Abstract

本发明涉及一变速操作杆,用于远距离操纵自行车传动装置齿轮变换,其包括一壳体部分(1)及带有索缆导向器(4)的索缆卷筒(2),自行车使用者可以沿缠绕旋转方向(A)操作绕起索缆(3)或沿放松旋转方向(F)释放索缆(3),至少在两个旋转方向(A、F)之一,索缆(3)的一端与索缆卷筒相互连接。壳体部分有一带有导向边(9)的棒状物(8),上述导向边与索缆导向器一起形成索缆通道(14)以容纳索缆,当索缆卷筒沿释放旋转方向运动时,若索缆另一端未被拉紧或未被传动装置收紧,索缆也不会脱离上述索缆通道。

Description

自行车传动装置变速机构的索缆导向器
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1前序部分所述的自行车传动装置变速机构。
欧洲专利申请EP0676325A2公开了一种依靠旋转手柄变速的自行车,该自行车的传动装置可以利用鲍登线(Bowden Line)进行变速。当索缆卷筒沿着缠绕方向旋转时,鲍登线中的索缆被索缆卷筒拉进变速机构的壳体中,此时,作用在传动装置索缆上的张力必须被克服。上述张力使得索缆在变速机构和鲍登线中被拉紧,正是因此,当索缆卷筒按释放方向旋转,沿自行车传动装置的方向释放索缆时,索缆能够保持在索缆卷筒上。图3、图5和图6特别示出了从索缆固定在索缆卷筒到索缆离开壳体之处的索缆通道,其中没有在索缆改变方向时对索缆有效的导向。当索缆卷筒沿缠绕方向旋转时,在自行车传动装置中会发生阻塞,导致索缆暂时失去张力,特别是在变速机构中,会在索缆卷筒上从索缆在壳体中开始出现处到结束处引起累积,这种累积使索缆在壳体内按弧线延伸,并从其在索缆卷筒上的正确位置升起。
针对上述情况,本发明在索缆卷筒与索缆离开壳体之间为索缆提供导向,以防止在传动装置通过齿轮变换减速,索缆被放松时,索缆在张紧状态从其位置上移走太多。由于索缆通常是靠一短接管安装在索缆卷筒上,在上述条件下,当索缆卷筒沿释放方向旋转,短接管从其在索缆卷筒上的固定处升起,索缆被释放时,也会发生索缆移位的情况,并在变速机构中引起阻塞。
本发明的目的是为主要受拉紧力作用的鲍登索缆导向,本发明采用这样的方式,从索缆依靠一短接管固定在索缆卷筒处到索缆从变速机构壳体部分出现处为索缆导向,当索缆卷筒沿释放方向旋转时,索缆不会从其受张紧力作用时所在的位置上移开,特别是在短接管牢牢地连接到索缆卷筒上。
该目的可以通过权利要求1中特征部分的特征得以实现,进一步的改进参见从属权利要求。
自行车传动装置变速机构的索缆导向器的典型实施例参照两幅局部剖面图来描述,其中:
图1示出了一个位于壳体内的索缆卷筒,壳体内有一索缆及一棒状物;
图2示出了壳体中的棒状物带有一导向边,在索缆卷筒的导向器中形成一个索缆通道;
图3详细地显示了图1中所示的索缆通道,它由棒状物上的中空轮廓和索缆卷筒上的索缆导向器形成。
附图标记1表示自行车传动装置换档机构的壳体部分,壳体1内部有可以转动的索缆卷筒2,卷筒上索缆3通过索缆导向器4被导向,索缆3到短接管5处结束,该短接管固定在索缆卷筒2上。索缆卷筒2既可以按照缠绕的旋转方向A又可以按照释放的旋转方向F旋转,使自行车一套传动装置中的换档元件改变档位齿轮。索缆3通常通过齿轮组中的一弹簧以这样的方式预加载,即索缆在没有被轮廓或边导向的位置,由于受到张紧力,因而总是呈一直线位置。然而,由于一些自行车传动装置,作用在传动装置中索缆上的弹簧不能将索缆拉出,特别是自行车不运动的时候,因为离合器或齿轮在传动装置不转时不能互相啮合,当索缆3沿着释放旋转方向F被操作时会产生压力,这个压力能使索缆3在未导向位置处离开它在索缆卷筒2上的预定位置,特别是在变速机构中。当索缆卷筒2沿着缠绕旋转方向A被操作时,短接管5被支座6带动一起运动,索缆3被拉紧。如果由于上述原因,索缆3不能在索缆卷筒2沿释放旋转方向运动时被传动装置拉紧,短接管5可能会在索缆卷筒2中从支座6升起,离开其预定位置而引起索缆卷筒2和壳体1之间的阻塞。为了防止这种情况发生,提供一保持装置,该装置使短接管5在沿缠绕旋转方向A和释放旋转方向F运动时都可以保持在分派给它的位置上,甚至是在传动装置换档的不良条件下。为此,提供一钩7,该钩上有齿10,当短接管5撞击支座6时短接管5的底面坐在齿上。在索缆3被拉进索缆卷筒2的斜面12和钩7轮廓之间的调整过程中短接管5移动到上述位置,设有齿10的钩7可以绕挠曲的横截面11弹性弯曲,从而咬合在短接管5的底面。
壳体1上有棒状物8,棒状物8上有至少部分沿着索缆3的路径的导向边9,该边与索缆导向器4一起形成索缆通道14,以在索缆卷筒2沿旋转方向F做释放索缆运动时,防止索缆3在变速机构中处于一个无法控制的位置。相反,索缆被推出壳体1,在变速装置上产生除弹簧张紧力以外的推力,辅助变速装置进行齿轮变换。
图3所示的索缆通道14是以这样的方式体现的,索缆3调整期间,至少在索缆导向器4圆周上一点,导向边9引导索缆在预定的方向上到达变速机构的壳体1上的开口。导向边9是通过试验根据经验确定的曲线,  跟随索缆3沿着它的极限路径通过壳体1可以有一个中空的轮廓,特别是半径15,这样可以在索缆导向器4中更有效地引导索缆3,尤其是在索缆导向器采用与图1和图3不同的轮廓时。这种轮廓可以是索缆3仅缠绕在索缆卷筒2的圆周形区域,也可以是用棒状物8在索缆卷筒2上靠中空的轮廓,沿母线方向导向索缆3。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于远距离操纵自行车传动装置齿轮变换的变速机构,包括一壳体部分(1)及带有索缆导向器(4)的索缆卷筒(2),自行车使用者可以沿缠绕旋转方向(A)操作绕起索缆(3)或沿放松旋转方向(F)释放索缆(3),至少在两个旋转方向(A、F)之一,索缆(3)的一端与索缆卷筒驱动连接,其特征在于,壳体部分(1)有一带有导向边(9)的棒状物(8),上述导向边与索缆导向器(4)一起形成索缆通道(14)以容纳索缆(3),当索缆卷筒(2)沿释放旋转方向(F)运动时,若索缆(3)另一端未被拉紧或未被传动装置收紧,索缆(3)也不会脱离上述索缆通道。
2.如权利要求1所述的变速机构,其特征在于,索缆(3)一端部装有一短接管(5),使索缆(3)和索缆卷筒(2)在沿两个方向(A、F)的切向建立起驱动连接。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的变速机构,其特征在于,索缆通道(14)至少形成在索缆路径的临界点处,即索缆(3)离开索缆卷筒(2)处。
4.如权利要求1至3之一所述的变速机构,其特征在于,导向边(9)采用经试验确定的曲线形状。
5.如权利要求1至4之一所述的变速机构,其特征在于,棒状物(8)的导向边(9)有一特定半径(15)的中空轮廓,该轮廓在索缆导向器(4)不能充分导向的情况下,有助于形成索缆通道(14)。
6.如权利要求1至5之一所述的变速机构,其特征在于,短接管(5)在缠绕旋转方向(A)支撑在一个支座(6)上,在释放旋转方向(F)支撑在一个钩(7)的齿(10)上。
7.如权利要求2或6所述的变速机构,其特征在于,钩(7)上有轮廓(13),其与索缆卷筒(2)上的斜面(12)一起形成一通道形状,当索缆(3)被调整时通过上述通道形状,短接管(5)可被拉至其在支座(6)上和在钩(7)的齿(10)之后的固定位置。
8.如权利要求6或7所述的变速机构,其特征在于,钩(7)有一横截面减小的弯曲截面(11),用以协助进行快速卡合运动。
