Abstract

Description

电路断路器的触片
本发明涉及例如模制箱(molded case)电路断路器或者漏电断路器的电路断路器的触片(contact shoe),特别涉及具有桥式连接可动触片的触片。
图5表示包括这种触片的3极电路断路器的导通(ON)状态的纵剖视图。在图5中,在模制箱1的各电路空间中设置前后一对相对的固定触片2和3,所述电路空间由划分墙划分,并相应于不同的极性。固定触片2和3具有前后一对的固定触头2a和3a,这种固定触头2a和3a分别安装在分别相对的下端面上,并且固定触片2包括内装电源端4。虽然没有示出热动电磁过流跳闸装置5的内部结构,但将这种热动电磁过流跳闸装置5设置在固定触片3上。通过热动电磁过流跳闸装置5,将固定触片3连接到负载端6上。

在这种电路断路器中,电流从电源端4通过固定触片2、可动触片7、固定触片3、过流跳闸装置5,流到负载端6。接着,当开关机构13的操作杆14转入关闭状态时,如图5所示,顺时针旋转驱动开关杆11,并对着接触弹簧9按下可动触片支承器8。因此,可动触片7离开固定触片2和3,使电路断开。
此外,当例如短路电流的大电流流过电流断路器时,如图5所示,利用通过固定触头2a和3a和可动触头7a之间接触的电磁排斥和通过利用平行配置的固定触片2和3和可动触片7的导体之间的电磁排斥,向下驱动可动触片7。虚线所示,可动触片7快速地离开固定触片2和3。接着,过流跳闸装置5使开关机构13动作,开关机构由于储存在开关弹簧(未图示)中的能量,旋转并迅速顺时针地驱动开关11。接着,通过可动触片支承器8使可动触片7保持在离开位置上。这时,在固定触头2a和3a和可动触头7a之间产生电弧15,然后,随着可动触片7离开而扩展。最后,电弧被引入消弧室10而熄灭。
在图5所示的以往的电流断路器中,因为当可动触片7离开时,接触弹簧9被压缩,所以随着可动触片7离开,来自接触弹簧9的反作用力增加,可动触片7离开的速度不断减小。为了减小这种离开速度,必须增加接触弹簧9的卷绕数,以便减小其弹簧常数。但是,在这种场合,接触弹簧9变得相当地长。然而,如果接触弹簧被伸长,则必须增加可动触片7和模制箱1的底部之间的间隔。其结果,模制箱变高,阻止电流断路器的小型化。
本发明用于解决前述问题,其目的在于,提供一种电路断路器的触片,这种电路断路器的触片,能减小接触弹簧的弹簧常数,同时防止伴随着安装接触弹簧而增加模制箱大小,并且不妨碍减小电路断路器的大小,能提高可动触片的离开速度。
为达到前述目的,本发明的电路断路器的触片,
包括相对于各电极配置的前后一对相对的固定触片和桥式连接所述固定触片的可动触片,
借助于将接触弹簧插入到可动触片与模制箱之间,将可动触片紧压在所述固定触片上,使各电极的电路闭路,
当所述电路开路时,对抗所述接触弹簧离开所述固定触片,
其特征在于,
用压缩线圈弹簧构成所述接触弹簧,并对于每个所述可动触片提供2个所述接触弹簧。
如果增加用压缩线圈弹簧构成的接触弹簧的卷绕数,减少弹簧常数和可动触片离开时通过接触弹簧施加的反作用力,则接触弹簧比以往的模式要长。为了在电路关闭时施加与以往相同的接触压力,这要求增加弹簧的收缩距离。因此,在将接触弹簧插入可动触片的底面与模制箱之间的以往的结构中,如果要插入长的接触弹簧并且保持插入空间不变,则邻接的卷绕接触,妨碍可动触片离开需要的距离。
因此,在本发明的第1发明中,每个可动触片具有2个接触弹簧,每个接触弹簧用压缩线圈弹簧构成,以便均匀地将负载分布在每个接触弹簧上(或者在1个接触弹簧的场合为负载的一半)。这样减小每个接触弹簧的绕线直径,并在绕线相互接触前增加弹簧压缩距离,所以不必显著地增加用于接触弹簧的插入空间就能使可动触片离开需要的距离,并且不必增加绕线数就能减小弹簧常数。
此外,在本发明的第1发明中,将所述接触弹簧设置在所述可动触片的两侧,将弹簧支承器置于所述可动触片与所述接触弹簧之间,并将所述接触弹簧的上端伸展到所述可动触片上。因此,与将接触弹簧插入可动触片的底面与模制箱增加的场合相比,即使相同的模制箱高度也能更加容易地扩大接触弹簧的插入空间。
另一方面,可以用扭转弹簧(torsion spring)构成各接触弹簧。因为即使增加卷绕数,扭转弹簧也具有固定的高度,所以不必增加模制箱的高度,就能减小接触弹簧的弹簧常数。
图1表示本发明实施形态的电路断路器的纵剖视图。
图2表示图1电路断路器中的可动触片部分的分解立体图。
图3表示图1中的模制箱的俯视图。

图5表示以往的电路断路器的纵剖视图。
下面,参照图1到图4对实施本发明的实施形态进行说明。
图1表示电路断路器闭路的纵剖视图。图2表示图1中的可动触片部分的分解立体图。图3表示图1中的模制箱的俯视图。图4表示图3的P部分的放大立体图。用相同的标号表示与以往例相应的部分,并对相同的元件省略其说明。本实施形态不同于以往例的是每个可动触片7包括设置在可动触片7的相对侧的2个压缩线圈弹簧(接触弹簧9)。在可动触片7与接触弹簧9之间插入弹簧支承器16,并将接触弹簧的上端扩展到可动触片7上。
如图2所示,将钢板压成Ω形状,形成弹簧支承器16。将可动触片7组合在中央凹部16a,并将接触弹簧9的的顶面,接触在侧面臂部16b的底面上。另一方面,如图3和图4所示,在模制箱1具有圆筒状底部的弹簧接受凹部17,并使这种弹簧接受凹部17形成在侧壁1a和划分墙1b上,以便接受接触弹簧9的低端,并且弹簧支承器16的臂部16b伸展到弹簧接受凹部17的上面。在两侧部垂直切割每个弹簧接受凹部17的的侧壁,以便形成引导部分18,通过引导部分18,可动触片支承器8的相应的两侧凸部8a(参照图2)滑动。
图1所示的电路断路器的动作与以往例相同。图中示出了导通状态,如果开关机构13的操作杆14转到断开状态,则旋转驱动开关杆11,将可动触片支承器8向下按在接触弹簧9上。因此,可动触片7离开固定触片2和3。此外,如果例如短路电流的大电流流过电流断路器,则如图1所示,利用电磁排斥,向下驱动可动触片7,迅速地离开固定触片2和3。接着,过流跳闸装置5动作,使开关机构13离开锁定,由于储存在开关弹簧(未图示)中的能量,旋转并迅速地开关,顺时针地驱动开关11。接着,通过可动触片支承器8使可动触片7保持在离开位置上。
在这种电路断路器中,将接触弹簧9设置在可动触片7的两侧,每个弹簧具有比以往的弹簧小的绕线直径并且多的卷绕数,以便使弹簧常数最小。因此,接触弹簧比以往的要长,比图示的导通状态收缩更长的距离。但是,小的线径能在邻接的绕线之间提供大的间隔,利用相应于臂16b的高度插入弹簧支承器16,能使接触弹簧的上端高于可动触片7。这样能不增加模制箱1的高度,就有将接触弹簧9插入到模制箱底部与弹簧支承器16之间的空间。在图示出的实施形态中,使用压缩线圈弹簧作为接触弹簧,但是使用扭转弹簧也能不影响模制箱的高度就减小接触弹簧常数,这是因为尽管卷绕数增加,但接触弹簧的高度保持不变。
如前所述,采用本发明,则不必增加模制箱的高度,就能插入弹簧常数小的接触弹簧,所以能阻止可动触片离开时的反作用力,并且不必增加电路断路器的大小,就能增加可动触片的离开速度。因此,能改善电路断路器的电路遮断性能。

Claims (3)

1.一种电路断路器的触片,
包括相对于各电极配置的前后一对相对的固定触片和桥式连接所述固定触片的可动触片,
借助于将接触弹簧插入到可动触片与模制箱之间,将可动触片紧压在所述固定触片上,使各电极的电路闭路,
当所述电路开路时,对抗所述接触弹簧离开所述固定触片,
其特征在于,
用压缩线圈弹簧构成所述接触弹簧,并对于每个所述可动触片提供2个所述接触弹簧。
2.如权利要求1所述的电路断路器的触片,其特征在于,
将所述接触弹簧设置在所述可动触片的两侧,将弹簧支承器置于所述可动触片与所述接触弹簧之间,并将所述接触弹簧的上端伸展到所述可动触片上。
3.一种电路断路器的触片,
包括相对于各电极配置的前后一对相对的固定触片和桥式连接所述固定触片的可动触片,
借助于将接触弹簧插入到可动触片与箱之间,将可动触片紧压在所述固定触片上,使各电极的电路闭路,
当所述电路开路时,对抗所述接触弹簧离开所述固定触片,
其特征在于,
用扭转弹簧构成所述接触弹簧。
