Abstract
本发明为一种肺保存液,属于一种鲜活器官保存物质。它的成份及含量为:每升含有氯化钠:0.6~1.0g,氯化钾0.02~0.04g,硫酸镁7.0~7.6g,碳酸氢钠0.6~1.0g,右旋糖酐-40:40~60g,乌司他丁25,000~50,000u/kg;渗透压数值范围为300~350mosm/l。本发明以现代器官保存技术理论为基础,结合抗氧化、特殊的渗透作用、细胞交换促进机制,将乌司他丁运用于器官保存方面,用于减少器官移植中的缺血再灌注损伤、延长器官移植的保存时间,减少保存期的损伤,降低移植后原发性无功能的发生率,减少保存损伤而导致的排斥反应,从而从总体上改善器官移植的近期和远期效果。它可以使实验动物离体移植器官的保存时间延长1倍。
Description
本发明为一种肺保存液,属于一种鲜活器官保存物质。
目前进行肺保存的物质一般有细胞内液型保存液和细胞外液型保存液,前者以Euro-collins液(EC液)和University of wisconsin(U液)为主,后者以低钾右旋糖酐液为主。前者对肺的保存效果较差,一般为4~6小时,而且,这两种保存液均为高钾溶液,对肺的损害较大。后者也未见保存时间超过6小时的报道。
本发明的目的在于,公开一种保存效果好的肺保存液。
本发明是由氯化钠、氯化钾、硫酸镁、碳酸氢钠、右旋糖酐-40与水混合而成,其中,每升中各成份的含量为:氯化钠:0.6~1.0g,氯化钾0.02~0.04g,硫酸镁7.0~7.6g,碳酸氢钠0.6~1.0g,右旋糖酐-40:40~60g,乌司他丁:25,000~50,000u/kg;其渗透压的数值范围为300~350mosm/l。本发明中含有乌司他丁,它能够起到抑制组织细胞代谢的作用,使被保存的器官在10℃左右的保存温度下降低代谢酶活性,减少分解代谢,延长组织细胞生命,达到预期的保存器官功能的目的。它以现代器官保存技术理论为基础,结合抗氧化、特殊的渗透作用、细胞交换促进机制,将乌司他丁运用于器官保存方面,用于减少器官移植中的缺血再灌注损伤、延长器官移植的保存时间,减少保存期的损伤,降低移植后原发性无功能的发生率,减少保存损伤而导致的排斥反应,从而从总体上改善器官移植的近期和远期效果。它可以使实验动物离体移植器官的保存时间延长1倍。在具体生产时,组成本发明的各成份可采用以下具体数据:每升中各成份的含量为:氯化钠:0.8~0.9g,氯化钾0.02~0.04g,硫酸镁7.2~7.5g,碳酸氢钠0.8~0.9g,右旋糖酐-40:45~50g,乌司他丁30,000~40,000u/kg,渗透压的数值范围为310~330mosm/l。

Claims (2)
1、一种肺保存液,其特征是:它是由氯化钠、氯化钾、硫酸镁、碳酸氢钠、右旋糖酐-40与水混合而成,其中,每升中各成份的含量为:氯化钠:0.6~1.0g,氯化钾:0.02~0.04g,硫酸镁:7.0~7.6g,碳酸氢钠:0.6~1.0g,右旋糖酐-40:40~60g,乌司他丁:25,000~50,000u/kg;其渗透压的数值范围为300~350mosm/l。
2、根据权利要求1所述的肺保存液,其特征是:每升中各成份的含量为:氯化钠:0.8~0.9g,氯化钾:0.02~0.04g,硫酸镁:7.2~7.5g,碳酸氢钠:0.8~0.9g,右旋糖酐-40:45~50g,乌司他丁30,000~40,000u/kg;渗透压的数值范围为310~330mosm/l。
