)形成的杠杆臂(10)至少是单圈缠绕。
3.按照权利要求2所述的开关,其特征在于,钢丝(10’)多圈缠绕轴(22),与轴力或形锁合地相连接。
4.按照权利要求2所述的开关,其特征在于,轴(22)由塑料制成,它与一个通过一弹簧(25)加载的开关杆(27)相连,通过该开关杆可操纵开关(2)的至少一个触点(30)的打开和/或闭合。
5.按照权利要求4所述的开关,其特征在于,轴(22)为多重阶梯轴,具有一个用于开关杆(27)的固定区域(29)和至少一个用于转动限位的止挡(32)。
6.按照上述权利要求的一项或多项所述的开关,其特征在于,具有一个至少部分容纳触点(30)、弹簧(25)、开关杆(27)和轴(22)的箱体(15)。
7.按照权利要求6所述的开关,其特征在于,弹簧(25)是端部对开关杆(27)加载的压力弹簧。
8.按照权利要求1或2所述的开关,其特征在于,钢丝(10’)在朝开关元件(1)的那侧(11)具有一个与开关元件(1)力或形锁合连接的拐角段(18)。
9.按照权利要求8所述的开关,其特征在于,拐角段(18)对开关元件(1)的上面或下面施加弹簧载荷。
