轮胎的加强层
技术领域
本发明涉及一种装在建筑工地重型汽车和/或不在公路上行驶的车辆,例如装载机、卡车、筑路机或铲土机上的带有胎体径向加强件的轮胎。
背景技术
上述轮胎至少和主要包括由径向的金属缆索制成的胎体加强件和一个胎冠加强件,该胎冠加强件位于所述胎体加强件和胎面之间,主要包括称为工作附件的附件。该附件由至少二层不可伸长的金属缆索制成构成,该金属缆索在每一个层中互相平行,并在一个至下一个层之间交叉,相对于圆周方向形成0°-45°的角度。装有这种轮胎的机器的使用还要求,在工作层的径向外侧有另外一个称为保护附件的附件。该保护附件由至少一层弹性金属缆索构成。如果在等于断裂负荷的拉力作用下,相对于伸长至少为3%,则该缆索称为弹性缆索;而在等于断裂负荷的10%的拉力作用下,其相对伸长至多等于0.2%,则称该缆索为不可伸长的缆索。保护层的缆索相对于圆周方向形成5°-35°的角度。当有二个层时,该缆索一般是在一个层至下一个层之间交叉。
为了使胎冠加强件有良好挠性性质,以便更好地阻止轮胎所受的冲击且更舒适,专利FR1550749提出,构成所述加强件的金属缆索帘布层必须遵守某些规则:
*在一个给定层中,直径为d的二条缆索之间的轴向距离a必需为1.75-2.4d之间;
*在二个相应的层中的二条缆索之间的径向距离b必需使a/b之比为0.82-1.20。
为了避免在纬线金属丝或纬线织物缆索的交叉点上的摩擦运动,美国专利US2151186提出使用橡胶或在塑性和伸长条件下的橡胶化合物作为纬线元件;通常,经线元件只是增强织物的元件,而纬线元件的唯一目的是保持经线元件之间的平行性。
在飞机轮胎的十分特殊的加强件结构的情况下,专利FR2614582提出使用层叠或片材增强产品作为胎冠加强件。该层叠或片材加强件包括一定数目的彼此堆叠的加强层,每一个所述的层包含互相平行,并埋入橡胶中的加强件;而第一个层的元件的中心轴线相对与第一个层相邻的第二个层的元件的中心轴线偏离半级(half-step)。所述结构可使由芳香族聚酰胺加强件制成的胎冠加强件,可保留其抗冲击性和具有较长的寿命。
●所考虑形式的轮胎受到在其上滚动的土地的干硬作用,特别是在重载和运输车辆的情况下更是如此。这种由切割,尖锐和其他物体造成的侵袭可导致;
a)切割胎面,特别是保护层,而且切割工作层,并可能由于潮湿和土壤颗粒的作用而造成所述层的金属元件伸展和氧化;
b)使整个胎冠刺穿,胎体加强件本身也根据侵袭物体的性质和形状被刺穿。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺点并尽可能多地改善所考虑形式的轮胎的胎冠加强件的抗冲击性,本发明提出一种轮胎的加强帘布层,由埋入一涂胶产品或多个涂胶中的金属加强件的第一层和第二层,以及在所述二个层与之间的加强件的第三层,第三个层的加强件由纺织材料制成,并埋入涂胶混合物中;所述纺织加强件相对于加强件和形成70°-110°的角度。
纺织材料可以为脂肪族聚酰胺,聚酯,但最好为芳香族聚酰胺。
纺织元件可以是几股扭拧在一起的缆索,但也可以是单丝。
第一和第二层的金属加强件最好为所谓弹性的钢缆索。第一层的缆索可以与第二层的缆索不同,然而从生产成本的观点来看最好二个所述的层使用相同质量的金属缆索。
优选使用的涂胶产品为橡胶混合物(虽然可以使用某种塑性体,特别是可以埋入涂胶的第三帘布层的纺织元件)。根据本发明的帘布层的三个层的金属和纺织加强件可以埋入一个橡胶混合物中,但也可以埋入二种成份和/或性质不同的橡胶混合物中,使一种混合物涂敷金属加强件,第二处混合物涂敷纺织加强件。第一和第二个层的金属加强件也可埋入二个不同的橡胶混合物中:第一种混合物分别覆盖二个第一个层的径向上表面和下表面,而第二种混合物形成所述的二个第一个层内下表面和上表面。所述第二种混合物最好为第三层的纺织加强件可以埋入的混合物。

具体实施方式
图1为与根据本发明的帘布层N的主要加强件E1和E2的方向垂直的截面图。所述加强件E1和E2是由钢制弹性金属缆索构成。当在等于其断裂负荷的拉力作用下,相对伸长至少为3%时,则认为该缆索为弹性的。加强件E1埋入橡胶衬里混合物M1中,并利用所述混合物构成帘布层N的上层C1。加强件E2埋入橡胶混合物M2中,并利用所述混合物构成所述帘布层N的下层C2。加强件E1和E2在每一个层中互相平行,并在轴向由一个固定不变的间隔p彼此隔开。在二个层C1和C2中,加强件E1和E2可以不同,例如,在层C1中,给定结构的加强件E1,而在层C2中为不同结构的加强件E2,但对于工业应用,最好是所述加强件是相同的,对混合物M1和M2也同样。在二个层C1和C2之间,放置埋入橡胶衬里混合物M3中的加强件E3的第三个层C3。所述加强件E3为聚酰胺的纺织单丝,其方向与金属的加强件E1的方向垂直。在层C3中,加强件E3彼此平行,并彼此被间隔P隔开,该间隔P可在间隔p的1.2-1.4倍之间。如果橡胶混合物M2在层C2的加强件E2的径向最上面的母线上面的厚度为e1,且同一个混合物M2在同一个加强件E2的径向最低的母线下面的厚度为e2;则e2可以等于或不等于e1。如果二个e1和e2相等(这是较优选的),则生产成本降低。同样,如果混合物M3相应地在中间层C3的加强件E3的上母线上面和下母线下面的厚度为e3和e4,则最好是e3=e4。相反,一般e3和e4与e1和e2不同,使得衬里混合物M3的结构一般与混合物M1不同。然而,从混合物之间粘接的观点来看,最好是不论是在未硫化或硫化条件下与混合物M1相适应。
图2所示的帘布层N与图1所示的帘布层的区别主要在下列方面:
·分别在上层C1的加强件E1的下母线下面,和下层C2中的加强件E2的上母线上面的衬里混合物M1、M2的层不存在,因此,所述的加强件E2,直接与衬里混合物M3的层接触;
·虽然金属加强件E1的性质和结构与图1所示的加强件相同,相反,在图2所示的情况下,织物加强件E3为芳香族聚酰胺制成的织物缆索,其结构决定比单丝挠性大,对于基本上相等的直径和在用于生产该层的二个压延滚子产生的压力影响下,可使金属加强件E1互相贯穿,结果减小帘布层N的厚度和中间层C3成为波浪形状。
在图3中,带有三个层C1,C2,C3的帘布层N构成下述的不在公路上行驶的轮胎的保护帘布层33或34。所述尺寸为18.00-33XK的轮胎包括由钢制的金属径向缆索制成的一个层1构成的一个胎体加强件,该金属缆索是不可伸长的,所述层1一般通过围绕胎边金属丝2卷绕,形成胎体加强件的向上部分10,而固定在每一个胎边中,所述向上部分的未端基本上位于侧壁5上面的一半长度处。在所述胎体加强件和胎面4之间设有一个胎冠加强件3,该胎冠加强件包括称为工作附件的第一个附件,该附件由在每一个层中互相平行,并在一个帘布层31至下一个层32之间交叉的不可伸长的金属缆索制成的至少二个帘布层31和32构成。该金属缆索与圆周方向分别形成34°和20°的角度。所述工作加强件3在内部由胎体1的环带式附件36在径向形成。胎体1的形状为一个块体36,它限制由不可伸长的金属缆索制成的二个帘布层360和361。缆索相对于圆周方向形成的角度比工作帘布层中的缆索的最小角度小,等于8°,所述环带式帘布层360和361的轴向宽度,与工作帘布层31和32的轴向宽度比较较小。
在工作加强件31、32的径向外侧设有保护加强件,在所述的情况下,该保护加强件由二个保护帘布层33和34组成。每一个保护层为由三个层C1、C2、C3构成的一个帘布层N。层C1和C2是相同的,并由埋入基于天然橡胶的混合物M1中的弹性金属缆索构成。层C3由埋入相同的混合物M1中的聚酰胺单丝构成。所述二个保护帘布层33和34的轴向宽度为,使径向的内保护帘布层33的轴向宽度比径向的内工作帘布层31的轴向宽度大,且径向外保护帘布层34的轴向宽度,比径向外工作帘布层32的轴向宽度大。
使用这种保护帘布层使抗切割性大大提高,同时对抗冲击和刺穿性没有不利影响。对于同样的在岩石地面上的滚动小时数,在最外保护帘布层34上发现的切割数目基本上被1.5除,在最内的保护帘布层33上发现的切割数被4除,而控制轮胎(带有普通的保护层的轮胎)在工作帘布层32有切割,但测试轮胎的帘布层32上没有切割痕迹。还必需补充,在控制轮胎的工作层32上发现有许多氧化的痕迹,而在测试轮胎的工作层32未受损伤。
用于生产根据本发明的帘布层所需的机械简单,并为众所周知的。参见图4,通过同时在二个压延滚子104和105之间一方面引入一排卷绕在胎型101上的一排纺织加强件E3,另一方面引入二个衬里混合物M3的层或片,而预先制出第三层C3。从滚子104和105形成层C3,然后在切刀106上,在所述情况下,与是加强件E3的方向的压延方向垂直地切断层C3。再将得出的窄条边在接机107上连接起来,形成层C3的元件与压延滚子104,105上的压光方向垂直,所述的层C3卷绕在胎型上。在金属加强件E1,E2(卷绕在胎型109和111上)和压光混合物M1,M2从滚子113和114上形成的同时,所述胎型110送至主要由滚子115和116形成的压延机中。从该压延机形成帘布层N,然而再卷绕在滚子117上。

Claims (7)

1、一种轮胎的增强帘布层(N),由埋入涂胶产品中的加强件构成,其特征在于,所述增强帘布层(N)包括具有互相平行、埋入一涂胶产品或多个涂胶产品(M1、M2)中的金属加强件(E1、E2)的第一层(C1)和第二层(C2),以及在所述第一和第二层(C1、C2)之间的、具有由纺织材料制成并埋入一涂胶产品(M3)中的加强件(E3)的第三层(C3),所述纺织加强件(E3)相对于所述加强件(E1、E2)形成70°-110°的角度。
2、如权利要求1所述的增强帘布层,其特征在于,所述纺织材料为芳香族聚酰胺。
3、如权利要求1所述的帘布层,其特为,所述纺织加强件(E3)为单丝。
4、如权利要求1所述的帘布层,其特征在于,所述第一和第二层(C1、C2)的金属加强件(E1、E2)为相同的弹性钢索。
5、如权利要求4所述的层,其特征在于,所述涂胶产品为结构相同的橡胶混合物(M1、M2、M3)。
6、如权利要求4所述的层,其特征在于,所述涂胶产品为包括相同结构的第一混合物(M1和M2)和不同结构的第二混合物(M3)。
7、一种带有径向被一个胎冠加强件(3)包围的胎体径向加强件(1)的轮胎,包括至少一个所谓的保护帘布层(33、34),其特征在于,所述的帘布层(33、34)为如权利要求1-6中任何一条所述的帘布层(N)。
