而且，如今市场上有些移动电话提供两线或多线功能。利用两线电话，两根电话线可以分别专用于处理第一种类型和第二种类型的呼叫。结果，不同类型呼叫的帐户活动需要分别被监视。因此，希望提供一种移动电话系统，它能够处理和监视无线设备的不同类型的使用和帐户活动。
发明内容
本发明的系统涉及具有无线设备的无线通信系统，特别是作为无线通信网一部分的无线电话。特别的，本发明涉及无线设备，如包括用于各种帐户的内部管理的内部帐户管理应用的移动电话。在示例实施方案中，帐户管理应用与用于动态的(on the fly)通信费用计算的记帐应用交互。这样的移动电话典型地是蜂窝电话网中的蜂窝电话、个人通信业务网或其他通信系统中的无线电电话，其中移动电话可以从一个地方移动到另一个地方。
本发明的系统计划用于移动电话，其中呼叫费用的实时计算希望限制电话的使用或对电话使用立即计费，其中公共交换业务提供者以及参与的无线业务提供者的计费还不可用。

与移动电话使用相关的记帐应用包括费率表。无线设备中的费率表可以通过与业务提供者的主处理器或客户业务代表的无线通信周期性地更改。与移动商务(m-commerce)交易相关的记帐应用获得从与供应商的交易设备或客户业务代表的预定通信协议中要被扣除的数量。
应该理解，记帐应用可以驻留在无线设备中或者在无线设备可访问的网络上。依赖设计规范或限制，帐户管理应用的功能可以被合并在记帐应用中。
还应该理解，具有帐户管理系统的无线设备可以在对网络没有本质修改的情况下在已有的无线通信网络中实现，并且可以在主要通过无线设备内部重新编程的最小修改的情况下在大多数已有无线设备中实现。当驻留在网络中的已有记帐应用由无线设备利用时，对大多数已有无线设备的修改甚至更小。
如移动电话的无线设备目前包括内部处理器和足够的内部存储器来合并实现实时记帐必须的程序和数据存储。帐户管理应用以及提供多因数记帐功能的复杂的算法足够的紧凑，因此呼叫数据的存储和处理能够实时进行并且有足够的精度来甚至对漫游电话计算来自多个业务提供者的多笔费用。记帐和帐户管理应用应该利用加密系统来允许安全编程和通过空中通信的交易。
如这里所述的记帐和帐户管理系统为客户和商业在管理移动电话使用和移动商务交易的费用方面提供更大的灵活性，特别是费用必须被按如商业相对于个人的多个标准，或者按在相同商业里的不同的利润中心分成不同的帐户时。增强的灵活性还包括用于控制与如预付费业务或具有使用限制的后付费业务的每个帐户相关的费用的不同方法。本发明描述了一个系统，其中单个无线设备可以被用于如商业呼叫的某些目的的受控业务模式，用于如个人呼叫的其他目的的预付费业务模式，并且具有用于其他移动商务交易的额外的安全电子帐户。

图1是说明典型的无线电信方案的简化示意图。网络10通过发送站12与如移动电话的无线设备14通信。发送站12使用空中通信与无线设备14通信。可以被用于实现无线设备14和网络10之间的无线通信的空中通信协议包括，例如，GSM、CDMA、TDMA、UMTS等。本领域的普通技术人员知道实现空中通信的其他方式和方法。

无线设备14优选地是一个同期(contemporary)单元，它具有用于显示如用户菜单和警告消息的数字或字母数字数据的LCD显示屏；用于数据输入，如菜单选择的键盘；以及用于确定呼叫的持续时间以便能够计算呼叫费用的定时器。在替代物中，本领域的普通技术人员知道可以从网络10获得定时器信息。
在示例实施方案中，帐户管理应用30向由用户选择的帐户中计算呼叫或交易的费用。帐户选择通过用户界面完成。用户界面允许用户与帐户管理应用30交互并且选择哪个帐户被用于每个呼叫或交易。而且，用户界面还允许用户执行某些帐户管理功能。例如，用户通过用户接口，可以在帐户之间转帐余额或者执行其他典型记帐功能。作为另一个例子，用户通过用户界面，可以将帐户改变为某个特定呼叫被计费的帐户。优选的，用户界面以无线设备14的LCD屏幕上呈现的可用帐户菜单的形式实现。
在示例操作模式中，无线设备14的使用和帐户活动被监视和跟踪如下。在通过无线设备14打出电话的情况下，在进行这样的呼叫之前，用户使用用户界面选择哪个帐户为该呼叫计费。一旦选择帐户，用户就继续进行该呼叫的正常过程。如果，例如，选择预付费帐户，则记帐应用32计算要被计入借方的费用并且因此帐户管理应用30将选择的预付费帐户计入借方。
类似的，在无线设备14接收打入的呼叫的情况下，在这样的呼叫被应答之前，用户使用用户界面选择哪个帐户为该呼叫付费。一旦选定帐户，用户就继续接收该呼叫的正常过程。如果，例如，选定后付费帐户，则该呼叫的费用被计算并且因此帐户管理应用30更新该后付费帐户。
如上所述，选定的帐户为由无线设备14处理的呼叫计费。但是，应该理解，帐户还可以为由无线设备14处理的任何交易付费。也就是，帐户管理应用30还能够监视和跟踪由无线设备14处理的交易。例如，参见图3，如果无线设备14被用于与自动售货机24通信以便进行购买，则无线设备14上的合适的帐户可以类似地为该购买付费。
替代的，帐户管理应用30可以自动地从多因子算法中选择要计费的帐户。例如，在无线设备14是多线移动电话的情况下，帐户管理应用30检测多线移动电话的哪条线在使用并且对与该线相关的帐户计费。被应用到该帐户的呼叫费用由记帐应用32确定。例如，帐户管理应用30可为在一条线路上产生或接收的呼叫选择和应用后付费帐户并且为在另一条线上产生或接收的呼叫选择和应用预付费帐户。
在另一个示例实施方案中，帐户管理应用30能够利用网络10自动号码识别特性确定发起呼叫的设备的电话号码，并且将与该电话号码相关的帐户的费用计在存储在无线设备14里的EEPROM或闪存中的表中。在没有在表中找到主叫电话号码的情况下，则缺省的帐户被计费或者提示用户选择为该呼叫计费的帐户。提示的定时依赖于设计而不同。例如，如果所有潜在的可计费帐户的可用的预付费资金和/或信用度限制足够，则提示可以在呼叫结束之后发生。替代的，提示的定时还可以在用于基于所有潜在的可计费帐户中的首先到达这样警告的时间的帐户的可用的预付费资金和/或信用度限制的耗尽警告的预编程的时间发生。可以理解多因子算法可包括上述因子的一个或多个，以及适合于选择要计费的帐户的其他因子。
