Abstract

一种电磁阀集合体的供电装置,具有基台、联接器安装台、及向各电磁阀供电的多极联接器,该基台安装于连设多个电磁阀的电磁阀集合体的一端,该联接器安装台设于该基台上,该多极联接器安装于该联接器安装台。该供电装置将联接器安装台可自由回转地支承在基台,插座在安装于该联接器安装台的多极联接器的安装方向可在上下和水平方向2个位置切换。在上述联接器安装台与基台之间设置用于可自由相互接离地由其接合将联接器安装台锁定在上述2个位置的机构。

Description

电磁阀集合体的供电装置
本发明涉及一种用于向连设多个电磁阀的电磁阀集合体供电的电磁阀集合体的供电装置。
连设多个电磁阀的电磁阀集合体通常由多极联接器一起向这些电磁阀供电,在多极联接器的设置方向仅固定为电磁阀集合体的上方或侧方中的一方的场合,电磁阀集合体的设置场所和设置姿势有时使得插座难以安装到其上。
为了解决该问题,例如在特开平9-133240号公报中,使联接器可朝电磁集合体的上方和侧方两个方向进行设置,但希望能够更简单地改变多极联接器在电磁阀集合体的设置姿势。
本发明要解决的技术课题在于提供一种电磁阀集合体的供电装置,该供电装置可更简单和容易地改变上述多极联接器的设置姿势。
本发明的更为具体的技术课题在于提供一种电磁阀集合体的供电装置,该供电装置可用设于基台的锁定构件的滑动这样简单的方法改变联接器安装台的姿势。
为了解决上述课题,本发明提供一种电磁阀集合体的供电装置,该供电装置具有基台、联接器安装台、及供电用多极联接器,该基台安装于连设多个电磁阀的电磁阀集合体的一端,该联接器安装台设于该基台上,该供电用多极联接器安装于该联接器安装台并与各电磁阀进行电连接;其特征在于:上述联接器安装台可自由回转地支承在基台,插座在安装于该联接器安装台的多极联接器的安装方向可在上下和水平方向2个位置切换,在上述联接器安装台与基台之间设置接合锁定装置,该接合锁定装置可自由相互接离地由其接合将联接器安装台锁定在上述2个位置中的任意一个。
在上述供电装置中,具体地说,作为接合锁定装置,将一部分方筒化的方筒部附设在将联接器安装台可自由回转地支承于基台的圆形断面的回转轴上,在基台设置锁定构件,该锁定构件在夹持上述方筒部的平面部分的夹持位置与释放该夹持的释放位置移动,另外,邻接着联接器安装台的圆形断面的回转轴将方筒部附设在该轴上,在设于基台的锁定构件设置与上述方筒部的平面部分接触的阻止回转轴回转的平坦部,由沿上述回转轴的轴线方向的滑动可使该锁定构件在方筒部的夹持位置与释放该夹持的位置移动。
更为具体地说,上述电磁阀集合体的供电装置在基台设置轴承部和平坦支承部,该轴承部可自由回转地支承联接器安装台的圆形断面回转轴的下半部,该平坦支承部支承附设于回转轴的方筒部,在锁定构件设置通过沿上述回转轴的轴线方向的滑动在联接器安装台的回转轴与方筒部之间移动的压轴臂,可在该压轴臂的平坦部将方筒部夹持于与上述平坦支承部之间的夹持位置,锁定联接器安装台,可在释放该夹持的位置使联接器安装台回转。
在具有上述构成的电磁阀集合体的供电装置中,使设于基台的锁定构件滑动,在其压轴臂的平坦部与设于基台的平坦支承部之间夹持方筒部,从而可锁定联接器安装台的姿势,另外,通过使上述压轴臂移动到联接器安装台的回转轴上,可释放上述夹持,使联接器安装台回转。
因此,用设于基台的锁定构件的滑动这样的简单方法可容易地改变联接器安装台的姿势。
图1为示出本发明电磁阀集合体的供电装置的实施例的分解透视图。
图2为示出上述实施例的组装状态的透视图。
图3为示出将上述实施例的供电装置安装到电磁阀集合体的状态的透视图。
图4为示出朝上锁定上述实施例的多极联接器的状态的局部剖切透视图。
图5为示出释放该多极联接器的回转的状态的局部剖切透视图。
图6为示出朝横向锁定该多极联接器的状态的局部剖切透视图。
图1-图6示出本发明电磁阀集合体用供电装置的实施例。
如图3所示,设有该供电装置2的电磁阀集合体1具有相互连接的多个电磁阀3、安装于其一端侧的上述供电装置2、及安装于另一端侧的给排气块4,将其固定在安装轨上相互连接。上述供电装置2的供电用多极联接器6通过省略了图示的内部连接用联接器由导线电连接到各电磁阀3的受电端子。
如图1和图2详细示出的那样,上述供电装置2具有基台10、联接器安装台13、及供电用的上述多极联接器6,该基台10由安装于电磁阀集合体1一端的台部11和盖部12构成,该联接器安装台13可自由回转地安装在该基台10上,该多极联接器6固定地安装在该联接器安装台13。
上述联接器安装台13可自由回转地支承在基台10,为了可在上下和水平方向2个位置(图2的实线位置和虚线位置)切换插座在多极联接器6的安装方向,在其本体14的两端设置圆形断面的回转轴15,并邻接着该回转轴15与其同轴地附设一部分为方筒形的方筒部16。该方筒部16在联接器安装台13的一端位于回转轴15的外侧,在另一端位于回转轴15的内侧,而且,这些回转轴15和方筒部16的轴向长度相同。另外,上述方筒部16在多极联接器6朝上时上半部都呈方形,下半部具有与回转轴15相同的圆形断面,由上述方形部分形成方筒部16的平面部分16a。在上述联接器安装台13的本体14的两侧端面的上述回转轴15和方筒部16的周围如图1所示那样设置定位用小孔17、18。
另一方面,上述基台10由台部11和盖部12构成,由图中未示出的凹凸的嵌入将其相互结合成一体。
在上述基台10的台部11的两侧如图1所明确示出那样立起设置一对轴承柱20,在其前端设置可自由回转地支承联接器安装台13的圆形断面回转轴15下半的半圆状轴承部21,同时,与其相邻地设置平坦支承部22,该平坦支承部22接受附设于回转轴15的方筒部16。它们对应于上述联接器安装台13的回转轴15和方筒部16进行设置,一对轴承柱20的内侧相向面形成为与联接器安装台13的两端面接触的长度,在多极联接器6上的插座安装方向为上下或水平方向的图2的2个位置,使设于轴承柱20内侧相向面的小凸起23分别弹性地接合于上述联接器安装台13的小孔17、18,确定联接器安装台13的位置。
在该台部11设置用于固定在安装轨5上的轨槽25,另外,在用于安装到电磁阀3的一侧设置开口26,该开口26用于引出将多极联接器6连接到各电磁阀3的导线。
覆盖着固定在上述基台10的台部11上的盖部12具有在上述2个位置范围内可自由回转地凸出联接器安装台13的多极联接器6的开口30,同时,设置与上述联接器安装台13的方筒部16和台部11的轴承柱20上的平坦支承部22协同动作将联接器安装台13锁定到上述2个位置中的任一个的可自由接离的接合锁定装置。
构成该接合锁定装置一部分的盖部12上的锁定构件31可朝联接器安装台13的上述回转轴15的轴线方向自由滑动地支承,在其操作部32的两侧设置弹性接合于盖部12的锁定构件用开口33的开口缘的一对接合凸条34、34,将锁定构件31可自由滑动地保持在联接器安装台13,另外,从设置于锁定构件31背面侧的弹性单侧梁35朝背面侧凸出小凸起(图中省略),将其弹性地接合到台部11的背盖上的2个接合孔36中的任一个,将锁定构件31保持在锁定联接器安装台13的回转锁定位置和其可回转的释放位置。
在上述锁定构件31的两端设置压轴臂38,该压轴臂38分别在设于联接器安装台13两端的回转轴15上与方筒部16上移动。该压轴臂38设置有接触上述方筒部16的平面部分16a以阻止联接器安装台13回转的平坦部39,由该锁定构件31的滑动,在该平坦部39如图4那样接触方筒部16的平面部分16a的状态下由其锁定联接器安装台13的回转,另外,由上述锁定构件31的滑动,当该平坦部39如图6那样在与上述轴承柱20上的平坦支承部22之间夹持方筒部16的平面部分16a时也可由其锁定联接器安装台13的回转。
图4示出在压轴臂38的平坦部39夹持方筒部16的夹持位置处朝上锁定联接器安装台13的状态,图6示出在上述压轴臂38的平坦部39夹持方筒部16的另一平面部分16a的夹持位置处朝横向锁定联接器安装台13的状态,另外,图5示出了释放这些夹持的位置,即压轴臂38处于回转轴15上、使联接器安装台13可回转的状态。
锁定构件31的压轴臂38在设于联接器安装台13的回转轴15上与方筒部16上的移动可将该锁定构件在方筒部16的夹持锁定位置与释放该夹持的可回转位置间进行切换。
在具有上述构成的电磁阀集合体的供电装置2中,通过使设于基台10的锁定构件31滑动,在该压轴臂38的平坦部39与设于基台10的平坦支承部22之间夹持方筒部16,可锁定联接器安装台13的姿势,另外,通过使上述压轴臂38移动到联接器安装台13的回转轴15上,可释放上述夹持,使联接器安装台13回转。
因此,由设于基台10的锁定构件31的滑动这样简单的方法可容易地改变联接器安装台13的姿势。
按照上面详细说明的本发明,可提供能够更简单和容易地改变上述多极联接器设置姿势的电磁阀集合体的供电装置,特别是提供可由设于基台的锁定构件的滑动这样简单的方法改变联接器安装台姿势的供电装置。

Claims (4)

1.一种电磁阀集合体的供电装置,具有基台、联接器安装台、及供电用多极联接器,该基台安装于连设多个电磁阀的电磁阀集合体的一端,该联接器安装台设于该基台上,该供电用多极联接器安装于该联接器安装台并与各电磁阀进行电连接;其特征在于:上述联接器安装台可自由回转地支承在基台,插座在安装于该联接器安装台的多极联接器的安装方向可在上下和水平方向2个位置切换,在上述联接器安装台与基台之间设置接合锁定装置,该接合锁定装置可自由相互接离地由其接合将联接器安装台锁定在上述2个位置中的任意一个。
2.如权利要求1所述的电磁阀集合体的供电装置,其特征在于:作为接合锁定装置,将一部分方筒化的方筒部附设在将联接器安装台可自由回转地支承于基台的圆形断面的回转轴上,在基台设置锁定构件,该锁定构件在夹持上述方筒部的平面部分的夹持位置与释放该夹持的释放位置移动。
3.如权利要求2所述的电磁阀集合体的供电装置,其特征在于:邻接着联接器安装台的圆形断面的回转轴将方筒部附设在该轴上,在设于基台的锁定构件设置与上述方筒部的平面部分接触阻止回转轴回转的平坦部,由沿上述回转轴的轴线方向的滑动可使该锁定构件在方筒部的夹持位置与释放该夹持的位置移动。
4.如权利要求3所述的电磁阀集合体的供电装置,其特征在于:在基台设置轴承部和平坦支承部,该轴承部可自由回转地支承联接器安装台的圆形断面回转轴的下半部,该平坦支承部支承附设于回转轴的方筒部,在锁定构件设置通过沿上述回转轴的轴线方向的滑动在联接器安装台的回转轴与方筒部之间移动的压轴臂,可在该压轴臂的平坦部将方筒部夹持于与上述平坦支承部之间的夹持位置处锁定联接器安装台,在释放该夹持的位置使联接器安装台回转。
