Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及包括至少一支承层和一覆盖层的可拉伸的带料,其中该带料具有许多褶皱,各褶皱的棱缘(折棱)横交于拉伸方向并且基本上相互平行地延伸。这样的带料可贴合在具有不平度、弯曲或球形拱凸的结构化表面上并应用于包装和密封目的。
背景技术
由DE 195 23 834 A1已知一种这样的带料。其中涉及由手工可变形的沿至少一个方向可拉伸的覆盖材料,该材料包括具有通孔可拉长的支承元件和表面涂盖的涂层,其中支承元件至少在其上面具有一与其连结的薄平面材料构成的涂层并且被涂层的覆盖材料相反于拉伸方面被压缩。实际上,支承元件由软化退火的铝以格栅形式构成,所述格栅由具有波纹状接筋的板网组成,为了密封,其涂覆一由可拉长的塑料构成的表层,该表层涂覆于无纺材料上。设有表层的无纺织物(纤维网)形成了表面涂盖的支承元件涂层。利用这样的覆盖材料对一表面的防水覆盖,通过在一无纺织物上涂覆的、并由金属格栅支承的塑料表层来实现。业已表明,这种至少三层的覆盖材料的制造费用是相当大的。因为一方面所需的金属格栅是昂贵的,而另一方面作为板网其边缘是锋利的,从而在进行涂层之前必须彻底地去掉毛刺,以便其不损坏和刺穿密封的塑料表层。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防水的带料,其与已知的覆盖材料相比是价廉的和不大娇贵的。
为此,本发明提出一种可拉伸的带料,包括至少一个支承层和一个覆盖层,其中所述带料具有许多褶皱,各褶皱的棱缘横交于拉伸方向并且基本上相互平行地延伸,其特征在于,支承层包括有机材料的纤维,覆盖层具有一延性金属的薄膜,并且褶皱构成为相邻接的微型褶皱,在这些微型褶皱中贮存着进行拉伸所需的附加材料。

包括有机材料纤维的支承层给予带料以高的抗拉强度。作为有机材料可以考虑天然的纤维如羊毛或丝以及人造纤维,其中纤维的长度、直径、横截面形状和化学组分可以优化适应于带料的应用目的。特别适用地,推荐聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚丙烯腈、聚酯或聚酰胺的纤维。支承层提高了金属的覆盖层的抗拉强度并且防止其在微型褶皱棱缘的区域内出现过度尖锐的弯曲。
覆盖层的金属薄膜是可塑性变形的,并且由于所采用的金属的延性而不产生恢复力,从而带料例如在贴合到不平的基质上之后保持形状而不会返回其原来的形状。作为用于覆盖层的金属薄膜的延性金属,优选考虑铅、铜或软化退火的铝。
在本发明的意义上,小的褶皱称为微型褶皱,其中每厘米长的带料设置约10个或更多个褶皱,优选每厘米设30个或更多个褶皱。各褶皱相邻接,其中以向顺时针方向弯折的棱缘和以相反方向弯折的棱缘相互交替。两个相反方向弯折的棱缘的间距应基本上不大于1mm并且不必总是相等的。还有,一个褶皱不必沿带料的全宽延伸。各微型褶皱完全可以是不规则的和不同形状的。微型褶皱优选压入先前平滑的双层带中,即逆着或倾斜于拉伸方向压缩材料。压缩的程度决定以后的可能的拉伸。这样,例如一以其一半的原始长度压缩的带可以在以后拉紧时延伸两倍的长度。延伸所需要的附加材料贮存于各微型褶皱中,这些微型褶皱在拉伸时被拉成平坦的。当然,在垂直于微型褶皱的棱缘延伸的拉伸方向可达到最大的拉伸。如果沿倾斜于微型褶皱的棱缘进行拉伸,则带料还可以沿第二方向拉伸。如果例如沿对微型褶皱的棱缘成45°角进行第一拉伸,则还可以沿对第一延伸的方向成90°角的方向进行第二拉伸。在这种情况下,相对于未拉伸的带料的平面形成一半球面形的凸起或凹陷。
本发明的带料可以例如用于包装物件或密封开口,其中带料由于其延伸性由手工塑性变形,并可适配于待覆盖的物件的表面并且不会回弹至其原来的形状。
包括纤维的支承层按照设定的带料的应用目的不仅可以构成为薄膜,而且特别可构成为无纺织物、纺织品、针织品,其中单位面积重量也是可变的。
带料是很轻的,因为覆盖层只具有薄的金属薄膜。因此带料不仅是不透光的和防水的,而且也是防水蒸汽扩散的。
如果密封的构造没有意义,而应该使带料能够通风,则可以优选设置横向于棱缘的狭缝。狭缝设置成位错的排列是有利的。以便可以使带料横向于拉伸方向类似于板网可以被错纹式地拉伸。
特别价廉的和可容易变形的带料具有一单位面积重量10g/m2的聚内烯无纺织物的支承层和一厚度7μm的铝薄膜的覆盖层并且具有每厘米约30个微型褶皱。在具有单位面积重量20g/m2的聚丙烯无纺织物和20μm厚的铝薄膜的应用中每厘米约15个微型褶皱是优选的。
带料当其横向于微型褶皱的棱缘具有附加的粗糙的波纹时特别容易适应于多裂纹的表面结构。该波纹的长度应该至少大于1mm,以避免微型褶皱的折裂。因此金属薄膜不可能在分支的尖峰和/或谷处撕裂。
覆盖层可以附加具有第二层或更多的层。覆盖层的外层可以优化适应于设定的带料应用目的,例如外层可以构造成耐腐蚀的、耐气候的和/或有色的。这样的带料可以例如具有一单位面积重量30g/m2的聚酯无纺织物和一用每平方米10g的漆层涂覆的20μm厚的铝薄膜并且具有每厘米约12个微型褶皱。
带料当其附加具有可塑性或热塑性变形的材料涂层时是特别耐气候的和/或抗拉的。附加的涂层可以例如包括沥青、聚异丁烯、丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯、热熔体或一种泡沫塑料,优选一种具有恢复能力的附加的涂层。在潮气影响下膨胀的附加的涂层也是有利的。优选将该附加的涂层涂覆在覆盖层上,但也可以涂覆在支承层上或者也可以两面涂覆。由于带料本身已经是紧密的,一很薄的涂层就足以获得特别的表面特性。也可以在覆盖层与支承层之间设置该附加的涂层。一特别抗拉的带料具有例如按顺序从下向上的聚酯无纺织物、聚酯薄膜、铝薄膜和漆层。
为了封闭一开口,当带料至少在其两个纵向边缘之一上具有一由可拉长的自粘的材料构成的胶粘层时,带料特别容易连接到开口的边缘上。胶粘层可以涂覆成窄条形式。由此,带料可以与基质相连接,而不用附加的胶粘剂。为了避免在带料卷起的状态下粘合,胶粘层用一在现场可扯去的保护薄膜覆盖。
优选将胶粘层涂覆在支承层上。
对于确定的应用目的,可以由带料制造相应的成形件。

图1中示意示出本发明的带料10的放大的纵剖面图。带料10具有一支承层12和一与其连结的覆盖层14。支承层12构成为具有随机分布的纤维的纤维无纺织物。覆盖层14构成为7μm厚的退火的铝薄膜。支承层12和覆盖层14全面地相互粘合。支承层12和覆盖层14折成许多不规则的微型褶皱16,其各棱缘横交由双箭头18表示的拉伸方向并且基本上相互平行延伸。褶皱的高度小于1mm。
图2同样示出图1的带料10的放大的纵剖面图。在具有覆盖层14的上面附加地涂覆一厚的沥青层20。

Claims (10)

8.按照权利要求1所述的可拉伸的带料,其特征在于,带料(10)至少在其两个纵向边缘之一上具有一由可拉长的自粘的材料构成的胶粘层(22)。
9.按照权利要求8所述的可拉伸的带料,其特征在于,胶粘层(22)涂覆在支承层(12)上。
