本发明涉及利用工业废料制取的粉煤灰炉渣砼小型空心砌块,各成分及配比的重量份如下:粉煤灰粘结剂12-14份,粉煤灰32-34份,炉渣45-47份,外加剂氢氧化钙8-9份,加水量为总量重量百分比的7-8%;其中粉煤灰粘结剂是由下述重量百分比的原料组成:水泥熟料48-50%,粉煤灰42-46%,硫酸铝钙4-6%,石膏1-3%。有益效果是合理利用了工业废料,使用粉煤灰和炉渣的总量占砌块原料用量的92%以上,制取的砌块强度高、承重高、体轻,保温、隔音好,可使体积建筑物墙体材料用量减25%左右,节约工程量20%左右,降低了建筑物的造价。

技术领域
本发明涉及利用工业废料制取混凝土空心砌块技术领域,特别涉及一种粉煤灰炉渣砼小型空心砌块。
背景技术
目前燃煤锅炉排放粉煤灰炉渣的排放量约占用煤量煤的40-50%,这些粉煤灰炉渣的排放对周围环境造成了很大污染,又占用了大量土地面积。因此,如何对粉煤灰炉渣工业废料综合利用,既保护环境,又对资源进行再利用,是该领域技术人员面临的问题。现有技术中使用粉煤灰制造烧结制品中粉煤灰的用量只能达到60%左右,且水泥用量比较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种利用粉煤灰炉渣及其它工业废料用量达92%以上而制成的粉煤灰炉渣砼小型空心砌块。
本发明的技术方案叙述如下:
一种粉煤灰炉渣砼小型空心砌块,其特征在于各成分的重量份如下:粉煤灰粘结剂12-14份,粉煤灰32-34份,炉渣45-47份,外加剂氢氧化钙8-9份,加水量为总量的重量百分比的7-8%;
其中粉煤灰粘结剂是由下述重量百分比的原料组成:水泥熟料48-50%,粉煤灰42-46%,硫酸铝钙4-6%,石膏1-3%。
本发明的有益效果是有效地对几种化工产品工业废渣及粉煤灰进行了充分再利用,使用粉煤灰和炉渣等工业废料总量占砌块原料用量的92%以上。生产出的空心砌块砖强度高、体轻,保温、隔音好,节能利废,有效降低了生产成本,易广泛使用和推广,施工方便,降低了建筑物的造价。
具体实现方式
粉煤灰炉渣砼小型空心砌块各成分及配比的重量份如下:粉煤灰粘结剂12-14份,粉煤灰32-34份,炉渣45-47份,外加剂氢氧化钙8-9份,加水量为总量重量百分比的7-8%;
其中粉煤灰粘结剂是由下述重量百分比的原料组成:水泥熟料48-50%,粉煤灰42-46%,硫酸铝钙4-6%,石膏1-3%。
上述水泥熟料的主要组成成分是硅酸三钙3CaO·SiO2、硅酸二钙2CaO·SiO2、铝酸三钙3CaO·Al2O3、铁铝酸四钙4CaO·Al2O3·Fe2O3
其制造方法是将粉煤灰粘结剂、粉煤灰、外加剂、炉渣、水按组成的重量百分比投料,加入搅拌机器中,强制搅拌,然后加入模具中,振动、挤压成型,放置初凝固后,人工码垛,检查废品脱除,成品入库。本制造方法的成型设备是采取挤压成型和脱模相分离的方式,有效地解决了粉煤灰添加量大、成型困难的问题,该成型设备价格低廉,加工方便。

其中粉煤灰粘结剂是由下述重量百分比的原料组成:水泥熟料48-50%,粉煤灰42-46%,硫酸铝钙4-6%,石膏1-3%。
