Abstract

本发明散料柱塞泵包含一个驱动机构、活塞、缸体、料斗及出料机构。其中该驱动机构具有至少两个输出端,以便分别与活塞及缸体联接,而使活塞或缸体可各自独立的往复运动。该活塞可在驱动机构的驱动下在缸体内做往复运动,而该缸体可在驱动机构的驱动下在料斗内做往复运动,该料斗与装有缸体的一侧相对的一侧上正对缸体装有一个出料机构。通过缸体在料斗内的运动将需泵送物料装入缸体内,再通过活塞在缸体内的移动将其经由出料机构泵出。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种柱塞泵,尤其是涉及能泵送流动性较差的物料的柱塞泵。
背景技术
目前,现有的泵送的技术原理均是缸体固定不动,通过活塞(或柱塞)的移动使缸体内产生负压,从而将需泵送物料吸入缸体内,再通过活塞(或柱塞)在缸体内的移动将其泵出。然而现有的柱塞泵只能泵送流动性较好和无孔隙的物料,而不能泵送流动性较差的物料和散状物料,使得其应用有很大的局限性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种柱塞泵,该泵不仅能够泵送流动性较好的物料,而且能够泵送流动性较差的物料和散状物料。
为实现本发明的目的,根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种柱塞泵,其包括驱动机构、活塞、缸体、料斗及出料机构。其中该驱动机构至少具有两个输出端,以便分别与活塞及缸体联接,而使活塞或缸体可各自独立的往复运动。该活塞可在驱动机构的驱动下在缸体内做往复运动,而该缸体可在驱动机构的驱动下在料斗内做往复运动,该料斗与装有缸体的一侧相对的一侧上正对缸体装有一个出料机构。通过缸体在料斗内的运动将需泵送物料装入缸体内,再通过活塞在缸体内的移动将需泵送物料经由出料机构泵出。
根据本发明的另一个发明,提供了一种物料泵送方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)活塞保持不动,缸体在驱动机构的驱动下朝向出料机构运动直至与出料机构相接触并密封,并在其运动过程中将料斗中的需泵送的物料装入缸体中;
(2)缸体保持不动,活塞在驱动机构的驱动下向出料机构运动,从而将缸体中的需泵送的物料经由出料机构推出;
(3)在驱动机构的驱动下,活塞和缸体均退回到初始位置,在活塞和缸体退回的同时料斗中的需泵送的物料填充其空间。
通过采用上述技术方案,本发明的柱塞泵不仅能泵送流动性较好的物料,而且,还能泵送流动性较差的物料和散状物料。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明柱塞泵包括一个驱动机构1、活塞2、缸体3、料斗4及一个出料机构5。
该驱动机构1是一个作往复运动的机构,在本发明的优选实施例中,该驱动机构1可以是液压缸、气缸、齿轮齿条、曲柄滑块、螺旋、直线电机中的一种。该驱动机构1具有至少两个独立的输出端,以便分别与活塞2及缸体3联接,从而不仅可以单独驱动活塞2及缸体3中的一个,也可以同时驱动活塞2及缸体3,而使活塞2或缸体3可各自独立的往复运动。该活塞2装在缸体3内,其一端与驱动机构1的一个输出端联接而可在驱动机构1的驱动下在缸体3内做往复运动。该缸体3穿过料斗4一侧的壳体可移动地装在料斗4内部,料斗4的壳体限定了缸体3只能在轴向往复运动或绕轴旋转,同时,该缸体3的外端与驱动机构1的另一个输出端相联接而可在驱动机构1的驱动下在料斗4内做往复运动。当缸体3运动到最右端时与出料机构5相接触并产生密封效果。该料斗4内装有被泵送的物料。该料斗4与装有缸体3相对的一侧上正对缸体3装有一个出料机构5。在本发明的优选实施例中,该出料机构5可以是各种阀,如球阀、闸阀、蝶阀等,也可以直接是输送管道的一部分。此外,在本发明的优选实施例中,驱动机构1、活塞2、缸体3、料斗4及出料机构5均是水平布置的,但是,它们也可以是与水平位置成一定倾斜角度布置,甚至可以是垂直布置,从而使得泵送运动可以在各个角度进行。
本发明柱塞泵的工作过程为:首先,活塞2保持不动,缸体3在驱动机构1驱动下向右(朝向出料机构5的方向)运动直至与出料机构5相接触并产生密封效果,在缸体3向右运动的过程中即将料斗4内中的需泵送物料装入缸体3中;然后,缸体3保持不动,活塞2在驱动机构1的驱动下向右(朝向出料机构5的方向)运动,从而将缸体3中的需泵送物料经由出料机构5泵出;最后,在驱动机构1的驱动下,缸体3和活塞2均退回初始位置,在活塞2及缸体3退回的同时料斗4中的需泵送物料填充空缺从而完成一个工作循环,在退回初始位置过程中,可以是活塞2与缸体3同步退回,也可是活塞2先退回而缸体3后退回,但一般不能是缸体3先退回。

Claims (3)

1.一种柱塞泵,其包括驱动机构、活塞、缸体、料斗及出料机构,其特征在于:该活塞一端与驱动机构联接并可轴向移动地装在缸体内,该缸体穿过料斗的壳体可移动地装在料斗内,其外端与驱动机构联接,该料斗的与装有缸体一侧相对的另一侧装有一个出料机构,通过缸体在料斗内的运动将需泵送的物料装入缸体内,再通过活塞在缸体内的移动将需泵送的物料经由出料机构泵出,所述驱动机构具有至少两个独立的输出端以分别与活塞及缸体相联接。
2.如权利要求1所述的柱塞泵,其特征在于:该驱动机构是液压缸、气缸、齿轮齿条、曲柄滑块、螺旋电机、直线电机中的一种。
3.一种使用如权利要求1所述的柱塞泵的物料泵送方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)活塞保持不动,缸体在驱动机构的驱动下朝向出料机构运动直至与出料机构相接触并密封,并在其运动过程中将料斗中的需泵送的物料装入缸体中;
(2)缸体保持不动,活塞在驱动机构的驱动下向出料机构运动,从而将缸体中的需泵送的物料经由出料机构推出;
(3)在驱动机构的驱动下,活塞和缸体均退回到初始位置,在活塞和缸体退回的同时料斗中的需泵送的物料填充其空间。
