Description

花键离合器盘毂的制造设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种低成本、外部带有花键的离合器盘毂的制造设备。
背景技术
当前,外部带有花键的离合器盘毂是由管状预制件通过辊轧成形工艺而成形出的。该工艺需要使用由非常高质量的低碳钢成形出的管材。这些管材比较昂贵并且目前可从一个海外源购买到。辊轧成形工艺通常在工具和相关机械设备上施加极大的载荷。常常会存在工艺停机时间。
生产外部带有花键的离合器盘毂的另一种工艺是渐进式冲压工艺(progressive stamping process)。在渐进式冲压工艺中,金属板带或专用钢盘沿多工位冲压工具进行传送。所述多工位通过拉拔物料以得到最终形状,从而渐进地改变工件的形状。该工艺要求非常昂贵的工具和相关机械设备。
发明内容
一种用于通过对具有中心孔的平的环状预制件进行冷锻而成形出外部带有花键的离合器盘毂的设备,包括:下冲模,所述下冲模具有带有一列环状花键的上内圆柱形壁部、下内圆柱形壁部、用于容纳配合冲头的互连肩部,和用于支承所述预制件容纳在所述下内圆柱形壁部中的中空圆柱形插入件;和容纳在下冲模内的上冲头,所述上冲头包括圆柱形外壁部,所述圆柱形外壁部的一部分最初被所述下冲模的上内圆柱形壁部所容纳,用于在预制件成形之前和在预制件成形过程中保持所述上冲头和所述下冲模的同心度。本发明的目的在于一种生产冷锻成形出的外部带有花键的离合器盘毂的方法。本发明的另一目的在于经济且容易地生产出冷锻成形出的外部带有花键的离合器盘毂。本发明的另一目的在于在一个冷锻步骤中生产出完整的外部带有花键的离合器盘毂。

具体实施方式
参见附图,优选方法需要平的圆形金属工件或预制件10,如图1和2清楚地示出。一般地,预制件10通过冲压加工成形并且足够坚固以允许在钢的等级内的标准变型。预制件10以具有在中心设置的孔12的平的圆形金属工件的形式存在。如图3和4所示,单个成套锻模包括上冲模或冲头20和下冲模22。冲模20和22相互配合以使邻近预制件的中心孔12的金属在一个方向流动以形成自预制件10的一个表面中延伸出来的管状颈部14。同时,所述成套锻模使预制件10中邻近外周部的金属向外流动以形成具有自预制件10的相对表面中径向向外延伸的花键18的下垂环(depending ring)16。最终的带有花键的离合器盘毂的管状颈部14和花键环16相互间是同轴的,如图3、4、5和6所示。加工工具被减至一件套锻模,同时有可能增加一套校准工具。该简化的加工工具可被使用在比渐进式冲压工艺更便宜的设备上,由此导致在机器维修以及加工工具维修方面成本的降低。
在生产本发明所述的带有花键的离合器盘毂的过程中,通常首先润滑预制件10,为进行冷锻作准备。润滑剂可为磷化合物与本技术领域公知的脂肪酸盐的组合。然后将经过润滑的预制件10放置在所述成套冲模的下冲模22中。下冲模22通常为圆柱形并设有在中央形成的同轴内壁24,所述同轴内壁终止于向内延伸的带有斜面的环形肩部26并且从那里起形成具有向内延伸的多列间隔一定距离的平行的花键30的圆柱形部分28。
最后,下冲模22设有用于容纳下部冲模插入件34的最下面的圆柱形壁32。该下部冲模插入件34设有同轴形成的用于容纳圆柱形工具38上部的圆柱形壁36。该工具38的下部通常被容纳在贴靠在相互配合的支承构件42的上表面上的支承构件40中的圆柱形孔内。支承构件40和42配合以确定下模瓦44内下冲模22的垂直定位。
下冲模22的工作部分包括下冲模22和下部冲模插入件34。这些冲模构件通常紧紧地被固定在外部扣环46内。在将下冲模22和下部冲模插入件34装配进整体装置的过程中,扣环46由金属形成,当受热时,扣环46会膨胀至足以容纳装配好的下冲模22和下部冲模插入件34的程度。一旦下冲模22和下部冲模插入件34良好地容纳在受热膨胀的扣环46内时,扣环46冷却并由此收缩从而紧紧地并且牢固地将下冲模22和下部冲模插入件34保持在其内。然后在将预制件10放置在该装配件内之前,将该装配件插入下模瓦44中,如图3所示。
冲头或上冲模构件20以本技术领域中已公知的方式被附接到压机50上。所述冲头或上冲模构件20包括具有通常被称作导向直径的外壁构造52的圆柱形主体部分。在锻压作业开始时,当压机50使冲头20向下移动时,所述壁部52最初使下冲模22的内壁24收缩并起到引导冲头20的作用。
所述壁部52端接有具有一定半径的向内倾斜的肩部54中。圆柱形壁部56自肩部54处下垂并且其直径小于圆柱形壁部52的直径。
冲头20的最下端形成有下垂圆柱形壁部58,所述壁部58可被容纳在下部冲模插入件34的圆柱形壁部36内。
下面继续对操作进行说明,应该意识到当压机50使冲头20向下移动时,冲头20通过下冲模构件22的结构被引导保持同心,直至冲头20的最下端表面60和壁部58接触预制件10,使得邻近中心孔12的预制件金属向下流动以形成管状颈部14,如图4和6所示。同时,该成套锻模使得邻近外周部的金属向外和向上流动,从而形成下垂环16,其中所述金属流的外部部分进入下冲模22的花键30中,以形成向外延伸的花键18。
本发明的好处和优点在于由于更大程度的冷加工而得到更高的强度;由于使用更高碳含量的钢而得到更佳的可加工性;由于去除了在成形过程中产生的弹性后效而改进了公差。
如前所述,已对本发明的优选实施方式进行了描述。然而,应该理解:在不偏离其精神和范围的条件下,本发明也可通过不同于本发明所示和所述的方式而得到实施。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于通过对具有中心孔的平的环状预制件进行冷锻而成形出外部带有花键的离合器盘毂的设备,包括:
下冲模,所述下冲模具有带有一列环状花键的上内圆柱形壁部、下内圆柱形壁部、用于容纳配合冲头的互连肩部,和用于支承所述预制件容纳在所述下内圆柱形壁部中的中空圆柱形插入件;和
容纳在下冲模内的上冲头,所述上冲头包括圆柱形外壁部,所述圆柱形外壁部的一部分最初被所述下冲模的上内圆柱形壁部所容纳,用于在预制件成形之前和在预制件成形过程中保持所述上冲头和所述下冲模的同心度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述下冲模的内圆柱形壁部包括一个在最内部的端部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的设备,其中所述内圆柱形壁部的最内部的端部端接有肩部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述下冲模的内圆柱形壁部的直径大于所述下冲模的下部圆柱形壁部的直径。
5.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述上冲头被驱动与所述下冲模相配合以使邻近预制件中心孔周边的金属在一个方向上流动并使邻近预制件外周部的金属在相反方向上流动。
6.根据权利要求5所述的设备,其中邻近中心孔的所述金属流形成盘毂的管状颈部部分并且邻近外周部的金属流形成管状下垂环。
7.根据权利要求6所述的设备,其中所述管状下垂环包含一列平行的相互隔开的花键。
8.根据权利要求6所述的设备,其中所述管状颈部和管状下垂环是同轴的。
