Abstract

一种增加泥土胶结的建筑材料,是由以下重量份的组分混合后磨碎达120目筛细度而成:氧化钙10—100,二氧化硅10—100,三氧化二铝1—50,硫酸亚铁1—50,粉煤灰10—100。本土壤胶结料可代替水泥用来直接掺和各种泥土及泥砂、石泥合土,经处理硬化的泥土抗压强度达3—10Mpa,渗透系数为10-8m/s,且长期水浸泡不泥化,不长草,尤其适合交通不便的山区等地建造水渠防渗工程,水土保持工程、山塘及农田水渠水池使用。

Description

复合土壤胶结料
本发明涉及建筑材料,尤其是一种增加泥土胶结的组合物。
传统的水泥必须要有级配良好的砂石料掺和才能使用,但在很多工程场地就很难找到合适的砂石料,由于交通不便等因素,从很远处运来砂石料,其工程造价就非常昂贵。例如一些山区的盘山水渠防渗工程,水土保持工程,山塘及农田水渠水池等。
本发明的目的在于提供一种替代水泥混凝土的建筑材料——土壤胶结料,用其直接和各种泥土及泥砂、石混合土混合处理即可达到或接近水泥混凝土的效果。
本发明目的实现的方案是:所提供的土壤胶结料由以下重量份的组分组配而成:氧化钙10-100,二氧化铝10-100,三氧化二硅1-50,硫酸亚铁1-50,粉煤灰10-100。
本发明所用的粉煤灰是工厂烧煤后的废料。
在使用时,由于各地土质之间存在较大的差异,因而本发明组合物的组分配比差异较大,要根据不同土质,采用不同组合配方的组合物。
本发明土壤胶结料制备工艺如下:将氧化钙、二氧化硅、三氧化二铝、硫酸亚铁、粉煤灰按比例混合后用球磨机磨碎,达到120目筛即成。
本发明克服了传统的水泥必需要有级配良好的砂石料掺和才能使用的缺点。采用土壤胶结料,可用各种泥土及泥砂、石泥合土等掺和,可就地取材,施工简单,经济。经土壤胶结料处理硬化的泥土,抗压强度达3-10Mpa,渗透系数为10-8m/s,经15次循环冻融试验后,强度降低为22%。且长期水浸泡不泥化,不长草,相对于水泥混凝土施工可节约工程材料费30%以上,尤其适合用在交通不便的山区等地建造水渠防渗工程、水土保持工程、山塘及农田水渠水池等。
实施例1:
用氧化钙50公斤,二氧化硅25公斤,三氧化二铝3公斤,硫酸亚铁2公斤,粉煤灰30公斤,将其混在一起后用球磨机进行泥球磨,达到120目筛细度即为成品。

1.一种复合型土壤胶结料,其特征是由以下重量份的组分组配而成:氧化钙10-100,二氧化硅10-100,三氧化二硅1-50,硫酸亚铁1-50,粉煤灰10-100。
2.一种权利要求1所述复合型土壤胶结料的制备方法,其特征是将氧化钙、二氧化硅、三氧化二铝、硫酸亚铁、粉煤灰按比例混合用球磨机磨碎,达到120目筛细度即成。
