Abstract

本发明涉及一种建筑墙体砌筑或粉刷用的砂浆。它包括无机胶凝材料水泥或/和生石灰1-2份(体积比),干容重900kg/m3以下的轻质砂3-12份,能满足砂浆稠度达到6-9cm的水。主要优点是:比普通水泥砂浆轻,符合节能建筑隔热、保温的要求,满足轻质墙砌体砌筑、粉刷的质量需要,充分利用废弃物,既降低了成本,又减少了环境污染。

Description

轻质砂浆及其加工方法
本发明涉及一种建筑材料,特别是一种墙体砌筑或粉刷用的砂浆。
轻质墙体材料,具有隔热保温等优点,已广泛用于工业和民用建筑的外墙和内墙砌体,但在施工中若仍采用普通砂浆砌筑粉刷,不仅影响墙体质量,而且粉刷的墙面往往出现空鼓、裂缝、剥落的现象;另外,采用普通砂浆砌筑、粉刷砖砌墙体也不能满足节能建筑的外围护结构隔热、保温的需要。
本发明的目的是:提供一种轻质砂浆及其加工方法,该砂浆主要以固体废弃物加工的轻质砂为骨料,用于砌筑轻质砌体,符合建筑标准要求,用于粉刷墙体,墙面一般不会出现空鼓、裂缝、剥落现象,并能满足节能建筑的隔热、保温的需要。
本发明的技术方案是:轻质砂浆包括无机胶凝材料水泥或/和生石灰1-2份(体积比,以下同),干容重900kg/m3以下的轻质砂3-12份和能满足砂浆稠度达到5-9cm的水。轻质砂是经粉碎和筛选后粒径在5mm以下的锅炉煤渣、煤饼渣、粉煤灰或粉煤灰加气混凝土废品。为了降低干容重,提高隔热保温效果,轻质砂浆中还含有0.5-3.5份(体积比)的粒径在5mm以下的废泡沫塑料粒或蛭石、膨胀珍珠岩。另外,根据需要,轻质砂浆中还含有0.03-0.09份(体积比)的石膏粉或柠檬酸废渣。
轻质砂浆的加工方法是:用1份水泥(体积比,以下同)与0-1份的磨细生石灰或石灰膏拌匀后,再与3-12份轻质砂拌匀,再加水搅拌匀,加水量以满足砂浆稠度能达到5-9cm为准。轻质砂比例的多少和加水量大小,根据砌筑或粉刷的具体需要,在上述比例范围内适当调整。
本发明的主要优点是:比普通水泥砂浆轻,施工和易性好,符合节能建筑隔热、保温的要求,满足轻质墙砌体砌筑、粉刷的质量需要,变废为宝,既降低成本,又减少了环境污染,利国利民。
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明:
实施例1:
轻质砂浆包括无机胶凝材料水泥1份(体积比,以下同),磨细生石灰或石灰膏0.2-1份,干容量900kg/m3以下的轻质砂6-9份,和满足砂浆稠度达到7-8cm的水。轻质砂是经粉碎、筛选后粒径5mm以下的轻质材料,如锅炉煤渣或煤饼渣、粉煤灰、粉煤灰加气砼废品等固体废弃物。
实施例2:
轻质砂浆包括无机胶凝材料水泥1份(体积比,以下同),干容量900kg/m3以下的轻质砂3-12份,满足砂浆稠度能达到6-9cm的水。轻质砂是经粉碎、筛选后粒径为5mm以下的锅炉煤渣、煤饼渣、粉煤灰和粉煤灰加气混凝土废品四种废弃物中的任意一种或两种、三种混合物。
实施例3:
与实施例1或2的不同点是:轻质砂浆中还含有0.5-3.5份(体积比)的粒径为5mm以下的废泡沫塑料粒或蛭石、膨胀珍珠岩。
实施例4:
与实施例1或2、3不同点是:轻质砂浆中还有0.03-0.09份(体积比)的石膏粉或粒径为5mm以下的柠檬酸渣。
实施例5:
轻质砂浆的加工方法是:用1份水泥(体积比,以下同)与0-1份的磨细生石灰或石灰膏拌匀后,再与3-12份的轻质砂拌匀,再加水搅拌均匀,加水量以满足砂浆的稠度能达到5-9cm为准,轻质砂是粒径为5mm以下的锅炉煤渣或/和煤饼渣、粉煤灰、粉煤灰加气混凝土废品等固体废弃物。
实施例6:
与实施例5的不同点是:在按实施例5制得的砂浆中,再加入0.5-3.5份(体积比)的粒径为5mm以下的废泡沫塑料或蛭石、膨胀珍珠岩,并加水拌匀,使砂浆稠度达到6-8cm。
实施例7:
与实施例5或6的不同点是:在按实施例5或6制得的砂浆中,再加入0.03-0.09份(体积比)的石膏粉或粒径为5mm以下的柠檬酸渣,并加水搅拌均匀,并加水,使砂浆稠度达到6-8cm。

Claims (4)

1、轻质砂浆,其特征是:包括无机胶凝材料水泥或水泥和生石灰1-2份(体积份,以下同),0.03~0.09份的石膏粉或粒径为5mm以下的柠檬酸废渣,锅炉煤渣、煤饼渣或粉煤灰加气混凝土废品经粉碎和筛选后粒径在5mm以下,干容重在900kg/m3以下的轻质砂3-12份和能满足砂浆稠度达到5-9cm的水。
2、按照权利要求1所述的轻质砂浆,其特征是:轻质砂浆中还有0.5-3.5份(体积份)的粒径在5mm以下的废泡沫塑料粒。
3、轻质砂浆的加工方法,其特征是:用水泥或水泥和生石灰1-2份(体积份,以下同),生石灰磨细后与水泥拌匀,再与3-12份干容重900kg/m3以下的锅炉煤渣、煤饼渣或粉煤灰加气混凝土废品经粉碎筛选后粒径在5mm以下的轻质砂拌匀,再加水搅拌均匀,再加入0.03~0.09份的石膏粉或粒径为5mm以下的柠檬酸废渣,并加水搅拌均匀,加水量以满足砂浆稠度达到5-9cm为准。
4、按照权利要求3所述的轻质砂浆的加方法,其特征是:在砂浆中再加入0.5-3.5份(体积份)的粒径在5mm以下的废泡沫塑料粒,并加水拌匀,使砂浆稠度达到5-8cm。
