Abstract

一种纳米灭菌保健板及其生产方法，其特点是本板由刨花板附着上复合纳米装饰膜层构成，其原料有：刨花板基材、热固性胶粘剂和复合纳米装饰膜层。本发明的优点为选料精良、生产方式简单、科学，用本发明生产方法生产出的纳米灭菌保健板，不仅理化性能稳定、无残留甲醛污染、阻燃、防水，而且具有特异的杀菌、放射负离子、消除异味以及辐射远红外线的有利于人体保健的功能，是一种理想的纳米灭菌保健板及其生产方法。

纳米灭菌保健板及其生产方法
一.技术领域：
本发明涉及一种保健板及其生产方法，特别是一种纳米灭菌保健板及其生产方法。
二.背景技术：
目前的装饰板材，大都不具备杀菌、抑菌、灭菌、消除异味以及辐射远红外线的保健功能，并且大都有放射性、残留甲醛污染的害处，这是现有装饰板材的不足。
三.发明内容
本发明的目的是发明一种纳米灭菌保健板及其生产方法，用以生产出理化性能稳定、无放射性、无残留甲醛污染、阻燃、防水，还具有特异的杀菌、抑菌、消除异味以及辐射远红外线保健功能的装饰板材，克服现有装饰板材及其生产方法的不足。
本发明的目的可以通过下述实施方案来达到：本发明的保健板由刨花板附着上复合纳米装饰膜层构成，刨花板在中间，其上下两面附着有复合纳米装饰膜层，复合纳米装饰膜层的厚度为0.10-0.15mm。复合纳米装饰膜层由装饰原纸80-100g/m2、三聚氰胺树脂胶160-280g/m2和复合纳米粉体4.3-7.8g/m2构成。其中复合纳米粉体又由纳米级银离子粉1.6-3.6g/m2、纳米级氧化镁0.9-1.4g/m2、纳米级二氧化硅0.9-1.4g/m2和纳米级二氧化钛0.9-1.4g/m2混合而成。
本发明的生产方法为：第一步，生产复合纳米装饰膜层：即三聚氰胺树脂胶加复合纳米粉体混合，将装饰原纸放在其中走过浸渍成复合纳米装饰膜层；第二步生产纳米灭菌保健板：即刨花板基材、清理、复盖复合纳米装饰膜层、铺装、压贴、检验、出成品。
本发明的优点为：选料精良，生产方法简单科学，用本发明生产方法生产出的纳米灭菌保健板，不仅理化性能稳定、无残留甲醛污染、阻燃、防水，而且具有特异的杀菌、抑菌、放射负离子、清除异味以及辐射远红外线的有利于人体的保健功能，是一种理想的纳米灭菌保健板及其生产方法。

五.具体实施方式：
本发明由刨花板1附着上复合纳米装饰膜层2构成，刨花板1在中间，其上下两面附着有复合纳米装饰膜层2，复合纳米装饰膜层2的厚度为0.12mm。复合纳米装饰膜层2由装饰原纸90g/m2、三聚氰胺树脂胶220g/m2和复合纳米粉体5.75g/m2构成；其中复合纳米粉体又由纳米级银离子粉2.0g/m2、纳米级氧化镁1.25g/m2、纳米级二氧化硅1.25g/m2和纳米级二氧化钛1.25g/m2混合而成。
本发明的生产方法为：第一步，生产复合纳米装饰膜层：即三聚氰胺树脂胶加复合纳米粉体混合，将装饰原纸放在其中走过浸渍成复合纳米装饰膜层；第二步生产纳米灭菌保健板：即刨花板基材、清理、复盖复合纳米装饰膜层、铺装、压贴、检验、出成品。

Claims (3)

1.一种纳米灭菌保健板，其特征是：其由刨花板(1)附着上复合纳米装饰膜层(2)构成，刨花板(1)在中间，其上下两面附着有复合纳米装饰膜层(2)，复合纳米装饰膜层(2)的厚度为0.10-0.15mm；复合纳米装饰膜(2)层由装饰原纸80-100g/m2、三聚氰胺树脂胶160-280g/m2和复合纳米粉体4.3-7.8g/m2；其中复合纳米粉体又由纳米级银离子粉1.6-3.6g/m2纳米级氧化镁0.9-1.4g/m2、纳米级二氧化硅0.9-1.4g/m2和纳米级二氧化钛0.9-1.4g/m2混合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保健板，其特征是复合纳米装饰薄膜层(2)的厚度为0.12mm，复合纳米装饰膜层(2)由装饰原纸90g/m2、三聚氰胺树脂胶220g/m2和复合纳米粉体5.75g/m2；其中复合纳米粉体又由纳米级银离子粉2.0g/m2、纳米级氧化镁1.25g/m2、纳米级二氧化硅1.25g/m2和纳米级二氧化钛1.25g/m2混合而成。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的保健板的生产方法，其特征是：
第一步，生产复合纳米装饰膜层：即三聚氰胺树脂胶加复合纳米粉体混合，将装饰原纸放在其中走过浸渍成复合纳米装饰膜层；第二步生产纳米灭菌保健板：即刨花板基材、清理、复盖复合纳米装饰膜层、铺装、压贴、检验、出成品。
