Description

膨胀锚栓
本发明涉及一种具有权利要求1前序部分特征的膨胀锚栓。
这种膨胀锚栓本身已知。在插入到一个钻孔中后,通过装入一个杆状膨胀件被膨胀,例如楔入一个膨胀钉中,从而锚定在钻孔中。可将一个物件固定到该锚定的膨胀锚栓中,通常固定到一个内螺纹或外螺纹上。已知的膨胀锚栓有个缺点,即它们会丢失,就是说即使在不需要它们时它们仍遗留在钻孔内。
本发明基于如此构造上述类型的膨胀锚栓问题,使得锚栓在锚定后能够从钻孔中移走。

在本发明的一种实施例中,抽回装置是这样提供的:杆状膨胀件的后端—该端部从膨胀锚栓突出—弯曲或以其它方式向侧面伸出。膨胀件可在弯曲端被抓握(利用一工具),从膨胀锚栓中抽出。杆状膨胀件特别备有一个头部用作侧向伸出的抽回装置。
在本发明的一种实施例中,备有一个螺纹件用于将一物体固定于膨胀锚栓。该螺纹件可以是,例如,拧到膨胀锚栓上的螺母或者拧到膨胀锚栓内的螺钉。在本发明的该实施例中,可以通过沿松开方向转动螺纹件,将装入膨胀锚栓中的杆状膨胀件从膨胀锚栓中抽回,从而释放锚定。在沿松开方向转动螺纹件时,螺纹件作用到膨胀件上将后者从膨胀锚栓中拉出。
下面参考附图中所示的实施例详细解释本发明。唯一的一副附图示出了根据本发明的一膨胀锚栓处于锚定状态时的轴截面图。
图示根据本发明的膨胀锚栓10有一个螺栓形的基体(同样以附图标记10表示)。该膨胀锚栓10在前部有两个交叉的轴向切缝,将膨胀锚栓10分成膨胀腿12。膨胀锚栓10在后部有一外螺纹13,一个螺母14拧在该外螺纹上。膨胀锚栓10具有一轴向孔,该孔直径从后端到膨胀腿12恒定,在膨胀腿12处向着膨胀锚栓10的前端方向逐渐变细。该轴向孔容纳一膨胀杆16,该膨胀杆在其后端具有一个头部18。膨胀杆16的头部18侧向伸出膨胀锚栓10。
下面参考本身已知、在此不描述的金刚石钻孔装置的固定来描述根据本发明的膨胀锚栓10的使用和功能,所述金刚石钻孔装置用于在混凝土墙中钻大直径孔。附图中示出的仅是金刚石钻孔装置的一个支脚20,该支脚有一孔22,膨胀锚栓10穿过该孔插入。在螺母14和支脚20之间有一垫圈24。
不带膨胀杆16的膨胀锚栓10穿过支脚20内的孔22插入并引入到在砖墙体28中钻出的孔26中。如果配合太紧,可用锤子敲击膨胀锚栓10后端将其楔入到钻孔26中,因为膨胀杆16如前所述不在膨胀锚栓10的轴向孔中。然后膨胀杆16插入到膨胀锚栓10内的轴向孔中并用锤子楔入到膨胀腿12之间。膨胀杆16使膨胀腿12相互张开,结果将膨胀锚栓10锚定在砖墙体28中。为了完成固定,拧紧螺母14,从而通过金刚石钻孔装置(未示出)的支脚20将该钻孔装置夹紧到砖墙体28上。
为了将金刚石钻孔装置在用完后移走,沿松开方向转动膨胀锚栓10上的螺母14直到其靠到膨胀杆16的头部18上。通过继续沿松开方向转动螺母14,膨胀杆16从膨胀锚栓10中抽回,膨胀腿12的膨胀消除,结果膨胀锚栓10在砖墙体28中的锚定被释放。膨胀锚栓10可与支脚20一起从钻孔26中抽出,并可再次用于固定金刚石钻孔装置。膨胀杆16的头部18和拧在膨胀锚栓10的螺纹13上的螺母14构成了一个抽回装置14,18,用于将膨胀杆16从膨胀锚栓10中抽回。

Claims (5)

1.膨胀锚栓,其通过装入到一杆状膨胀件中被膨胀,其特征在于,膨胀锚栓(10)有一个抽回装置(14,18)用于将膨胀件(16)从膨胀锚栓(10)中抽回。
2.根据权利要求1所述的膨胀锚栓,其特征在于,抽回装置(18)从杆状膨胀件(16)侧向伸出。
3.根据权利要求2所述的膨胀锚栓,其特征在于,杆状膨胀件(16)有一个头部(18)作为抽回装置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的膨胀锚栓,其特征在于,膨胀锚栓(10)有一个将一物体(20)固定到膨胀锚栓(10)上的螺纹件(14);该螺纹件(14)通过沿松开方向转动而抵靠到抽回装置(18)上,使得杆状膨胀件(16)与螺纹件(14)一起能够从膨胀锚栓(10)中被抽回。
5.根据权利要求4所述的膨胀锚栓,其特征在于,螺纹件是一螺母(14),其被拧在膨胀锚栓(10)的一螺纹(13)上。
