Abstract

本发明是一种应用在集装箱码头配合集装箱装卸桥进行散货装船作业的专用装卸机具,主要由散货专用吊架和散货工艺箱两部分组成。利用本发明从事散货装船作业有单元运输量大,装船效率高,货物不在码头堆积,不影响正常集装箱装卸作业,在水平运输和装船过程中基本无泄漏,少污染,灭失率低和机具结构简单,不易损坏,维修容易,投资小,经济效益高等优点。

Description

集装箱装卸桥散货装船专用吊架和工艺箱
本发明是一种应用在港口集装箱码头进行散货装船作业的装卸机具。
现有的集装箱码头前沿场地狭窄，不能大量堆积散货；集装箱装卸桥仅有一套起升系统，无法使用普通抓斗，因此，在现有的专业集装箱码头一般不适宜进行散货装卸作业。
本发明的目的是提供一种应用在集装箱码头，可配合集装箱装卸桥，在不影响正常集装箱装卸作业的情况下进行散货装船的工艺方法和专用配套机具。
本发明主要由专用吊架和散货工艺箱构成。
附图1是本发明的结构示意图，其中1为专用吊架，2为工艺箱。
附图2是本发明中的专用吊架结构示意图。专用吊架主要由吊架本体1-1、平衡梁1-2、动滑轮吊钩1-3、动平衡梁1-4、卷扬装置1-5、限位开关1-6、主吊钩1-7、钢丝绳1-8等组成。
附图3是本发明中的工艺箱结构示意图。工艺箱为外部长宽尺寸与普通20英尺标准集装箱基本相同、敞顶、底开门载货箱，主要由箱体2-1、主吊索2-2、门吊索2-3、翻板式底门2-4和三角形防漏装置2-5等组成。
专用吊架和散货工艺箱的工作原理：专用吊架挂接在集装箱装卸桥的上吊架下。卷扬装置1-5的动力取自集装箱装卸桥的吊具电源，具体动作由集装箱装卸桥的吊具操纵系统控制，卷扬装置1-5通过钢丝绳的收或放，控制工艺箱底门2-4的关闭或开启。限位开关1-6控制主吊钩1-7的上升、下降终点位置即工艺箱底门2-4的开关度。平衡梁1-2自动平衡主吊索2-2和门吊索2-3的受力，防止出现由于工艺箱的主吊索2-2的长度在制造时有偏差或使用后伸长不一致，工艺箱在吊起时卷扬装置1-5、门吊索2-3等过载，或底门2-4关闭不严，箱内货物泄漏的现象。动平衡梁1-4平衡两侧门吊索2-3的受力。翻板式底门2-4的铰点设在门宽的中部，铰点两边臂长比例约为1∶2，故底门开闭所需动力较小，可以直接由集装箱装卸桥吊具电源提供。
本发明使用的方法：每条散货装船作业线配备一个专用吊架和多个散货工艺箱，在后方堆场将货物装到散货工艺箱内，由集装箱拖车拖运到码头前沿，再由集装箱装卸桥使用专用吊架吊运到船舱内，打开箱底门卸货。
利用本发明从事散货装船作业与其他作业方式相比，主要有以下特点：
1．单元运输量大，装船效率高，每条作业线的舱时量可达600吨，日装船可达10000至12000吨。
2．货物不在码头堆积，少污染，不影响正常集装箱装卸作业。
3．货物在水平运输和装船过程中基本无泄漏，灭失率低。
4．机具结构简单，不易损坏，容易维修，投资小，经济效益高。

Claims (4)

1．一种集装箱装卸桥散货装船专用吊架和工艺箱，其特征在于所说的专用吊架由吊架本体1-1、平衡梁1-2、动滑轮吊钩1-3、动平衡梁1-4、卷扬装置1-5、限位开关1-6、主吊钩1-7、钢丝绳1-8等组成。
2．按照权利要求1所叙的集装箱装卸桥散货装船专用吊架和工艺箱，其特征还在于所说的工艺箱为敞顶载货箱，由箱体2-1、主吊索2-2、门吊索2-3、翻板式底门2-4和三角形防漏装置2-5等组成。
3．按照权利要求1所叙的集装箱装卸桥散货装船专用吊架和工艺箱，其特征还在于所说的卷扬装置1-5的动力取自集装箱装卸桥的吊具电源，具体动作由集装箱装卸桥的吊具操纵系统控制。
4．按照权利要求2所叙的集装箱装卸桥散货装船专用吊架和工艺箱，其特征还在于所说的翻板式底门2-4的铰点设在门宽的中部，铰点两边臂长比例约为1∶2。
