Abstract

Description
发明领域
本发明涉及包括除臭活性物质和载体的除臭组合物,其中载体包含1,2-己二醇。这种载体比许多其它含多元醇的载体对皮肤更温和,并且可特别有效地用作含硅氧烷或其它载体的胶凝体系的偶合剂。这种组合物提供改进的澄清度并因此包括澄清或半透明的除臭组合物。
发明背景
除臭组合物在用于控制与人体出汗有关的异味时是众所周知的。这些异味的产生来源于人体出汗,主要是微生物与汗腺分泌物相互作用,产生刺激性气味的脂肪酸的结果。除臭组合物含有抗微生物剂以帮助控制这种异味的微生物形成,并且/或者它们可以包含除臭用香料,有助于掩蔽异味,使其不被感觉器官感觉。
凝胶形式的除臭组合物作为预防或掩蔽出汗产生的异味的产品特别流行。这些凝胶除臭组合物通常为固体或软固体棒的形式,并且与其它除臭产品一样,也可以局部涂抹腋下或皮肤的其它区域。凝胶状除臭组合物通常包含胶凝剂或其它结构化剂,用以增溶胶凝剂或其它结构化剂的溶剂以及除臭活性物质如抗微生物活性物质、除臭香料或其它气味掩蔽物质。这些组合物可以是含水或无水体系,通常含有极性溶剂以帮助胶凝剂或其它结构化剂溶解。这些组合物中的许多还包含二醇或其它多羟基溶剂如具有2-12个碳原子的脂肪族多元醇、普通的实例包括丙二醇、乙二醇、二甘醇、1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇(1,3-丁烷二醇)、甘油(1,2,3-三羟基丙烷)、2-甲基-2,4-戊烷二醇(己二醇)、2-乙基-1,3-己烷二醇、1,2,6-己烷三醇以及它们的组合。
但是许多除臭组合物在局部涂抹在腋下或其它敏感的皮肤区域时刺激皮肤。这种刺激主要是这些组合物中使用的二醇或多羟基醇的原因。当所施用的组合物是含有较高浓度多羟基载体的无水体系时,皮肤刺激特别成问题,并且对通常对局部多元醇刺激敏感的少数群体更是成问题。
现已发现,含有1,2-己二醇的除臭组合物。与许多含有二醇或其它高极性的多元醇溶剂相比对皮肤的刺激小。现在还发现,1,2-己二醇是杰出的偶合剂,不仅对皮肤的刺激小,而且与许多其它的偶合剂相比使用浓度低,这进一步降低了皮肤刺激。1,2-己二醇对于配制澄清或半透明的除臭组合物也是特别有用的。
现在还发现,含有三氯森(triclosan)和三氯苯脲(triclocarban)组合的除臭组合物具有改进的除臭功效。这种活性物质的组合可以用在任何局部用组合物中,包括本发明所述的组合物。
因此,本发明的目的是提供与其它含二醇的除臭组合物相比对皮肤更温和的除臭组合物和使用这种组合物的方法。
发明概述
本发明涉及包括约0.1%至99.9%重量的除臭活性物质、香料或其组合和约0.1%至99.9%重量的包括1,2-己二醇的载体的除臭组合物。该除臭组合物可以含水或无水。优选的实施方案包括胶凝剂或其它结构化剂。
本发明还涉及控制或抑制与人体出汗有关的异味的方法,该方法包括在腋下皮肤区域涂抹约0.1克至约2.0克本发明除臭组合物的步骤,其中除臭组合物包括约0.1%至99.9%重量的除臭活性物质、香料或其组合以及约0.1%至99.9%重量的包括1,2-己二醇的载体,或者其中除臭组合物包括三氯森和三氯苯脲的组合。
现已发现,选择1,2-己二醇在除臭组合物中用作溶剂或偶合剂使组合物具有与其它含多元醇的除臭组合物相比改进的性能。具体而言,已发现1,2-己二醇比许多其它类似的含多元醇的溶剂对皮肤更温和,作为偶合剂比许多其它常使用的二醇溶剂更有效,并且/或者提供改进的产品澄清度。这些组合物与许多其它含多元醇的除臭组合物相比,还提供了改进的肤感特性、美观以及/或者产品稳定性。
现在还发现,在局部施用于腋下或其它皮肤区域时,三氯森和三氯苯脲的组合带来了明显大于对这样一种组合所期望的加和除臭益处的除臭功效。三氯森/三氯苯脲组合可有效地使本发明的除臭组合物提供改进的除臭性能,或者在由其它含有该活性组合的局部除臭组合物施用时也是如此,其中的除臭组合物也适于施用于人体皮肤上。
发明详述
本发明的除臭组合物包括最终产品和中间产品形式的除臭组合物,并且包括如固体或凝胶棒、半固体或霜膏、乳剂或其它液体、气溶胶或泵式喷洒剂等产品形式。这些除臭组合物将局部施用于腋下或其它合适的皮肤区域,或将作为配制中间体用于生产其它的最终除臭产品形式的方法中。
术语“环境条件”用来指在约1大气压、50%相对湿度和约25℃时的周围条件。
本发明中描述的各种溶剂或其它物质的溶解度参数是化学领域中用来建立溶剂或其它这种物质的相对极性特征所用的公知方法确定的。对溶解度参数和确定涂抹的方法的描述公开于C.D.Vaughan的“Solubility Effectsin Product,Package,Penetration and Preservation”103 Cosmetics andToiletries 47-69,1988年10月;和C.D.Vaughan的“Using SolubilityParameters in Cosmetics Formulation”,36,J.Soc.Cosmetic Chemists 319-333,1988年9月/10月,本发明引入上述文献作为参考。
本发明使用的术语“挥发性的”是指在25℃测量时具有可测到的蒸气压的那些物质。这种蒸气压通常在约0.01mmHg至约6mmHg之间,更通常的是在约0.02mmHg至约1.5mmHg之间,在1个大气压下的平均沸点通常小于约250℃,更通常的是小于约235℃。
除非另有说明,所有的百分数、份数和比例都是以总组合物的重量为基准计算。除非另有说明,所有涉及所列成分的重量都是基于活性含量,不包括可能包含在市售产品中的溶剂或副产品。
本发明的除臭组合物和除臭方法包括本发明所述的基本成分和本发明所作的限定以及任何附加或任选成分、组分或本发明所作的限定,或者由它们组成或基本上由它们组成。
除臭活性物质和香料
本发明的除臭组合物包括除臭活性物质、香料或涂抹的组合,它们在组合物中的浓度为约0.001%至约50%,优选约0.01%至约20%,更优选约0.1%至约10%,还更优选约0.1%至约5%重量。这些除臭活性物质和香料包括任何已知或其它安全有效的并且适于施用于人体皮肤上除臭活性物质或香料。
除非特别说明,本发明所用的术语“活性物质”通常指除臭活性物质或香料,而“除臭活性物质”具体指能够预防或消除出汗产生的异味的局部用物质。本发明所用的术语“香料”具体是指任何覆盖或掩蔽出汗产生的异味或者另外使组合物具有所需的芳香味的局部用物质。
A)除臭活性物质
适用于本发明的除臭组合物的除臭活性物质包括任何已知或其它可有效预防或消除与出汗有关的异味的局部用物质。这些除臭活性物质通常是抗微生物剂(例如杀细菌剂、杀真菌剂)、异味吸收物质或它们的组合。
优选的除臭活性物质是抗微生物剂,它们的非限定性的实例包括鲸蜡基三甲基溴化铵、鲸蜡基吡啶鎓氯化物、苯索氯铵、二异丁基苯氧基乙氧基乙基二甲基苄基氯化铵、N-月桂基肌氨酸钠、N-棕榈甲基肌氨酸钠(sodium N-palmethyl sarcosine)、月桂酰基肌氨酸、N-肉豆蔻酰基甘氨酸、N-月桂基肌氨酸钾、三甲基氯化铵、氯化羟基乳酸钠铝、柠檬酸三乙酯、三鲸蜡基甲基氯化铵、2,4,4’-三氯-2’-羟基二苯基醚(三氯森)、3,4,4’-三氯代对称二苯脲(三氯苯脲)、二氨基烷基酰胺如L-赖氨酸十六烷基酰胺,柠檬酸、水杨酸和羟甲辛吡糖(piroctose)的重金属盐,尤其是锌盐,以及它们的酸,巯氧吡啶的重金属盐,特别是巯氧吡啶锌,苯酚硫酸锌、法尼醇以及它们的组合。
优选的除臭活性物质是三氯森、三氯苯脲以及它们的组合,其中三氯森或三氯苯脲的优选的浓度为组合物重量的约0.01%至约1.0%,更优选约0.1%至约0.5%,还更优选约0.1%至0.3%,并且其中三氯森和三氯苯脲在组合物中一起使用时,总浓度为组合物重量的约0.01%至约2.0%,更优选约0.2%至约1.0%,还更优选约0.2%至0.6%。已经发现这两种除臭活性物质的组合带来的除臭功效超过人们对这样一种组合可预测出的累加除臭功效。
三氯森和三氯苯脲的优选组合可有效通过本发明的除臭组合物、或者包含这样一种组合的适于施用于人体皮肤上的任何除臭剂或局部用组合物提供改进的除臭性能。因此,本发明还涉及通过在腋下或皮肤的其它区域局部施用上文所述的三氯森/三氯苯脲的组合或包含上文所述的三氯森/三氯苯脲组合的任何其它合适的组合物而控制与人体出汗有关的异味。对于大多数包含这种组合的除臭组合物而言,在每个腋下施用约0.1克至约2.0克除臭组合物,优选每天施用一次或两次,最优选每天一次。
其它除臭活性物质包括气味吸收物质如碳酸盐和碳酸氢盐,包括碱金属碳酸盐和碳酸氢盐、铵和四烷基铵。优选的是这种气味吸收物质的钠和钾盐。
其它除臭活性物质包括止汗活性物质如收敛性金属盐,特别是铝、锆和锌的无机和有机盐,以及它们的混合物。特别优选的是氯和锆盐,如卤化铝、铝氯代水合物、羟基卤化铝、氧代氯化氧锆、碱式氯化氧锆以及它们的混合物。适用于本发明的止汗剂的非限制性实例公开于US 5429816,本发明引入这篇专利作为参考。
B)香料
适用于本发明除臭组合物的香料包括任何已知或其它可有效掩蔽与出汗有关的异味的局部用物质,或其它可使组合物具有所需香味的物质。这些香料包括任何适用于皮肤的香味料或香料化学品。
除臭组合物中香料的浓度应能够有效地提供所需的芳香特征或掩蔽异味,其中异味是固有地与组合物本身或人体出汗形成的异味有关。而且,香料和与其伴随的任何载体在以其前述公开的量使用时应不对皮肤产生过分的刺激,特别是不损伤或刺激皮肤。
香料是本领域普通技术人员制备的,为各种香味和强度。典型的香料公开于Arctander的Perfume and Flavour Chemicals(Aroma Chemicals),Vol 1and2(1969);和Arctander的Perfume and Flavour Materials of Natural Origin(1960)。US 4322308和US 4304679(本发明引入作为参考)公开了香料成分,其通常包括,但不限于,挥发性酚物质(如异戊基水杨酸酯、苄基水杨酸酯和百里香油红);香精油(如香叶油、绿叶油和橙叶油);柑橘油;提取物和树脂(如泰国安息香树脂(benzoin siam resinoid)和红没药香树脂);“合成”油(如Bergamot 37和430、Geranium 76和Pomeransol 314);醛和酮(如B-甲基萘基酮、对叔丁基-A-甲基氢化肉桂醛和对叔戊基环己酮);多环混合物(如香豆素和β-萘基甲基醚);酯(如邻苯二甲酸二乙酯,苯基乙酸苯基乙酯,non-anolide-1:4)。香料还包括衍生自下列的酯和香精油:花和果实,柑橘油,净油,醛,香树脂,麝和其它动物香味(例如灵猫、海狸和麝的天然析出物),香脂等和醇(如二聚月桂醇(dimyrcetol)、苯基乙基醇和四氢别罗勒烯醇)。用于本发明香料中的这些成分的实例包括癸醛、十一醛、十一烯醛、月桂醛、戊基肉桂醛、乙基甲基苯基缩水甘油酸酯,甲基壬基乙醛、肉豆蔻醛,壬内酯,壬基醛、辛基醛,十一内酯,己基肉桂醛,苯甲醛,香草醛,天芥菜精,樟脑,对羟基苯酚丁酮,6-乙酰基-1,1,3,4,4,6-六甲基四氢萘,α-甲基芷香酮、γ-甲基芷香酮和戊基环己酮以及这些成分的混合物。
其它合适的香料是掩蔽或帮助掩蔽与出汗有关的气味的那些(下文称之为气味掩蔽香料),它们中的一些非限制性实例公开于US 5554588,US4278658,US 5501805和EP申请684037Al中,本发明引入这些作为参考。一些的气味掩蔽香料是除臭值至少为约0.25,更优选约0.25至约3.5,还更优选为约0.9至约3.5的那些,除臭值是按照EP专利申请684037A1中所述的方法测量。
用于本发明的香料还可以包含本领域公知的增溶剂、稀释剂或溶剂。这些物质公开在Arctander的Perfume and Flavour Chemicals(AromaChemicals),Vol 1and2(1969)中。这些物质通常包含少量的二丙二醇、二甘醇、C1-C6醇和/或苯甲醇。
液体载体
本发明的除臭组合物包括约0.1%至约99.9%重量的包括1,2-己二醇的液态载体,优选液态载体包括1,2-己二醇和一种或多种其它已知或其它有效的液态载体物质的组合。该载体在环境条件下是液态,因此包含载体液体组合或载体液体和溶解的载体固体的组合,条件是任何一种组合在环境条件下都是液态。
本发明的除臭组合物可以配制成含水或无水组合物。对于含水制剂,除臭组合物还可以包括约10%至约75%重量的水,优选约10%至约60%重量的水,还更优选约15%至约50%重量的水。对于无水制剂,除臭组合物包含少于约10%,更优选少于约3%,还更优选少于约1%,进一步优选为0%的重量的水。
1,2-己二醇在本发明除臭组合物中的浓度为除臭组合物重量的约0.1%至约99.9%,但特定的1,2-己二醇浓度可以根据各种变化而在很大的范围内变化如1)1,2-己二醇要起的作用,2)所需的除臭组合物的产品形式、粘度和硬度,3)除臭组合物是最终产品形式还是中间产品形式,和4)在化学或制剂领域已知的其它配制中的变化。对于大多数产品形式,1,2-己二醇在除臭组合物中的浓度为约0.1%至约70%,更优选约1%至约40%,还更优选约5%至约25%重量的除臭组合物。
除1,2-己二醇载体外,除臭组合物还可以包括一种或多种适于局部使用和对产品形式而言合适的任选液体载体。这样的其它任选载体包括任何已知或其它有效的用于除臭剂或其它局部用组合物中的液体载体物质。如果任选液体载体不易混溶或分散在1,2-己二醇或其它在液体载体成分中的其它物质中,那么可以加入其它液态载体或偶合剂以使1,2-己二醇和其它不混溶或不分散的物质(如非极性溶剂)成为均匀的溶液或分散体。
用于包括除臭凝胶或凝胶固体棒的大多数产品形式中的除臭组合物中的所有载体液体通常为约10%至约90%,优选约30%至约70%,基于除臭组合物的重量。在本文中,术语“所有载体液体”指的是1,2-己二醇和任选的其它载体液体包括水(如果存在)的组合。
任选的与1,2-己二醇在除臭组合物中一起使用的液体载体包括任何局部用安全、有效的有机、含硅氧烷或含氟的、挥发性或非挥发性、极性或非极性载体液体,条件是所得的载体物质的组合在选定的组合物的加工温度下形成溶液或其它均匀液体或液态分散体。除臭组合物的加工温度通常为28℃至约250℃,更通常是为约28℃至约110℃,还更通常是约28℃至约100℃。
任选的液体载体包括具有约8至约30个碳原子的中度乙氧基化的脂肪醇醚,多羟基醇的酯,脂肪酸酯,具有至少8个乙氧基化基团的聚乙二醇以及它们的组合。这种溶剂的具体而非限制性的实例包括丙二醇单异硬脂酸酯;PPG-3十四烷基醚;PPG-8;1,2-戊烷二醇;PPG-14丁醚;二甲基异山梨醇以及它们的组合。
任选的液态载体包括C1-C20单羟基醇,优选C2-C8单羟基醇;除1,2-己二醇之外的C2-C40双羟基或多羟基醇,优选C2-C20双羟基或多羟基醇;所有这些醇的烷基醚(优选C1-C4烷基醚);以及聚烷氧基化的二醇如丙二醇和具有2至7个重复烷氧基化(例如乙氧基化或丙氧基化)基团的聚乙二醇;具有2至16个重复甘油部分的聚甘油;它们的衍生物和组合。
这样的任选液体载体的具体实例包括丙二醇、己二醇、二丙二醇、三丙二醇、甘油、乙醇、丙二醇甲基醚、二丙二醇甲基醚、二丙二醇、三丙二醇、乙醇、正丙醇、正丁醇、叔丁醇、2-甲氧基乙醇、2-乙氧基乙醇、乙二醇、异丙醇、异丁醇、1,4-丁二醇、2,3-丁二醇、2,4-二羟基-2-甲基戊烷、三亚甲基二醇、1,3-丁烷二醇、1,4-丁烷二醇以及它们的组合。其它类似的但适于用作任选液体载体的溶剂例如描述在US 4781917(Luebbe等),US 5643558(Provancal等),US4816261(Luebbe等),EP404533A1(Smith等),本发明引入上述专利作为参考。
其它任选的液体载体包括苯甲酸酯辅助溶剂、肉桂酸酯、仲醇、乙酸苄酯、苯基烷烃、以及它们的组合。
优选的任选液体载体包括PPG-3肉豆蔻基醚、己二酸二异丙酯、PPG-14丁基醚、烷氧基化聚二甲基硅氧烷(dimethione copolys)以及它们的组合。

除臭组合物优选包括挥发性和非挥发性硅氧烷物质的组合,更优选挥发性和非挥发性硅氧烷载体液体的组合。合适的这种硅氧烷物质的组合的非限制性实例公开在US 5156834(Beckmeyer等人),本发明引入该专利作为参考。
其它任选的液体载体包括挥发性和非挥发性、非极性载体如矿物油、矿脂、异十六烷、异十二烷、各种其它烃油以及它们的组合。在本发明中,术语“非极性”是指具有下述溶解度参数的那些溶剂:小于8.0(cal/cm3)0.5,优选为约5.0(cal/cm3)0.5至约小于8.0(cal/cm3)0.5,更优选为约6.0(cal/cm3)0.5至约7.60(cal/cm3)0.5。
合适的挥发性非极性溶剂是具有上述蒸气压和溶解度参数的那些,它们可以包括具有所需蒸气压和溶解度参数的烃、酯、酰胺和醚。优选的是能够是环状、支链或链构型的非极性烃溶剂,最优选的是支链烃。
优选的挥发性非极性溶剂是具有所需蒸气压和溶解度参数的具有约4至约30个碳原子的支链烃,优选具有约4至约20个碳原子,更优选具有约6至约20个碳原子。这些非极性挥发性溶剂的具体非限制性实例包括购自Exxon Chemical Company(Baytown,Texas,USA)的异链烷烃,为IsoparM(C13-C14异链烷烃),Isopar C(C7-C8异链烷烃),Isopar E(C8-C9异链烷烃),Isopar G(C10-C11异链烷烃),Isopar L(C11-C13异链烷烃)和IsoparH(C11-C12异链烷烃)。合适的支链烃的其它非限制性实例包括Permethyl99A(异十二烷),Permethyl 102A(异二十烷),Permethyl 101A(异十六烷)以及它们的组合。Permethyl系列可以从Preperse,Inc.(South Plainfield,NewJersey,USA)购得。合适的支链烃的其它非限制性实例包括石油馏出物(petroleum distallates)如来自Phillips Chemical那些,为Soltrol 130,Soltrol 170,以及来自Shell那些,为Shell Sol 70,-71和-2033,以及它们的组合。
其它合适的非极性挥发性溶剂的非限制性实例包括己二酸二丁酯、己二酸二异丙酯、十二烷、辛烷、癸烷以及它们的组合,来自Exxon ChemicalCompany的链烷烃的Norpar系列,为Norpar 12,-13和-15。还有的其它实例包括来自Exxon的C11-C15烷烃/环烷烃,如Exxol D80。
其它与1,2-乙二醇一同使用的任选液体载体包括含氟化学品如含氟表面活性剂、含氟调聚物(fluorotelemers)和全氟聚醚,其中的一些实例披露于Cosmetics & Toiletries,在局部制剂中使用氟化化合物(Using FluorinatedCompounds in Topical Preparations),卷111,47-62页(1996年10月),本发明引入该文献作为参考。这种液体载体的更具体的实例包括但不限于全氟聚甲基异丙基醚、全氟聚丙基醚、丙烯酰胺氟化调聚物,氟化酰胺表面活性剂、全氟化硫醇表面活性剂。其它更具体的实例包括但不限于来自Dupont Performance Chemicals在商品名Fluortress_PFPE油下的聚全氟异丙醚,以及来自Dupont Performance Chemicals在商品名Zonyl_含氟表面活性剂下的系列含氟表面活性剂。
胶凝剂
本发明的除臭组合物优选为凝胶状固体除臭剂,优选包括胶凝剂或其它适于给组合物提供所需的硬度和使用特征的结构化剂。胶凝剂或结构化剂的优选浓度范围为约0.01%至约20%,优选为约0.1%至约10%,更优选为约1%至约8%,还更优选为约3%至约7%,基于除臭组合物的重量。
只要选定的胶凝剂或结构化剂能够在加工温度下与本文限定的液体载体形成溶液或其它均匀的液体或液态分散体,则可以在本发明的凝胶状除臭组合物中可以使用任何已知的胶凝剂或结构化剂,其中加工温度为约50℃至约150℃,优选约50℃至约120℃,更优选约60℃至约100℃。选定的胶凝剂或结构化剂也需要在配制和加工完后给除臭组合物带来所需的凝胶基和产品硬度。
优选的胶凝剂或结构化剂是脂肪酸的盐,其中脂肪酸部分具有约12至约40个碳原子,优选约12至约22个碳原子,更优选约16至约20个碳原子,最优选约18个碳原子。与这些胶凝剂结合的合适的成盐阳离子包括金属盐如碱金属,例如钠和钾,碱土金属,例如镁和铝。优选的是钠和钾盐,更优选是硬脂酸钠、棕榈酸钠、硬脂酸钾、棕榈酸钾、肉豆蔻钠、单硬脂酸铝以及它们的组合。最优选的是硬脂酸钠。
适于制备脂肪酸胶凝剂或结构化剂的脂肪酸的非限定性实例包括酸如肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、十七烷酸以及它们的组合。这些脂肪酸优选衍生自如椰油、牛油、羊毛脂、鱼油、蜂蜡棕榈油、花生油、橄榄油、棉籽油、大豆油、玉米油、菜籽油、松香酸、油脂等来源以及其它天然来源,或者衍生自配制领域普通技术人员已知的合成或半合成方法。
其它合适的胶凝剂或结构化剂包括羟基酸、脂肪酸、脂肪酸的酯和酰胺和脂肪酸盐、羟基脂肪酸、胆甾醇物质、羊毛脂物质(lanolinolic materials)以及其它已知可用作胶凝剂酰胺胶凝剂或下文详述的那些。
合适的脂肪酸胶凝剂或结构化剂的非限制性实例包括脂肪酸和羟基或α-羟基脂肪酸,具有约10至约40个碳原子,它们的实例包括12-羟基硬脂酸、12-羟基月桂酸、16-羟基十六酸、廿二烷酸、芥酸(eurcic acid)、硬脂酸、辛酸、月桂酸、异硬脂酸、它们的组合以及它们的盐。
适用于除臭组合物的具体胶凝剂或结构化剂的其它非限定性实例包括满足下式的那些:
其中R1是OR2或NR2R3或含硅氧烷;R2和R3是H或为支链、直链或环状的具有约1至约22个碳原子烷基、芳基或芳基烷基,优选具有约1至约18个碳原子。R2和R3可相同或不同;但是至少一个优选为氢原子。在这些胶凝剂中优选的是选自下列的那些:12-羟基硬脂酸、12-羟基硬脂酸甲基醚、12-羟基硬脂酸乙基醚、12-羟基硬脂酸硬脂醚、12-羟基硬脂酸苄基醚、12-羟基硬脂酸酰胺、12-羟基硬脂酸的异丙基酰胺、12-羟基硬脂酸的丁基酰胺、12-羟基硬脂酸的苄基酰胺、12-羟基硬脂酸的苯基酰胺、12-羟基硬脂酸的叔丁基酰胺、12-羟基硬脂酸的环己基酰胺、12-羟基硬脂酸的1-金刚烷基酰胺、12-羟基硬脂酸的2-金刚烷基酰胺、12-羟基硬脂酸的二异丙基酰胺以及它们的混合物。
用于除臭组合物中合适的酰胺胶凝剂或结构化剂的非限定性实例包括二取代的或支链的单酰胺胶凝剂、单取代的或支链的二酰胺胶凝剂、三酰胺胶凝剂以及它们的组合。优选的是二-和/或三-碱性羧酸或酐的烷基酰胺,它们满足下式:

b)R2、R4、R5和R6独立地或一起是氢、羟基、芳基、硅氧烷或饱和或未饱和、取代或未取代的、直链、支链或环状C1-C22烷基、C1-C22链烯基、C1-C22烷氧基、C1-C22烷基酯、C1-C22烷基醚或C1-C22烷基取代的芳基,优选C4-C10烷基、C4-C10链烯基、C4-C10烷氧基、C4-C10烷基酯、C4-C10烷基醚或C4-C10烷基取代的芳基,更优选C4-C8烷基、C4-C8链烯基、C4-C8烷氧基、C4-C8烷基酯、C4-C8烷基醚或C4-C8烷基取代的芳基;
c)R3是0、羟基、氢、饱和或未饱和、取代或未取代的、直链、支链或环状C1-C4烷基、C1-C4链烯基、C1-C4烷氧基、C1-C4烷基酯、C1-C4烷基醚,优选C1-C4烷氧基、羟基或氢,更优选羟基或氢;
d)R7和R8独立地或一起是0、氢、羟基、芳基、硅氧烷或饱和或未饱和、取代或未取代的、直链、支链或环状C1-C22烷基、C1-C22链烯基、C1-C22烷氧基、C1-C22烷基酯、C1-C22烷基醚或C1-C22烷基取代的芳基,优选C4-C10烷基、C4-C10链烯基、C4-C10烷氧基、C4-C10烷基酯、C4-C10烷基醚或C4-C10烷基取代的芳基,更优选C4-C8烷基、C4-C8链烯基、C4-C8烷氧基、C4-C8烷基酯、C4-C8烷基醚或C4-C8烷基取代的芳基;
e)R9是0或氢;
f)R10和R11独立地或一起是0、氢、羟基、芳基、硅氧烷或饱和或未饱和、取代或未取代的、直链、支链或环状C1-C6烷基、C1-C6链烯基、C1-C6烷氧基、C1-C6烷基酯、C1-C6烷基醚或C1-C6烷基取代的芳基,优选C1-C4烷基、C1-C4链烯基、C1-C4烷氧基、C1-C4烷基酯、C1-C4烷基醚或C1-C4烷基取代的芳基,更优选为氢;
g)X是0、氮、芳基或其中n是1至6整数的-(CH2)n-,优选其中n是1至3整数的-(CH2)n-;
h)Y是0、酰基或羰基;
i)Z是0、氢、羟基、芳基、硅氧烷、氮或饱和或未饱和、取代或未取代的、直链、支链或环状C1-C22烷基、C1-C22链烯基、C1-C22烷氧基、C1-C22烷基酯、C1-C22烷基醚或C1-C22烷基取代的芳基,优选C4-C10烷基、C4-C10链烯基、C4-C10烷氧基、C4-C10烷基酯、C4-C10烷基醚或C4-C10烷基取代的芳基,更优选C4-C8烷基、C4-C8链烯基、C4-C8烷氧基、C4-C8烷基酯、C4-C8烷基醚或C4-C8烷基取代的芳基;
j)“a”是双或单键;
条件是
(ⅰ)当X是0,Y、Z、R3、R7和R8是0,C’与C”直接连接,R1不是氢;
(ⅱ)当X和Z不是0而Y是0时,X与Z直接连接;
(ⅲ)当Z是0、氢或羟基,R7和R8是0;和
(ⅳ)当“a”是双键,R3和R9是0时。
适用于除臭组合物的具体烷基酰胺胶凝剂的非限定性实例包括柠檬酸、丙三羧酸、乌头酸、氨三乙酸、琥珀酸和衣康酸的烷基酰胺如1,2,3-丙烷三丁基酰胺、2-羟基-1,2,3-丙烷三丁基酰胺、1-丙烯-1,2,3-三辛基酰胺、N,N’,N”-三(乙酰癸基酰胺)胺、2-十二烷基-N,N’-二己基琥珀酸酰胺和2-十二烷基-N,N’-二丁基琥珀酸酰胺。
任选成分
本发明的除臭组合物还可以包括一种或多种任选组分,它们可以改变组合物的物理、化学、美容或美观特征,或者在沉积在皮肤上时用作附加的“活性”成分。组合物还可以包括任选的惰性成分。许多这样的任选成分是已知用于除臭剂、止汗剂或其它个人护理组合物中的,并且也可以用于本发明的除臭组合物中,条件是这样的任选物质与本发明的基本组分相容,或者不过分损害产品性能。
适用于本发明除臭组合物的任选成分的非限定性实例比例pH缓冲剂;附加的软化剂;保湿剂;光滑剂;染料和颜料;药物;烘焙苏打和有关物质;防腐剂;光滑剂如芦荟,尿囊素,D-泛醇,鳄梨油和其它植物油以及地衣提取物。
皮肤刺激
现已发现本发明的包含1,2-己二酸的除臭组合物比其它包含液态多元醇如丙二醇的类似组合物对皮肤的刺激小。为了强调这个益处,表1中描述的组合物在三天的贴测试中评估对皮肤的刺激性。皮肤刺激趋势是通过对皮肤红斑(发红)目视评级而评定的,使用0(无明显皮肤刺激)至4(严重刺激皮肤)级。数据表示为统计上的22个专家小组成员的最小二乘方法平均值(least square mean average,即LS平均值)。

本发明的组合物可以使用本领域配制除臭组合物已知的任何方法制备,或者它们可以有效地配制这种组合物。对本领域普通技术人员清楚的是,具体方法取决于选择使用的具体成分和量,以及所需的最终产品形式,例如液体、固体棒、半固体、霜膏、乳剂(lotion)、含有固体或溶解的活性物质的单或多相体系、悬浮体或溶液,澄清或半透明或不透明等。
通常,本发明的除臭组合物能够只通过将液体载体与除臭活性物质合并在一起而制备。然后在搅拌下加入任选胶凝剂或结构化剂,加热到约75℃至约100℃的温度,以使胶凝剂或结构化剂熔融,形成基本澄清或半透明的液体。所得的溶液在加入香料(如果使用)前冷却,然后将冷却的组合物在大约70℃倒入合适的容器或分配器中,通过冷却或让所含的组合物冷到环境温度而将其固化在容器或分配器中。
使用方法
本发明的除臭组合物可以作为在配制其它除臭组合物中的中间体使用,或者它可以配制成最终形式以任何已知或其它有效控制与出汗有关的异味的方法局部施用到腋下或其它皮肤区域。这些方法包括在腋下和人体皮肤的其它区域施用安全、有效量的本发明除臭组合物。在本发明中,术语“安全、有效量”是指以最合理的冒险/收益比例施用到皮肤上的除臭组合物的量可以有效地抑制或最小化或掩蔽施用部位的出汗异味,而同时对人体安全。在本发明中,安全、有效量通常为每个腋下约0.1克至约2.0克。组合物优选每天一次或多次施用到腋下或其它皮肤表面,优选每天一次。
实施例
下列实施例1-8演示了本发明除臭组合物的具体实施方案,包括生产和使用方法,但本发明并不限于这些。本领域普通技术人员在不脱离本发明精神和范围下可以对本发明作出其它改变。
每一个所例举的组合物以有效抑制、预防或掩蔽人体出汗异味的量局部施用于腋下,通常的量为每个腋下约0.1克至约2.0克。所施用的组合物可有效抑制异味的形成或掩蔽来自所述施用区域的出汗异味的感觉到的感觉,在使用中和使用后具有很好的肤感特征。所施用的组合物对皮肤更温和,对皮肤的刺激很小或没有刺激。除非特别说明,所有例举的量都是基于组合物总重量的重量-重量百分比。
表2中所示的组合物是液体凝胶除臭棒,表3中所述的是无水凝胶除臭棒。

Claims (12)
1.一种除臭组合物,包括
A)0.1%至99.9%重量的1,2-己二醇;和
B)0.1%至99.9%重量的除臭活性物质。
2.权利要求2的除臭组合物,其中组合物还包括0.01%至20%重量的胶凝剂,其中胶凝剂是具有12至40个碳原子的脂肪酸盐,优选为硬脂酸的金属盐。
3.权利要求1或2的除臭组合物,其中除臭活性物质选自三氯森、三氯苯脲以及它们的组合,优选其中除臭活性物质选自0.01%至1.0%重量的三氯森、0.01%至1.0%重量的三氯苯脲以及它们的组合,更优选其中除臭活性物质是0.01%至1.0%重量的三氯森和0.01%至1.0%重量的三氯苯脲的组合。
4.前述任一项权利要求的除臭组合物,其中组合物是包含少于3%重量的水的无水体系。
5.前述任一项权利要求的除臭组合物,其中组合物除1,2-己二醇外还包含0.01%至15%重量的溶剂,其中该附加溶剂选自C1-C20单羟基醇、具有2-7个重复丙氧化基团的聚丙二醇、具有2-7个重复乙氧化基团的聚乙二醇、具有2-16个重复甘油基团的聚甘油以及它们的组合。
6.一种控制与人体出汗有关的异味的方法,该方法包括将腋下皮肤区域涂抹0.1克至2.0克包括下列成分的除臭组合物:
A)0.1%至99.9%重量的1,2-己二醇;和
B)0.1%至99.9%重量的除臭活性物质、香料或它们的组合。
7.权利要求6的方法,其中除臭活性物质选自选自0.01%至1.0%重量的三氯森、0.01%至1.0%重量的三氯苯脲以及它们的组合,更优选其中除臭活性物质是0.01%至1.0%重量的三氯森和0.01%至1.0%重量的三氯苯脲的组合。

11.权利要求10的方法,其中除臭组合物还包括1%至40%重量的1,2-己二醇。
12.权利要求6-11中任一项中的方法,其中除臭组合物还包括0.01%至20%重量的胶凝剂,其中胶凝剂是具有12至40个碳原子的脂肪酸盐,优选为硬脂酸的金属盐。
