Abstract
本发明涉及玻璃制造及加工业,一种新型的高强度的单片铯钾防火玻璃。本发明是通过物理和化学作用,在专用钢化炉中,对单片的浮法玻璃进行再处理而成。通过含有高浓度的K+、C+ s置换出浮法玻璃中的Na+,由于K+、C+ s的半径远大于Na+半径,将使玻璃表面产生压应力,加之物理钢化的作用,使玻璃获得较高的应力,从而提高了强度。
Description
本发明涉及玻璃制造及加工业,一种新型的高强度的单片铯钾防火玻璃。
目前用于建筑物上的防火玻璃都是由两片玻璃通过有机物粘结而成,透光度低,安全性差、显得笨重。限制了在建筑门窗上的使用,用在建筑外墙上的也很少。
本发明的方案是通过物理和化学作用,在专用钢化炉中对单片的浮法玻璃进行再处理而成。在钢化炉中,通过将含有高浓度的K+(钾离子)、Cs +(铯离子)的盐溶液辅以二氧化硫气体喷溅到高温下的浮法玻璃表面,由于K+、Cs +置换出浮法玻璃中的Na+,K+、Cs +的离子半径比Na+的离子半径大得多,将使玻璃表面较大压应力,待反应达到预定的平衡程度后再将玻璃进行均匀风冷,由于物理和化学的作用,使玻璃表面产生强大的压应力,从而大幅提高玻璃的强度。
该新型防火玻璃可直接用于建筑物外墙上,也克服了传统防火玻璃不能直接用于建筑外墙的不足。

1、本发明涉及一种新型的高强度的单片铯钾防火玻璃,其特征在于是对单片浮法玻璃通过物理和化学方法再处理而成。
2、如权利1所述,是通过含高浓度的K+、Cs +置换出浮法玻璃中的Na+。
